From their fellow MLT editors: a well-earned day of admiration and love for two comrades, Walter and Kay Tillow, who have dedicated their lives to the working class struggle.
Havana, Cuba, April 22 (ACN, the Cuban News Agency)
US activist Walter Tillow was awarded Cuba´s Friendship Medal on Tuesday in recognition of his solidarity with the island and particularly his work for the release of the five Cuban anti-terrorist fighters who were imprisoned for years in US jails.
Tillow, a lifelong US communist, received the medal bestowed by the Cuban Council of State for his active support of Cuba.
