The unemployment rate in Brazil surpassed the mark of 10 million unemployed. In addition, the recession reaches directly the salary negotiations, according to a survey conducted by the DIEESE (Inter Union Department of statistics and socioeconomic studies): about 52% of the wage adjustments obtained by different categories in 2015 (in a universe of 708 negotiations on industry, trade and services) accounted for just above the INPC gains; 30% tied with inflation and 18% were below it. There was a significant increase of negotiations that achieved just the replacement of losses or were below inflation in relation to 2004. Also grew the number of categories that parcelaram the reset in two or more times. In 2016, the difficulties are even greater for negotiating favourable to employees. All of this demonstrates to be a brutal salary crunch.

Crises are phenomena inherent in the capitalist system, coming from the central contradiction between the social character of production and the private ownership of their results and are the result of the contradictions of the system that accumulate throughout the process of development of the productive forces and of competition between companies. The moment that explode the crises need burn productive forces, braking production and consumption, reduce markets, destroying the purchasing power of the currency, debase wages and quit in droves, further increasing the reserve army to recreate later, the favourable conditions for the resumption of investments with acceptable profit rates. The crisis makes the bourgeoisie more aggressive and shows more clearly the capital projects, which advances on the finances of the State, suppressing workers ' rights and guarantees and attack democratic freedoms hard won by workers throughout history.

In Brazil, even if banks continue doing the Party (in 2015, the Itaú Unibanco profited more than 23 billion dollars, followed by Bradesco-$ 17, 19 billion, Banco do Brazil-R$ bi-R$ Box 14.4, 7.2 bi, Santander-6.6 R$ bi), the economic crisis, coupled with the major policy crisis that affects the project of social conciliation Pact PT classes , also serves as an opportunity for the capitalists seek to impose the overshoot of workers, with threats to the network of existing work force protection, translated in social and labor legislation.

In the current political agenda, with the main actions being carried out by a coalition of conservative and even more reactionary forces that commanded by petismo, we intend to accelerate the ongoing process of withdrawal of rights and insecurity of the workforce. The situation points to a picture of fierce class struggle. If, on the one hand, the bourgeoisie tends to take advantage in this confrontation are reduced the possibilities of conciliation and illusion of classes, which could lead to workers ' resistance and popular sectors to new heights.

The PCB urges his militancy, supporters and allies to add up efforts for the construction of a block of all anti-capitalist forces and for the establishment of a national meeting of the working class and Popular movements. The day to day struggles of workers, put in perspective the necessity of construction of the people's power, towards socialism.
