You need the "video" and "close video" tags around the URL. If you click the "BB code" link below under "Posting Permissions" you can see a guide for posting things with BB code.

Also, BLF - your url started with "https" (secure URL) rather than "http" not sure why, but that doesn't work, and anything after the ampersand in the youtube URL is superfluous.
