Ya gotta like this responsible union action, taking the longer view of the needs of all workers and not the narrow view of supporting the union's industry for immediate interests. This shines in comparison to the behavior of the UAW or the UMW in recent decades. Real solidarity.

Yes, we need more of this and stronger. International, working class unions, acting without borders would seem to be the best development we can hope for. I am going to spread this around - I will bet a lot of folks are not aware of these issues.
