Elena Shishkina – The plan of Donbass inhabitants deportation is authentic
26/11/2019
The Member of Parliament of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Elena Shishkina, analysed the letter mentioning the plan of Donbass inhabitants deportation that was allegedly sent by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine, and considered the document to be authentic.

As a reminder, on 12 November, a Telegram channel called “Joker DNR” sent a PDF document containing a photocopy of a letter allegedly written by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine (NSCU), Aleksey Danilov, proposing a plan to deport the Donbass inhabitants once Ukraine has recovered control of the border with Russian federation.

Image
Image

I am giving you here the complete translation of the letter:

“After the transfer of State border control to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the National Border Service, it is necessary to immediately begin the process of reintegration and re-Ukrainianization of the population of the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions and their reconciliation with the other citizens of Ukraine.
Given that the population of the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts has been influenced by Russian propaganda and deprived of access to the Ukrainian media in recent years, the political position of the overwhelming majority of residents of the occupied territories is not pro-Ukrainian.
In this respect, it is necessary to give residents of the occupied territories the possibility to leave the territory of Ukraine and travel to the Russian Federation to establish their permanent residence there within one month.
The following measures should be taken with regard to residents of the occupied territories, who will not want to take the opportunity to leave Ukraine after this period, in particular to determine their degree of complicity in the activities of illegal armed groups and occupation administrations.
It is also necessary to establish a list of persons who worked in companies registered with the occupation administration and who paid “taxes” to the budget of the occupation administration and those who were under the control of the occupation authorities, industrial companies, public organizations and other institutions.
Depending on the degree of complicity, apply criminal, administrative or educational measures to them. In order to rehabilitate the inhabitants of the occupied territories, resettle them in the central or western regions of Ukraine.
At the same time, temporarily displaced persons who, in 2014-2015, left the occupied territories and settled in the regions of Ukraine, without wishing to submit to the occupation authorities, should be granted all the necessary conditions to return to the places of their former residence.
It is these people, patriots of Ukraine, who can and will continue to restore the Donbass. They should receive all the necessary material and moral support. »

Following this leak, which triggered numerous reactions in both the DPR and the LPR, Kiev was noticed for its silence, and above all for the absence of a firm denial that the Ukrainian authorities could even consider such a plan.

It took 10 days for Danilov to finally deign to comment on this document in the face of the outcry it caused, declaring it to be a forgery propagated by the Russians. But no denial that this kind of method would be unacceptable to Kiev.

Proof that this document is a fake according to Danilov (and the Stop Fake site): the fact that the address mentioned in the header would not be the right one, because the street indicated changed its name in 2016.

Except that, as Elena Shishkina pointed out, the change of address is far from having been reflected in all the NSCU’s letterhead documents, as shown by the number of copies of letters from this governmental body on the Internet, including on the Stop Fake (sic) website.

Image

This letter, dated July 2019, and published in an article in September 2019, still shows in its header the old name of the street, three years after its renaming! Other older letters, dating from the time when Turchynov held the post of secretary of the NSCU, also show this old address.

The only documents found that have the right address and are recent, come from other departments of the NSCU than that of the secretary, and have a slightly different header, starting with “Апарат” instead of “Секретар”.

And this change of address on the letterheads of the other departments of the NSCU is very recent, because in March 2019, it still contained the old address!

It seems that the department of the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine is slower to update its letterhead than the rest of this institution, and that Danilov himself does not know which is the header of the official documents of his administration, as Elena Shishkina has pointed out.

“The old street name is used on documents from 2019 while the street name has been changed from Komandarma Kameneva to Petra Bolbotchana [in 2016 Editors’ Note] as part of the “decommunization” process. Danilov’s words do not stand up to the test because he does not know what letterhead paper his organization uses,” was the statement.

In view of the official documents of the NSCU well after 2016 and still including the old name of the street where the institution is located, the argument of Danilov and of the Stop Fake site does not hold water.

The most comical thing being that by trying to debunk everything as false information and Russian propaganda through official Ukrainian information, the “debunkers” of Stop Fake forgot that they had published in this article dated September 2019 the proof that their argument did not hold water. A great performance in terms of self-scuttling.

The other problematic point highlighted by Stop Fake is the initials of the head of the presidential administration, whose second letter would be written “Russian-style” and not “Ukrainian-style”. Except that as a reminder, although the Ukrainian government is trying to eradicate the Russian language, all these nice people in Kiev speak both Russian and Ukrainian (and often speak much better Russian than Ukrainian, like Zelensky).

And if we look at where Aleksey Danilov, the secretary of the NSCU, comes from, we discover that he was born and lived in the Lugansk Oblast (!!!!), that is to say in a region that is mainly native Russian-speaking ! This explains a potential typing error due to the fact that Danilov most certainly thinks naturally more in Russian than in Ukrainian. This is not enough to invalidate the authenticity of the document.

If we now look at the elements that would validate its authenticity, as Elena Shishkina pointed out, this plan is dated October 29, the day when Zelensky discussed Donbass reintegration problems with council representatives at a forum in Marioupol, and when the disengagement of troops and equipment began at Stanitsa Luganskaya. These two events could have been the trigger for sending this plan.

Moreover, what is written in this plan is only a repetition of the many proposals to deport (or even exterminate) the Donbass population, which is “pro-Russian” and can be heard or read in the Ukrainian media since the beginning of the conflict, including by some officials.

And those who have made such proposals publicly have never been prosecuted for incitement to inter-ethnic hatred or incitement to commit a crime against humanity (because I recall that ethnic cleansing, like genocide, is a crime against humanity). If Kiev does not prosecute people who express such criminal opinions, it is because the country’s authorities agree with them!

As a reminder, in 2014, Poroshenko himself made unequivocal public statements, saying that the children of the Donbass will remain in the cellars while children from the rest of Ukraine will be able to go to school normally!

