Notice they let the guy board and set it up like a movie. It was a lot like Wag The Dog. The only real question is whether they used a patsy or whether the scupsct is just an agent, who will get a name change after trial.

This is the second guy who just couldn't get it together. Even after he supposedly "trained" with the Taliban. I think if the Taliban (or whatever they're calling the bad guys these days) wanted to perpetrate a terrorist attack, they'd send someone who could get the job done.

Yet they send these poor schlumps....

The Feds picked up Shavaz and didn't Mirandize him until 8 hours later. Isn't this illegal? Meanwhile, he never stops talking. Then he waives his right to a speedy arraignment. Why ever would he do that? Voluntarily, I mean.

And are we to believe he doesn't have a lawyer YET? This guy who looks fairly intelligent, from his pictures, has been chatting it up with the Feds, when he's got to know they plan on putting him away for the rest of his life?
