I am asking of you to acknowledge that every aspect of your much ballyhooed education is a complete fabrication.

If you are to fully embrace and position yourself in accordance with all that you have so docilely and ambitiously accepted as doctrine I assure you that you will then become a full-fledged member of the Empire which is to say you will then become one of the world's most dangerous and irresponsible of citizens.

My expectations of you and from you are great and unrelenting. They are not for you to become a brilliant doctor or ingenious architect or great humanitarian. They are much simpler yet more difficult than any of these obvious and aggressive professions.

What I'm asking here is quite simply that you stop stealing from other people's possibilities. Reject your privilege in ways you have yet to comprehend.

Reject all of the lies, everything you have been taught.

I like all of it, but especially this part:

Most of the etudiantes will be shittin' bricks the microsecond after graduation and the first bill from the devil comes to the door.

They will find what "job" they can to try to keep the wolves at bay (student loans) and present some reasonable appearance.

Most will conclude that the life they are trapped in is complete bullshit and remember this character who had the guts to tell them that it would be this way. When they return every now and then to this place they will seek out this character and tell him just that. It happens every year.
