This last paragraph is priceless. After an article of how US aggression toward DPRK has been thoroughly rejected by the South Korean public, how the new President, Moon, is looking for full rapprochement with the North, this:


The U.S. Navy cruiser USS Lake Champlain collided with a South Korean fishing boat yesterday during training exercises intended to menace North Korea. No one was injured.
