I ask because all of the reviews says its hard right free market cheerleading, which I don't doubt, but his PBS special is surpisingly candid if you read ever-so-slightly between the lines and he seemed to NOT be living in conspiracy la-la land except for some superificial crapola that is, again, easy to look past.
I'm not interested in reading the book really, but I am wondering if anyone else knows what I'm saying here. For instance, I don't believe he even mentions FDR and the gold standard or Bretton Wood and Nixon except perhaps in passing. Which, in my experience, is as peculiar as it is refreshing
