Since the 2004 election, a number of posters and friends have asked if I would consider writing a book on my posting of the statistical analysis of election fraud. I'm finally getting around to it. It turns out that it was better to wait until after the 2006 midterms, the 2008 primaries and general election. Not only is there more to write about, the 2006/2008 results confirm the 2004 analysis. The book will focus on my experience analyzing, posting, debating and getting banned on three election forums.

It's been a non-stop Internet journey that was interrupted on Feb. 18, 2006 when I suffered a massive heart attack while posting. That's a story in itself. Virtually comatose for 6 weeks and given up for dead after three, my wife refused to pull the plug. On her birthday in mid-March, she went to a cemetery to pay for my expected arrival! No one thought that I would make it. But a few weeks later, still living, she was able to get me transferred to another hospital a few hundred miles away. I was flown in a helicopter, but was so drugged that I hallucinated it was a small two-engine plane. Some day I might write a horror movie script about the scores of hallucinations and the discomfort I endured in both hospitals.

I got on the computer for the first time in June while in Cardiac rehab. I saw a DU thread from March in which hundreds of posters prayed for my recovery. In rehab, it was hard work just to surf, much less type.

But the main reason I decided to write the book was my frustration that a relevant polling and vote count analysis has never been done by either the media or academia. Glaring anomalies have been avoided rather than investigated. Rather, since 2000 there has been an ongoing pattern of misinformation and disinformation.

This is how the scam works. It relies on the general intellectual laziness and ignorance of the public fed by a relentless media. The great majority of otherwise intelligent individuals are not trained in mathematical analysis. And those who are don't have the time and/or the motivation to make the effort required. Why should they? Even if they were so inclined, no one is going to pay them.

The media presents the final exit polls and vote counts knowing that they will be accepted as the truth. After all, they're the experts, aren't they? If the "experts" declare with one voice that the exit polls are wrong it must be true, right?

Doubts about the election lingered in the gut of many who believed it was hijacked. But they had no way to quantify their intuitive sense. How could Kerry lose to a despised incumbent with 48% approval? Didn't the Democratic GOTV effort bring in millions of new voters? Didn't Gore win the popular vote in 2000? Weren't Nader voters defecting to Kerry? To believe Bush won fairly, you had to also believe a slew of implausibilities.

And to top it off, the voting machines are unverifiable.

I'd like to be first in line to purchase one.

Next step is to get a publisher. I would like to see the book out by the end of the year, if possible.

What makes it different from other books on election fraud? It's from the perspective of a "spreadsheet-wielding blogger". One who has three degrees in applied mathematics, and has worked many years in Defense/ Aerospace, on Wall Street as an Investment Banking "Quant" and independent software developer. Not exactly the spawning ground of liberals.

It turns out that calculating the True Vote is an exercise in simple algebra and statistics. It's not rocket-science. But it's not chopped-liver, either. It will assume a high school math background; that's the demographic I hope to reach.

Were it not for the silence of the politicians, factual omissions from the pundits, misinformation of the naysayers and complicity of the Internet gatekeepers, there would be no reason to write the book. The public deserves to hear the Truth.

That is great work there, and helps round out the picture. There is a multi-faceted and pervasive pattern of election tampering and voter suppression. There need be no intricately planned or tightly coordinated grand conspiracy. The debunkers always want to get into a discussion about the unlikelihood of a grand conspiracy.

It occurs to me that the information you have is not easily understood by many lay people. That has less to do with their actual ability to comprehend it, and more to do with their idea that since it is stats and math it must over their head.

Would it be any help, do you think, to have a collaboration with people who can put some of your findings into folsky and easily accessible analogies, anecdotal language, human interest stories, and historical context so there are more ways for people to spproach the information? Autorank comes to mind, and I may have some skills in that direction as well and would love to help. Sidebars, or chapter intros....?

But first I need to contact and provide an outline to a few publishers.