What is written in this plan to deport the population of Donbass is in perfect continuity with the ideology of the post-Maidan Ukrainian authorities, and shows, if it was still necessary, that Zelensky follows the bloody path traced by his predecessors, Turchynov and Poroshenko.

Intervention in the European Parliament on the persecution against the CP of Ukraine

The ban on the CP of Ukraine and its newspaper was denounced by KKE MEP Costas Papadakis in a discussion with Vadym Prystaiko, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, at the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee (AFET). The KKE MEP specifically stated the following:

"On July 16, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine imposed a ban on the CP of Ukraine. On August 19, the Kyiv District Court banned the circulation of the "Rabochaya Gazeta" (Workers' Newspaper) of the CP Ukraine. It also stripped the Party of the right to participate in elections. The above demonstrates the hypocritical slogans of "freedom", "human rights" and "civil liberties".

Your government, like its predecessors, enables the action of fascist gangs and, as has been said here before, it attends political meetings and honors the political descendants of the Nazis, while with EU support provocatively and ahistorically equates communism with the monster of fascism.

What position do you take regarding these unacceptable and outrageous decisions and the inalienable right of communists to political activity, to the unhindered dissemination of their ideas? "

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister was forced to admit to the persecutions which have been taking place against the CP of Ukraine by the governments of the country, attributing them to the previous governments and hypocritically claiming that "in theory, I fully understand and agree with you, on the basis that no ideology should be banned, "and then, referring to the intentions of his government, ... he postponed the lifting of bansand persecutions indefinitely, speaking generally and vaguely of "postponing future implementation" of such measures. In addition, regarding the support of the Nazi gangs by his government as well as by the previous ones, he said defiantly: "This question is often asked, because we have so many extremists. But that's what happens when your land is stolen, the peoples, when your people are killed, you need to exploit the extremists as well”…

REPRESSIONS AGAINST MINING WOMEN or THE DEATH OF VALID PALADINS FROM SECURITY BODIES

On the evening of December 6, a number of members of the Ministry of State Security of the DPR visited a number of members of the Committee of Mining Wives in Torez. Valiant paladins seized office equipment and women's telephones from security agencies, on which correspondence of Committee members with one of the leaders of the Independent Trade Union of Miners, Alexander Vaskovsky, was found.

Recall that the day before, on December 5th, a branch of the Committee in the city of Torez came to the head of SE Torezanthracit Mandrichenko with requirements for paying off wage arrears to mine workers. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the women promised to hold an agreed rally on Lenin Square in the city of Donetsk, as well as block the mines. On the same day, the management of the mines made the first payment - 8% of the outstanding amount for October. The next day, December 6, another 8% of the debt also arrived. Apparently, after this the thieving minugal officials of the DPR began to be crushed by a toad, and they decided to “solve the miners' problem” completely — namely, to try to intimidate the MGB with visits. Women were frightened by the fact that the call for a strike was "sabotage for which they will be tried."

And a little later, on the night of December 6-7, unknown people arrived at the unfinished house of Alexander Vaskovsky. At first the gates were pulled out, then the window frames were broken, apparently there was not enough mind to open the door. They turned the whole house, trying to find something (the lost conscience of the Minister of Coal and Energy Dubovsky and the Minister of State Security Pavlenko?), After which the inscription “this is for you on strike” was put on the walls of the house.
Personally, Alexander commented on the situation as follows:
- This will not stop our movement, but only strengthen it!

The question arises, why does the state, declaring literally from every iron, that it is at war with the Nazis, itself acts by the Gestapo methods? Apparently, the desire to warm their hands and crank out overdue salaries on offshore accounts once again defeated the instinct of self-preservation and common sense. Hoping that no one would know about the situation, the "effective managers" of the oligarch Kurchenko, together with the manual Gestapo men of the MGB, considered that "little by little" and the situation in Torez would go unnoticed.

In this regard, the editorial office of the Labor Control calls on all class-conscious workers to maximize the publicity of the situation, and all the miners in the Donbass to organize and defend their rights. The more you will be and the stronger your solidarity, the more difficult it will be for the valiant security paladins to crush the labor struggle for their rights.

Comrades, time to unite and act! Solidarity is our strength!

Please provide Russian citizenship to all LDNR citizens who do not have a Ukrainian passport !!!
.
SOVIET PEOPLE
Dec 10, 2019 at 11:58 am
Address to the Russian people, the State Duma of Russia, to the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to the Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev and to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

