Likely Voters
Historically, Democratic candidates have fared better than Republicans amongst "New Voters" by an average margin of 14%.
--- For Election 2008, the 'forced' Final NEP (national exit poll) shows Obama won "DNV" voters (pre-election LV-poll-excluded "Unlikely to vote") by a whopping 71% to 24%. (The exit-pollster's evaluation report with 'un-forced' Preliminary and unadjusted State exit poll results remains suppressed by FoxNews et al)
--- For Election 2004, the 1% MoE 12:22am Preliminary NEP showed Kerry won "new/DNV" voters (pre-election LV-poll-excluded "Unlikely to vote") by 57% to 41%.
In both 2004- and 2008-campaign final weeks, pre-election polling sites that selected and averaged only polls reflective of "Likely" Voter (LV) subsets of Registered Voters -- as for example [link:www.realclearpolitics.com/bush_vs_kerry.html|RealClearPolitics.com] in 2004, which "[link:www.realclearpolitics.com/about.html|culls] and publishes...polling data" --- only succeed (especially if turnout is high) in misleading followers with inaccurate vote-margin projections by understating-thru-exclusion the weighted margin-advantage Democrats have had (e.g., Kerry and Obama) over opponents amongst "New" voters (i.e., newly-registered/first-time and 'DNV in previous election' voters).
Undecided Voter (Non-)Allocation
Take a look at the data from 14 final-week polls in 2004 that RealClearPolitics presented and used for arriving at its average projection of "Bush +1.5". Below, in blue, are highlighted the actual data RCP displayed for viewers. In pink, however, is highlighted polls' "Undecided Voter" share data that exists but which RCP neither 1) disclosed in its projection chart nor 2) allocated amongst other candidates.
Why are Undecided Voters important for pollsters to address, and why might foregoing Undecided Voter Allocation (UVA) prospectively give "confirmation" to lower Dem vote-count margins anticipated from election vote-count fraud? Here's what a few professionals have said about Undecided Voter historical trends and how they might influence allocation decisions:

These exclusions by choice -- "new voters" (LV polls only) and "undecided voters" (Non-Allocaton) -- has an effect of accommodating -- unwittingly or deliberately -- the unmistakable, pervasive systemic election fraud in the recorded vote count over several election cycles, as evidenced in vote-share margins from 238 state exit polls of voters overwhelmingly shifting in favor of 'GOP' in the 238 respective countings of their votes (p. 84-91 of Richard Charnin's [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515446|Proving Election Fraud], depicted [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515058#HistoricalWPD|here] as well.)
The election fraud inherent the 2004 national vote-count is demomstrated in [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515446|Proving Election Fraud] on page 49, where the simple-math analyst subtracts the LV subsets of pre-election RV polls by CBS+Gallup+Fox+ABC+Pew to arrive at an "Unlikely" to vote sample. That sample's vote-share and margin (16% Kerry) matched the same for "Did Not Vote in 2000" respondents in the 12:22am Preliminary exit poll. The two independent samples mutually confirmed, not only showing as bogus the sharply contrasting Final NEP margin (9% Kerry) but also, thereby, the recorded vote count to which it was 'forced' to match (see [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=512608&mesg_id=512608|The True MATH: Confirming Election Fraud 2000-2008] as well). The 7% difference reflects 1.5 million fewer votes for Kerry in the official vote count -- just in the new-voter category alone.

Likely Voters
Historically, Democratic candidates have fared better than Republicans amongst "New Voters" by an average margin of 14%.
--- For Election 2008, the 'forced' Final NEP (national exit poll) shows Obama won "DNV" voters (pre-election LV-poll-excluded "Unlikely to vote") by a whopping 71% to 24%. (The exit-pollster's evaluation report with 'un-forced' Preliminary and unadjusted State exit poll results remains suppressed by FoxNews et al)
--- For Election 2004, the 1% MoE 12:22am Preliminary NEP showed Kerry won "new/DNV" voters (pre-election LV-poll-excluded "Unlikely to vote") by 57% to 41%.
In both 2004- and 2008-campaign final weeks, pre-election polling sites that selected and averaged only polls reflective of "Likely" Voter (LV) subsets of Registered Voters -- as for example [link:www.realclearpolitics.com/bush_vs_kerry.html|RealClearPolitics.com] in 2004, which "[link:www.realclearpolitics.com/about.html|culls] and publishes...polling data" --- only succeed (especially if turnout is high) in misleading followers with inaccurate vote-margin projections by understating-thru-exclusion the weighted margin-advantage Democrats have had (e.g., Kerry and Obama) over opponents amongst "New" voters (i.e., newly-registered/first-time and 'DNV in previous election' voters).
Undecided Voter (Non-)Allocation
Take a look at the data from 14 final-week polls in 2004 that RealClearPolitics presented and used for arriving at its average projection of "Bush +1.5". Below, in blue, are highlighted the actual data RCP displayed for viewers. In pink, however, is highlighted polls' "Undecided Voter" share data that exists but which RCP neither 1) disclosed in its projection chart nor 2) allocated amongst other candidates.
Why are Undecided Voters important for pollsters to address, and why might foregoing Undecided Voter Allocation (UVA) prospectively give "confirmation" to lower Dem vote-count margins anticipated from election vote-count fraud? Here's what a few professionals have said about Undecided Voter historical trends and how they might influence allocation decisions:

These exclusions by choice -- "new voters" (LV polls only) and "undecided voters" (Non-Allocaton) -- has an effect of accommodating -- unwittingly or deliberately -- the unmistakable, pervasive systemic election fraud in the recorded vote count over several election cycles, as evidenced in vote-share margins from 238 state exit polls of voters overwhelmingly shifting in favor of 'GOP' in the 238 respective countings of their votes (p. 84-91 of Richard Charnin's [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515446|Proving Election Fraud], depicted [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515058#HistoricalWPD|here] as well.)
The election fraud inherent the 2004 national vote-count is demomstrated in [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x515446|Proving Election Fraud] on page 49, where the simple-math analyst subtracts the LV subsets of pre-election RV polls by CBS+Gallup+Fox+ABC+Pew to arrive at an "Unlikely" to vote sample. That sample's vote-share and margin (16% Kerry) matched the same for "Did Not Vote in 2000" respondents in the 12:22am Preliminary exit poll. The two independent samples mutually confirmed, not only showing as bogus the sharply contrasting Final NEP margin (9% Kerry) but also, thereby, the recorded vote count to which it was 'forced' to match (see [link:www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=512608&mesg_id=512608|The True MATH: Confirming Election Fraud 2000-2008] as well).
