Nine months ago the the Supreme Court of TN refused to hear my case challenging the validity of paperless voting. What a difference nine months makes. This week the TN house voted 88-6 and the TN senate voted 32-0 to stop paperless voting and to require a 3% random audit in every TN county. Unfortunately, the law will not apply to the 2008 election.

Fly by Night was the impetus behind my lawsuit. He begged me to file it when no one else would.

Hard work pays off.
We just have to keep on....pounding on.

There is a Tsunami of reform taking place...CA, OH, NJ, NY, and elsewhere.

Proof? The last three special congressional elections swinging from strong Repug districts to the Dems.

On Election Day, the Repugs will steal what they can, but they cannot overcome Tsunami 2008. It will be their last gasp. McCain is toast; Rove is fried tomatoes.
The corruption at the Justice Department is out there for all to see.