It reached into the company that made the ballots for the country for decades. It saw inferior paper go in to be rejected by the employees that took great pride in their product. It would reappear only to make defective ballots as intended by conspiracy. I regret I cannot find the video the employees made about the sabatoge.

It was a grand conspiracy to make a circus and usher in a $4 billion Help America Vote Act whose intention was to "reform" election machines by removing the paper trail.

Jimmy Carter would not undertake the voting in the 2004 elections because we do not have minimal standards to qualify. We are laughable at the start. Who keeps the fact out that according to Jimmy Carter we don't even have a third-world system that qualifies as a valid voting system. No, there is no conspiracy to make up into down and make science not science. It is just confusion from all the best pathers having so many original ideas on how to progress the democratic experiment- as seen on tv.

It is all a grand conspiracy and Congress was in on the $4 billion of HAVA. It was a grand conspiracy that cannot be described. Everything happens by conspiracy. It is a definitional thing. There is orchestration behind it all.

Why did Kuch stop the counting of the 2008 NH primary results with all the irregularities. Why did the NH Secretary of State not take up the cause? There is a powerful machine that guides everything sometimes called the PTB,- you know the one's that control The Evil Media that managed all the perception management.

An idea started in a think tank and people were put on getting rid of the paper trails. I think they really got jollies in the performance of their power- they removed paper trails from election boards all across the country. It does not seem imaginable that could happen anywhere, because the fascist wish machines did away with the ballet. It took enormous power to pull that absurdity off.

And they got away with it, whoever they are. They made us serfs and have us not know it.

Here are some facts about Florida.

In every election, millions of votes are never counted. They represent a significant component of the exit poll discrepancies. According to the 2000 Census, 110.8m votes were cast but only 105.4m recorded, leaving 5.4m uncounted. Most were from heavily democratic minority districts. Assuming that 75% were Gore votes, his true margin was close to 3 million, not the 540,000 recorded. But that doesn’t include likely vote-switching to Bush on DREs and optical scanners. And don’t forget the millions of disenfranchised Democrats who never even got to the voting booth. Gore’s 540,000 “official” vote margin is a long-running media myth. The 2000 election wasn’t even close, although the media would like us to believe it was. Only the 5-4 Supreme Court decision was close.

Consider the Florida 2000 fiasco. Bush “won” by 537 “official” votes before the Supreme Court aborted the recount - and 175,010 spoiled (under-punched and over-punched) ballots were never counted. Since approximately 75% were intended for Gore, he probably won Florida by more than 80,000 votes. And don’t forget the thousands of Butterfly ballots which fooled Gore voters into voting for Buchanan.

Approximately 54% of the spoiled ballots were in black districts where Gore won 91% of the vote. Assuming the other 46% were evenly split between Gore and Bush, then 126,000 (72%) of the spoiled ballots were Gore votes. And the infamous “Butterfly” ballot caused several thousand Gore voters to mistakenly vote for Buchanan in Palm Beach County. Buchanan's vote share was 0.80% in Palm Beach and just 0.25% elsewhere.

Dan Rather's expose on voting machines in Florida 2000 showed that poor-quality paper used in punch card machines was a major cause of ballot spoilage in highly Democratic precincts. Faulty paper had never before been considered a factor in mechanical voting failure. The spoiled punched cards in Florida 2000 were just the tip of the national iceberg.

Kerry had a 100,000 built-in vote advantage going into the election. He could count on a solid majority (70-80%) of 90,000 returning Nader voters. No more hanging chads from spoiled punch cards; Touch screens and Optical scanners would be used for input to the central tabulators. Furthermore, the Democrats had a remarkable voter registration and GOTV effort. In the strongest Democratic areas, the pace of new registration was 60 percent higher than in 2000, while it was just 12 percent higher in the heaviest Republican areas. Of course, they had to overcome Bush’s popularity; he had a whopping 48.5% approval rating on Election Day.

The Florida pre-election polls were trending to Kerry. After allocating the undecided vote, Kerry led the final 10-poll average by 51.1-48.8%. Kerry was on track to a 200,000 vote win.
