If they're convicted, they should be stripped of their jobs, pensions, and, in most cases since they're lawyers, their right to practice law or be in any location where law is practiced (if it's sauce for paedophiles, it should be sauce for lawyers). Possibly also their freedom for some lengthy period of time.

Why bother parsing? They're all guilty of screwing us around, even the so called best of them are guilty of maintaining the pretense that they're doing OUR business. To be sure, there's a sliding scale, but even DK gets a wedgie. Or something.

Did y'all notice the polls the day before she (officially) declared had her trailing McCain and even Guilliani by a wide margin, but the day after she (officially) declared the polls had her with a 40 point lead.