I, Benes Ayo, was born in the USSR in 1979 and since childhood have communist political views.
With deep disappointment and indignation, I perceived the collapse of the USSR, our great socialist Power, and I consider this act, actually committed by the hands of the enemies of the people and the Euro - American imperialists, legally illegal and illegitimate. Given their beliefs and the simply catastrophic socio-economic and political consequences of the death of the USSR and the advent of capitalism (total impoverishment of workers, the collapse of industry and agriculture, the establishment of ethnocratic Russophobic regimes in the Baltic and Ukraine, the war in Chechnya, Transnistria, Nagorno-Karabakh, etc. ), in Latvia I joined the left-wing political movements (the Latvian branch of Other Russia and the Headquarters of the Defense of the Russian Schools) and together with my comrades I fight for the rights of workers and discriminated lat shskimi authorities of the Russian-speaking population.
In general, Russia is the main forge of the Great October Socialist Revolution of 1917, the main link linking all the other parts of the collapsed Russian Empire into the United Socialist State - the USSR! It is not without reason that in our anthem it is sung that Great Union united the Indestructible Republic of Soviet Forces forever! And therefore, it is from Russia, from my point of view, that the restoration of our temporarily fallen Union will begin !!
The USSR became the natural geopolitical embodiment of Russia - the Russian Empire - Russia in the socialist hypostasis. In a form that is most acceptable for our people both economically and spiritually, as well as the best for Russian statehood (given the Russian communal, conciliar mentality, the sense of social justice that has been sharply developed in our people and the enormous size of our state, which can only be effectively managed by basis of a planned economy and social forms of ownership).
However, due to the collapse of the USSR, more than 30 million Russian residents remained outside the borders of their historical homeland - the Baltic states, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, etc. and are often second-class residents in the newly-minted bourgeois republics, often deprived of civil rights (apartheid and ethnocide in the Baltic states and Ukraine). When the Russian national liberation revolution (which incidentally matured in our mining region already in the mid-90s of the last century) began in Crimea and the Donbass, in Crimea and Donbass, I first arrived in Crimea with my comrades then Donbass, and joined the militia.
Now I am a serviceman of the DPR Army, as well as an activist of Other Russia and the DPR Communist Party. In general, the Donbass (like the Crimea) is historically the territory of Russia, which was purely technically annexed by the Bolsheviks at the beginning of the last century to Ukraine, in order to preserve the latter as part of Soviet Russia (as autonomy) under the conditions of the Civil War and Euro-American intervention, and then the USSR.
Therefore, we - residents of LDNR - now, in completely different conditions (the Russophobian Bandera regime established in bourgeois Ukraine) advocate the integration of our mining region with Russia and do not want to live in Ukraine (our people expressed their will in a democratic and fully compliant with all international standards referendum rights in May 2014!).
Most of our residents, including political scientists, historians and public figures, consider Russia's implementation of the Ossetian - Abkhazian or Crimean scenarios to be the most acceptable solution to our question and a way to end the war in the Southeast.
Given the enachies of our aspirations, we enthusiastically accepted the decision of Vladimir Putin to give Russian citizens of Donbass Russian citizenship in an accelerated manner. As a citizen of the DPR, who participated in the people's liberation revolution in the Crimea and the Donbass since March 2014, I collected all the necessary documents in the summer of 2019 to apply for a Russian passport. However, they told me in the DPR migration department that Russian passports are issued only to citizens of the DPR and Ukraine, but not to other states.
Then, three months ago, I turned for help to my political ally in the communist movement, comrade Sergei Shargunov, a State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, a party that helps Donbass financially and advocates its integration with its historical homeland - Russia. I asked Sergey to use my political and public relations, as well as the high status of a deputy of the Russian Parliament, to help me and other holders of passports of the DPR and LPR (but at the same time being citizens of not Ukraine, but other states) in obtaining Russian citizenship.
In turn, comrade Shargunov turned to the Commissioner for Human Rights of Russia Tatyana Moskalkova. However, Moskalkova’s response, received in October, is rather strange - “since my appeal regarding the acquisition of Russian citizenship is not accompanied by documents confirming the information presented and allowing me to establish the existence and nature of the violation of my rights by any state structures of the Russian Federation, the appeal is directed by competence to Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to assist. "
Firstly, all the necessary information about me is contained in the media. Secondly, I did not contact any Russian state authorities with the question of acquiring citizenship. I, as provided for in the DPR, handed over all the necessary documents to the DPR migration service as a mediator, and it was this service that refused me on the grounds that I am not a citizen of Ukraine.
However, the decision on the conditions for granting Russian citizenship is made by the Russian authorities!
Given that Tatyana Moskalkova transferred my appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, I appeal to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to the State Duma of Russia, to Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev and to the Russian Government and the Russian people as a whole.
Dear comrades, citizens of the DPR and LPR who came to Donbass from other countries in 2014-16, stood at the origins of our statehood and with arms in their hands protect Donbass from Ukrainian aggressors, from my point of view should also have the right to obtain Russian citizenship.
In addition, I personally am a citizen of Latvia, the former Republic of the USSR, in which about 40% of Russian residents live and which was torn from fraternal Russia in the late 80s as a result of the criminal collapse of the USSR.
My mother is Russian by nationality, born in the USSR, an economist by training (she comes from a peasant environment, from the village of Dreerovka), and my late father is a Ugandan citizen, a representative of the conservative and warlike tribe Lango, Ph.D., who was educated in the USSR in the field agriculture (a native of the peasant environment, the north-Ugandan region of Apache).
In addition, we, the DPR and LPR militias, protect not only our young states from the Ukrainian and Euro-American occupiers, but also defend the geopolitical interests of Russia itself, because we are a barrier to the expansion of NATO hordes to the borders of the Russian South. Indeed, one of the goals of the Euro-Maidan was the transformation of Ukraine into an ultra Russophobic state and the encirclement of Russia from the Ukrainian side by the military bases of the West. And thanks to the LNR Armies, the strategically important part of the Russian border is not NATO, but its friendly troops!
This fact is especially relevant in the light of the constant provocations of Ukraine and NATO in the Black Sea, etc.
Dear comrades, I and other “non-Ukrainian” LDNR militias need a Russian passport in order to increase the number of LDNR residents with Russian citizenship. This will provide Russia with stronger legal grounds for protecting its compatriots.
As the results of the Normandy Four summit in Paris yesterday (December 9) showed, neither the Minsk nor Norman processes, unfortunately, are able to end the war in the Southeast. So, Zelensky still insists that elections to LDNR should be held only after Ukraine takes control of the border between LDNR and the Russian Federation, although this contradicts the Minsk agreements. Secondly, it was not possible to agree on the separation of forces and means along the entire contact line in the Donbass, since, according to Zelensky, Ukraine supposedly could not ensure the withdrawal of its military (what nonsense! ??).
Thirdly, Zelensky, following the example of his predecessor Poroshenko, demands the withdrawal of mythical foreign armed formations from the territory of the LPR. Although, as everyone knows perfectly well and as reflected in numerous OSCE reports, we have no foreign armies, including the Russian one, !!!
In addition, the withdrawal of forces in Petrovsky and Zolotoy last month is fictitious, since Ukraine replaced the VSUshnikov with armed cops and the National Guard, strengthens its position near the breeding areas and constantly shells the territory of the LPRP, including heavy weapons.
Thus, the war, unfortunately, will continue to continue, and our civilians and military personnel will continue to be injured and die from Ukrainian shells.

