Just because we are in a bit of an economic downturn doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun, so long as that fun is relatively inexpensive, of course. The game of Monopoly has been a source of cheap entertainment for decades, so it is only appropriate that we gave it a slight makeover to bring it up to speed with the slow economy. The value of money has changed a bit since the game’s inception, and as we all know, collecting $200 is not as easy as it used to be. So turn off the television (if your cable company hasn’t already) and gather the family in the living room for a rousing game of Monopoly: Recession Edition.
