Ruy inadvertently proved the 2004 fraud - without meaning to - by showing that Bush dramatically improved on his 2000 vote share in Democratic Urban areas, but not in rural GOP locations. THAT IS A COUNTER-INTUITIVE URBAN LEGEND.

Texeira missed the forest for the trees. Like the major media, he assumed that the 1988-2004 exit polls were ALL wrong and that the recorded vote counts were correct.

In other words, no fraud. Just move right along. Nothing to see here.