Dear comrades, secondly, Russian citizenship will allow me to take a more active part in the political life of Russia, which I see in the future as a prosperous socialist state, capable of rallying all the former Soviet republics around me.

Benes Ayo, citizen of the DPR and Latvia, activist of the Communist Party of the DPR and Other Russia

IMPORTANCE OF THE WORKING SPHERE OF SERVICES IN COMBATING CAPITAL.

Some modern Marxists completely deny service workers. They are considered a weak support for the revolutionary movement and are also considered too fragmented to be organized as a monolithic and powerful movement.

In light of the fact that this category occupies an increasing place in the economies of the countries of the former CIS, this point of view is extremely worrying.

Image

At first glance, the service sector is full of small enterprises with the number of workers up to 50 people. It is difficult for teams of such enterprises to communicate what is called “directly”. This to some extent complicates their agitation. But this is not the main problem. Not a “common roof” connects people in the modern world, but means of communication. But more on that later.

The main problem is the high staff turnover and the associated high labor market supply. It is not a problem for the service industry to find a new employee, unless he is a highly qualified narrow specialist in his field.

Instead of fighting for their rights, in almost 100% of cases, employees of such firms go to another job. This is primarily due to the high demand in the labor market for staff.

A waiter or a bartender today is more likely to switch to a more paid place of work than to engage in a useless (from their point of view) class struggle. They again do not want this for the same reasons as high demand and supply on the labor market. Always and everywhere in the service sector, someone is missing. Therefore, such workers have no sense of struggle. As a rule, a year or two does not pass and a person changes jobs to the same or similar. In part, this also applies to production workers, but to a lesser extent, since an intelligent engineer (and indeed an average IT engineer), for example, is now quite difficult to find. Therefore, the staff turnover in the production sector is much lower (although not always and everywhere) than in the service sector.

Image
Comrades, remember that in the establishments where you come to have dinner or relax your brothers are the same proletarians. Follow the rules of decency and do not insult the staff in vain..

In Ukraine, the problem is exacerbated by the fact that the proletariat has the choice to work in Poland or in Russia. Labor migration from our country is the main threat to the labor movement (but more on that another time). The bottom line is that low-skilled workers represent a weak organizational unit, and some tend to slip into the ranks of the lumpen proletariat, which, as we know, is not at all a revolutionary layer of society, but rather a counterrevolutionary one (the bourgeoisie always bought these people and directed them to suppress rebellious people).

So here. They do not linger in collectives and at any moment can “rush for potatoes” to a neighboring state. Many people want to stay there for several years, and then with luck, maybe for a lifetime.

But, if you thought that only such workers want to dump, you thought badly. Highly qualified personnel are being forced out of Ukraine by all means. This is clear. With small salaries, “our” rulers do better for European enterprises. Thus, the latter pump out the latest “brains”, receiving double benefits for filling personnel holes and eliminating competitors. This is the dualistic nature of labor migration from Ukraine.

Service workers, however, can fight for their rights. So far, these are mainly employees of large companies. And this is due to the following.

Image

The strike of large masses of workers is not beneficial for networks, since in this case it will be problematic to replace them with others. It is easier for the owner to yield to the demands of the workers. In addition, such a strike will cause great resonance and is able to induce other workers to take similar actions. It is the service sector in the sense of medium and large business that is more of our potential audience. The construction sector should also be taken into account and based on it, among other things.

The strike of crane operators in Kazan (we take it as a good example from the recent history of the labor movement in the CIS) proves the potential of workers to grow (relative growth, but builders in Ukraine and the Russian Federation are more than workers in some other industries, such as agriculture) of the construction industry today. Although the strike was not supported by construction workers of other specialties (because the interest of crane operators and the corresponding incentive to strike was associated only with a specific deterioration in working conditions for them), it proved how much the owners fear the mass strike, not even all, but only key workers. Some reproached the crane operators for the “strike not according to the rules” which, “will lead to mass layoffs,” but the owners of our life, you can imagine, did not find as many crane operators to replace the strikers. And part of the workers in other cities expressed solidarity and refused to go to Kazan. And the point here is not only the rarity and complexity of the profession, but also the mass strikers.

Those who said that the strike will be defeated due to the fact that only "crane operators" are on strike did not take into account the fact that the majority of crane operators are on strike. So, layoffs are unlikely. And so it happened.

Image
This is because in any strike, in addition to coherence and discipline, its numerical nature is also necessary.

If at least a third of all workers go on strike in the chain of stores, the owner will not be able to carry out mass layoffs. Because of the resonance that is characteristic of today's generation of social networks and mass media, when information about such events reaches everyone in a matter of hours. Due to difficulties in finding and replacing a large number of employees.

But one cannot but agree that the local nature of the strike can reduce it to layoffs. By extrapolating the strike in Kazan to the entire sphere of construction and maintenance, we can conclude that if MOST key employees take part in the local strike, they can achieve certain results. This also applies to strikes in individual branches and on the scale of entire corporations.

Image

Mistakes during strikes happen. But to spit directly on the efforts of hundreds of people, on their struggle, to declare a strike that has already begun a senseless one, is criminal. Therefore, the left is obliged to support the resistance of the masses that has already begun, even if it is doomed to failure. This is a principled position. If the workers are fighting, the real Marxist is obliged to support them and not to say later that “there was no need to take up arms”.

Image

The local nature of the strike is wrong, but sometimes it brings results. But still, the best option is one that provides for a general strike of workers in one network or most workers in a certain industry.

