In China, workers win more with wildcat strikes than through legal means. Now the government is trying to bring "order" to labor relations with new laws—and to outlaw strikes.

I missed this last weekend. Labor strikes in a communist economy are hard to even contemplate; a communist government that makes laws against labor strikes is an absurdity. Engels tells us that states exist for the purpose of facilitating the oppression of one class over all others, what class does the Chinese government represent if it is making laws against labor strikes? You can't say that it represents the working class...
