Oregon Mail-in Paper Ballot System vs. Electronic and Mechanical Voting Machines
In 2004, either the Oregon mail-in ballot system worked fine and the voting machines were rigged in the Battleground states or vice versa.
Given:
The Battleground states OR OH FL CO NM IA etc. (voting machines)
OR was the only 100% paper ballot state
The average WPE for all the BG states (excluding OR) was 7.5%
The exit pollsters equivalent OR telephone survey discrepancy was 1.8%
In 2004, Kerry won OR by 3.7%
Bush won the national recorded vote by 2.5% (7.4 exit poll WPE)
In 2000, Gore won OR by 0.5%
Gore won the national recorded vote by 0.5% (2.0 exit poll WPE)
Based on the above we must conclude that
I. Bush won the election fairly
a) Voting machines worked just fine in the Battlegrounds states; the 7.5% average Battleground exit poll WPE had to be due to lousy exit polling since the probability of such a high WPE is effectively ZERO.
b) Kerry won Oregon by a 3.7% greater margin than Gore did but faired worse than Gore in the other Battleground states. This was due to either a fluke in Oregon voter DNA or a massive miscounting of the mail-in ballots.
Or
II. Bush stole the election
a) The 7.5% average Battleground state WPE indicates that Bush was elected due to massive election fraud. The DRE/ Optiscan/ Punched Card/ Lever voting machines and/or the central tabulators were rigged.
b) The fact that Kerry won Oregon by a 3.7% greater margin than Gore was to be expected and confirms that the mail-in, paper ballot voting system is an accurate election fraud deterrent.