The importance of the service sector is growing every day. And this importance is growing both for the workers themselves and for the capitalists. And for the former and for the latter, the importance lies in income. Income from labor and from labor exploitation. Therefore, Marxists should pay particular attention to services, trade, and construction.

Speaking of labor exploitation. Today, some of the service sector employees are not officially employed. This gives the owners a “full right” to exploit their workers to the full. The working day in some institutions lasts 12-15 hours, that is, almost twice as long as in the workplace. In some cases, such a tough mode of operation is tightened even more.

Workers are forbidden to sit in the workplace, distracted by conversation, forced to come to work half an hour earlier, fined for being late. The service industry is famous for its fines policy. They should, as it were, ensure that staff comply with the rules of the institution.

Often in such institutions there is no normal wage, and fines squeeze everything out of the employee.

Image

We can summarize all of the above with the following conclusion: it is in the service sector workers that we find the people most dissatisfied with capitalism. For the most part it is. However, as mentioned above, employees of small firms are more likely to switch to another job than to try to go on strike. But the proletariat in large commercial networks (services, trade, construction, etc.), under the conditions of gradual de-industrialization, today, whoever says anything, is the most reliable support of the labor or Marxist movement, along with the industrial proletariat.

The waiter is no worse than an engineer, in the sense that they will always have common interests consisting in counteracting exploitation and changing the socio-economic formation. So far this understanding has not appeared among the majority of the proletarians of our (and not only our) country, but soon it will begin to change. And the Marxists of Ukraine should make every effort to this.

Read more about the service sector below. New Year's Eve article will be released! It all depends on your activity.

Thank you and see you soon!

We were, are and will be near! New Year's trip of the delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party to the Donbass
When it comes to helping residents of Donbass, political disagreements, as a rule, go by the wayside. Most residents of Russia empathize with their brothers, who find themselves in difficult life conditions, many respond to a request for help.

Julia Mikhailova, member of the Presidium of theAll-Union Union of Railroads “Hope of Russia” 2020-01-08 23:59

The only thing that distinguishes us, members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, from representatives of other political forces is that our comrades were close to the organizers of the referendum on the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics six years ago. That they shoulder to shoulder defended its results. The fact that they were the first, even before organizing the dispatch of official “white” convoys, began collecting and sending humanitarian aid to the population of New Russia. Back in June 2014, in Moscow alone, under the auspices of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, dozens of collection points were opened, for which Muscovites carried clothes, cereals, cans of canned goods, medicines, and basic necessities. Five years ago, on the eve of 2015, the Lugansk Drama Theater and the Donetsk Circus opened their doors for the first time since the start of hostilities, which were organized for children with the direct participation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Then we, members of the Communist Party delegation, handed in the gifts we brought in cold unheated rooms in which the kids were sitting in outer clothing. Tears came to his eyes at the sight of little trembling fingers, with trepidation unfolding a wrapper of chocolate candy - a treat, which the children of the 21st century war were already beginning to forget ...

On the eve of 2020, the Communist Party traditionally sent to the Donbass several multi-ton trucks with gifts for children and other humanitarian aid. And then a delegation headed by the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the SKP-CPSU, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Kazbek Taysaev left there to personally deliver gifts to children at New Year's holidays and hold a number of scheduled meetings .

The delegation included the Advisor to the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party G.A. Zyuganova Vladimir Rodin, head of the international department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Yuli Yakubov, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, member of the Volgograd Regional Duma Evgeny Shamanaev, head of the sector of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Communist Party for National Politics Viktor Alipa, assistant to the deputy of the State Duma Nikolai Pantyushin and author of these lines.

New Year gifts

The trips of the delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to Donbass on New Year's Eve have become a good tradition.

This time in the three days that our business trip lasted, we decided to go around the maximum possible number of children's institutions whose pupils need the most attention and care — orphanages, boarding schools, hospitals and schools located in the frontline territories.

Of course, compared with 2014, when even the rooms intended for the New Year holidays were not heated, not all children received a hot lunch every day, and a box of sweets was a real miracle, the situation in the Donbass has changed for the better.

However, the pain did not go anywhere. She only slightly dulled, went deeper, fused with the children. It is especially acute for those of them who live close to the front line.

A school in the village of Aleksandrovka, Maryinsky district, is located inside the separation strip, just a few hundred meters from the trenches of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The border cut the region in half, depriving people of the opportunity to live and work normally. Many enterprises were on the Ukrainian side. Shellings are carried out daily, especially in the evening and at night. Getting here is hard. Without DPS escort, in order to overcome the checkpoint, you need to stand in line for more than one hour. The road leading to the village is clearly visible from the perspective of the Ukrainian military. Our cars, which harmoniously passed the DNR checkpoint and ended up in a neutral strip, apparently attracted the attention of the opposite side, and we almost came under fire.

However, the village continues to live. The school also functions in it. Good school. Not orphans, not abandoned children, study in it. But all of them, without exception, became "children of war." Wars of the 21st century.

The children and their teachers prepared a wonderful New Year's fairy tale for us, guests. When another shelling started during the performance, the guys took the sounds of shells for granted: they shoot and shoot. What to do: war. The smallest - primary school students - do not remember the pre-war, peaceful life. Out of years, a serious teenager in a musketeer costume firmly said that after 9th grade, like many of his friends, he would go to a military lyceum in Donetsk: honor in military specialties for children growing up under the whistle of shells. Here everyone is ready to defend their homeland.

These guys almost did not look at the glowing garland decorated with balls of a Christmas tree. Even they danced in a round dance, they were somehow intense. But sweet gifts in beautiful boxes, packed in red bags with the symbols of the Communist Party, they took with joy.

“Having peered into the concentrated, without any emotions faces of the kids, I realized that they did not live a single conscious day in peacetime. Here absolutely everything - both adults and children - live with the knowledge that any day may be their last, ”Vladimir Rodin shares his impression. - During the New Year's greetings, it seems to me that at least for some time we managed to get them out of their stupor. Having wished that the coming New Year put an end to the war, as happened in 1945, we distributed ribbons with the 1945 Victory logo to the guys. Sitting on a high chair among the children, I showed them how to turn this ribbon with a pin into a beautiful bow. Children perked up and literally lined up to decorate their blouses and shirts with such a bow. Perhaps they, not knowing a peaceful life, wanted to believe, that this ribbon will bring them happiness? One little girl attached two bows to herself and sat proud - as if they were awards. ”

We also visited boarding school No. 3 in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. Its building is extreme in front of the positions of the People’s Police of the DPR. Because of the bullets or shell fragments that often arrive here, more than 80 double-glazed windows had to be replaced. Only the two heaps that are nearby are saved from more serious consequences - the so-called mountains of waste generated during coal mining.

I gathered a full hall on a Christmas tree in the Palace of Culture of the Petrovsky District of Donetsk. A large theatrical performance based on the "Snow Queen" was staged for the guests of the holiday.

We could not stop by at the boarding school No. 1, with which the Communist Party established warm friendly relations, we know many children by sight and by name!

All the pupils of this boarding school, under the age of 14, visited the Snegiri recreation complex near Moscow and vied with each other to tell us how warmly they were received in Russia, what they saw and learned.

Recall that the Snegiri health complex regularly accepts children from Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics as part of the Children of Russia to the Children of Donbass movement, which was created thanks to the personal participation of the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov and People's Artist of the USSR Joseph Kobzon. During the trip, the guys have an interesting time, attend cultural and sports events, gain strength and make friends.

I must say that the number of children in orphanages in the DPR has recently increased. In addition to the children who have lost their parents, or those whose fathers and mothers are deprived of parental rights, many children from large families and families who are unable to provide a decent life for their children come here.

“Children from large families today live in extremely difficult conditions,” the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin later admitted in a conversation. “The farther from Donetsk, the worse the situation.” Children from the front-line areas are most in need of support. ”

We also visited the New Year holidays in the Lugansk orphanage, where children from socially vulnerable and dysfunctional families are brought up and in the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital.

The main thing is the world

At each of the holidays, members of the Communist Party delegation presented gifts to the children. Yes, not just handed over, but together with the children took an active part in games, round dances, quizzes. Some kids even mistook Vladimir Rodin, if not for Santa Claus, then for the kind wizard who flew from a fabulously happy country. And our questions about their innermost desires, tired of the constant shelling, the guys answered in unison that they want peace and happiness.

On the eve of the anniversary of the victorious year, many children of the DPR sent postcards for its defenders to the front lines. The postcards themselves were scanned from originals stored since World War II. On some of them, greetings to Dad are attributed with a child’s hand or sun rays are painted. It was on facsimile cards that the children wrote their congratulations. Here are the lines from them:

“Hello, defender of my homeland! You save us from troubles, thanks to you I live in peace and tranquility and live for many years. Thank you for all, fight for us forever! ”(Maxim Magula)

“I wish you happiness, health, love and joy! But most of all I wish you a peaceful sky above your head. Take care of yourself! ”(Vladimir Moiseenko)

"Happy New Year! Dear soldiers! I wish you happiness, health, kindness, good luck, luck, prosperity and, of course, VICTORY! May a peaceful clear sky come in 2020 ”(Nastya Repina)

“Dear defender of my country! I congratulate you on the year 2020, I wish you happiness, and the victory will be ours. I believe in you! ”(Sergey Glebov)

Teachers and children were enthusiastic about the opportunity to participate in the contest “And he remembers the world saved!” Organized by the Komsomol in the framework of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory. It seems that for them, the children of the 21st century war, this is especially important.

On New Year's Eve, other representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation left for Donbass. A delegation of the Rostov Regional Committee of the Communist Party headed by the deputy head of the Communist Party faction in the State Duma Nikolai Kolomeitsev visited the Christmas trees in the Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics. Also, the delegation of Yakutia visited the Donetsk People's Republic, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the State Assembly of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), First Secretary of the Yakut Reskom of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Viktor Gubarev, to transfer targeted assistance to the families of militias who died during the armed conflict.

In total, the Communist Party sent over 100 thousand gifts and many boxes of sweets to the children of Donbass.

All of them reached the addressees - there is no doubt about it. In the republics, this work has been put on a very tough level - not a single candy, not a single cookie sent by us there disappears. And gifts for the New Year receive absolutely all the guys!

One of the drivers of the multi-ton truck following the convoy of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation from Moscow, the communist Vladimir Pelevin, who regularly travels to the Donbass, has delivered 820 tons of humanitarian aid here over the past years of the war. Moreover, not one of Vladimir’s trips did without his visit to the front line. So this time, the New Year’s gifts brought by him were received by the soldiers of the legendary Ghost Brigade, now transformed into another unit.

Donetsk needs “Youth”

The residents of Donetsk turned to Kazbek Taisaev during his visit to the Donbass at the end of January 2019 with a request to restore the Youth Palace “Youth”, destroyed as a result of thirteen direct artillery hits. The project for the revival of this facility, the implementation of which is scheduled for 2020, largely appeared thanks to the support of the Communist Party and its leader Gennady Zyuganov.

This palace was built 44 years ago, in 1975, on the birthday of Komsomol and was a unique object for that time. On an area of 14.5 thousand square meters there were many rooms for a wide variety of activities for children and youth, a foyer with a dance hall, a swimming pool. A transformable hall was also provided. In normal times, it consisted of two rooms - for sports and a concert. But if necessary, in the case of holding grandiose representations, it turned into a single space, accommodating about one and a half thousand people.

The monumental building in the spirit of the Soviet era made of glass and metal with terracotta lining was regularly visited not only by residents of Donetsk, but also by children from other settlements of the region. In total, thousands of children studied here.

According to the staff of the palace, there were 17 hits in Yunost, of which only seven hit the roof. Glass flew out, metal structures broke, in some rooms the ceiling collapsed, and the heating system was destroyed.

But if outwardly the palace looks like a ghost, then inside it life continues. Let so far and in a somewhat truncated scale. Parents of children and teachers repaired several rooms where classes are conducted on their own. They believed, they knew that help would come!

The decisive role in the fate of the palace was played by its director - Vitaly Tsavkaev, who worked here for more than 30 years. Thanks to him, the teaching staff is almost completely preserved and classes are taught in dozens of areas.

“They say that an unexploited pool is quickly deteriorating. This is probably a miracle. The tile is almost completely saved. Carry out repairs and the palace will immediately work to its full potential! ”- Vitaliy Tsavkaev is convinced.

Already today funds have been allocated for the development of design estimates. In the coming months, work on it will be completed.

The palace has been one of the most prestigious concert venues in Donetsk for many years. Many times, Joseph Kobzon also performed here along with other prominent performers. It is no accident that it was in the square in front of this building that a monument to Joseph Kobzon was erected to him. The name of this great son of Donbass is supposed to be assigned to the restored Youth Palace “Youth”.

The first among universities

Next year, Gorky Medical University will celebrate its 90th anniversary - one of the leading universities in the republic, from which many generations of doctors have emerged. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is also associated with many years of warm relations.

Recall that he was the first of the DNI universities to receive accreditation in the Russian Federation. Its graduates were the first to become holders of higher education diplomas in our country. While not underestimating the highest level of their training, which more than once astounded examiners from Russia, I would like to recall that the Communist Party faction in the State Duma and personally Kazbek Taisaev, who is the deputy chairman of the CIS Affairs and Relations Committee, played a decisive role in the possibility of obtaining Russian-style diplomas. with compatriots. It is no accident that he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of this institute.

Over the years, the university has not only consistently proved to be a leader among Ukrainian universities, but has also made itself known in the international arena.

Today, the university has reached the pre-war level in terms of the number of students. Scientific work in it is carried out by 120 doctors and 465 candidates of sciences.

During the solemn meeting at the Gorky Medical University, in which, along with the heads of departments of the republic, our delegation also attended as guests, Kazbek Taisaev emphasized: “More than fifty thousand specialists, including more than two thousand from 85 countries of the world, graduated from the University. The accumulated colossal experience, a large scientific and material base give students the knowledge and skills thanks to which they are in demand around the world. This once again underlines the importance of the University in the system of medical education! ”- said Kazbek Taysaev in his speech. He also expressed his desire to provide targeted support to the university, equipping its laboratories with modern computer technology.

Communists are always at the forefront

A significant contribution to the normalization of life in the Donbass was and is being made by the Communists. During the trip, we were not simply accompanied by the leaders and activists of the DNR and LNR party organizations, the very program of our trip was drawn up with their participation.

It also included a meeting with party activists led by First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the People’s Communist Party Borisov Litvinov and supporters of the Communist Party of the DPR. During it, we discussed current issues, among which the greatest attention was paid to preparations for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Lenin and the 75th anniversary of the Victory, about which Vladimir Rodin spoke in detail. The Donetsk Communists were invited, following the example of the Belarusian Communists, to collect information about the number of residents of the Donetsk region who died during the war and plant trees in memory of them. For their part, the Donetsk communists complained about the difficulty of acquiring seedlings.

The Communists were tasked with identifying the most needy children for a possible referral to the Snegiri health camp.

Kazbek Taysaev recalled the help that the Communist Party provides to the people of Donbass. The Communist Party has achieved an increase in the number of budget places in Russian universities for applicants from the DPR and LPR, the issuance of Russian diplomas for a number of universities and the possibility for residents of the Donbas to obtain Russian citizenship. Russian communists took patronage over a number of educational institutions, provided rehabilitation for several thousand children, and regularly deliver humanitarian aid to needy residents of Donbass.

The question was raised about opening a public reception room of the Russian Federation in the republics. Today, when more and more of their residents become citizens of Russia, consular support is becoming increasingly important.

A serious problem remains the completion of the repair of the building where the KPPR is located. Recall that in September 2018 it suffered from an explosion organized during a party conference. Glass flew out, walls and ceiling were damaged. Over the past year, new troubles have been added to the consequences of the explosion: a leaky roof damaged electrical wiring, and washing the walls dictated the need to dismantle heating batteries.

Representatives of the Communist Party of the DPRK, as well as public and political figures of the DPR, were awarded prizes by the Central Committee of the Communist Party on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Stalin. In turn, Boris Litvinov handed over stamps and envelopes depicting the Soviet leader to Russian comrades.

On the territory of the LPR, we were accompanied by the Communists, led by their leader Igor Gumenyuk. There was simply not enough time to meet with the asset - we tried so hard to congratulate the children in the boarding school and the hospital!

Developing cooperation

Despite the extremely tight travel schedule, we still managed to hold many working meetings. So, during conversations with the leaders of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin and the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik, they discussed the implementation of the CPRF initiatives: the Union-Patriotic relay race “Our Great Victory” and the campaign “Victory Garden - Garden of Life”, as well as the status of getting citizenship of the Russian Federation by residents of the republics. The amount that must be spent on obtaining citizenship - about 6 thousand rubles, turns out to be unbearable for a large number of residents of Donbass. Especially when it comes to obtaining passports as a family. After all, incomes here are still low. Say, the salary of a graduate of a medical university is not more than 10 thousand rubles.

It is very difficult to officially register public associations in the republics: a difficult foreign policy situation dictates its own rules of life. Nevertheless, the solution of so many issues is not without women. During the trip, we met with activists of the women's union of the republic "Nadezhda Donbassa". This organization is headed by a wonderful poetess Galina Bozhenko. With great interest, women who specially came to the meeting from different regions of the DPR, representatives of different professions listened to the story about the work of the All-Russian Union of Travelers and Socialists “Hope of Russia”, their planned activities in preparation for the 75th anniversary of the Victory. Actual issues of the development of the women's movement in the Republic were discussed, and ways to address them were outlined.

Nobody is forgotten ...

For Donbass, where the war has been going on for almost six years, the upcoming 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the symbols associated with this date are of particular importance. In recent years, a lot of new memorial sites related to the war have appeared here.

At the entrance to the territory of the DPR, our delegation paid tribute to the defenders of Saur-Grave. During World War II, fierce battles were fought here. Already in peacetime, in the late 60s, at a height of such great importance for the Victory, a memorial complex was created. And in June 2014, when the inhabitants of Donbass were again forced to take up arms in order to defend their independence, fierce battles broke out between supporters of the DPR and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the fighting, the memorial complex received significant damage. At the end of August 2014, the Ukrainian military units from Saur-Mogily retreated. Today, the destroyed complex, with traces of shelling and explosions, is a memory of two wars.

We also gave the memory to the fallen leaders of the DPR and LPR, laying flowers at the grave of the first head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, a true defender of the Russian world and the place where he died tragically in August 2018, as well as a memorial plaque installed on the house where he lived Valery Bolotov is the first head of the LPR, around which all who stood up to defend their native land came together.

Among the military monuments of recent times, one cannot but mention the “Black Tank” - a damaged T-64, which is located at the entrance to Lugansk, in the village of Khryaschevatoye. “For our and your future!” Is written on its trunk. Not far from it is the Oath Memorial complex in Krasnodon, on the Young Guard Square, which consists of a mass grave and a monument to the heroes of the Komsomol members of the now distant 40s ...

Leaving the Donbass, I could not help but think that history was moving in a spiral. Monuments now distant World War II and the current war are adjacent to each other. Moreover, some become common monuments - monuments of war ... After decades, warriors again perish, defending their homeland, they defend themselves, showing the highest spiritual qualities, civilians, children suffer hardships ... This war will also be left behind. I really want this day to come as soon as possible!

And this day will again be our common Victory, because we were, are and will be near!

3. Details of Complaint

Introduction: I grew up in New York City’s Ukrainian Community, being a son of Ukrainian parents who were pioneers of the Ukrainian Organized Community. I attended the Ukrainian School at the New York branch of UAYA (Ukrainian American Youth Association), located at East 10th Street New York, NY. 10003. I continued my education and active participation in Ukrainian organizations in the ODFFU [Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms of Ukraine], Inc. building located at 136 Second Avenue, New York, NY, 10003.

[UAYA is headquartered at the same address. The “ODFFU, Inc. building” used to be called the Organizations of the Ukrainian Liberation Front (OULF) Home. The OULF was a coordinating body of NGOs aligned with the fascist, Stepan Bandera/“Revolutionaries” wing of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists during the Cold War, succeeded today by the World Council of Ukrainian State Organizations, A.K.A. the “International Council in Support of Ukraine.” Click here for more information about the present-day OUN-B/OUN(R)’s international network.]

The following narrative is based on true facts. I will be systematically sending the proof documentation to the Attorney General offices, the IRS, the FBI, the CIA and other entities to affect a speedy intervention in the activities of Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation, Inc., The Heritage Foundation, the Center for US-Ukraine Relations (CUSUR) and other Ukrainian institutions/organizations in order to purge them from the influence of this group of individuals with a hidden extremist agenda.

I grew up with many of the individuals listed above and worked with them over many years. Eventually it got to the point where they tried to convince me to join their secret organization OUN (R) [A.K.A. OUN-B] and some kind of antisemitic secret movement. Their fascist-extremist ideology scared me and I decided to gradually disassociate myself from those people. I got married, moved to New Jersey and that made it easier to avoid them.
The people of this group always tried contacting me via a physical encounter at the UAYA Camp Resort located at 8853 Route 209 in Ellenville, New York, via telephone and during Ukrainian festivals or events in which I was participating. [Click here for more information about the history of Ukrainian Nationalist activities in Ellenville and Ulster County, New York.]

Their mistake was to drink too much and tell me about their plans and activities. Their weakness was the excessive use of alcohol and the use of drugs. This alcohol and drugs abuse was common among the officers of the OUN (R) organization (Nick [“Mykola”] Hryckowian, Paul [“Pavlo”] Bandriwsky, Walter Zarycky, Borys Potapenko and especially Bohdan Harhaj).
I was invited to become a member of the domestic New York State non-for-profit corporation entitled Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter UAFF). UAFF is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
I refused to join the UAFF, Inc. As a devoted member of the Ukrainian community, I held different positions in several organizations (mainly at the UAYA). I was very familiar with the operations of the UAFF offices, an institution that serves as the financial facade of the terrorist organization OUN (R). I received sensitive and dangerous information, mainly of their illegal and clandestine activities over the years.
I will provide several examples. Bohdan Harhaj told me about the difficulties that the OUN (R) was encountering with some members of UAFF, Inc.
Those members, brought on board by the well-meaning UAFF elders, were not OUN members and they refused to get involved in any illegal/clandestine activities. He resented that those new people were trying to cleanse the institution “from us” (as he put it), to become a Ukrainian community-based organization. He complained that “they refuse to contribute money for our cause”. They also refused to make transactions and/or payments ordered by OUN (R) officers because they considered them to be legally questionable. He stated many times that they (OUN (R) officers) won’t allow this to continue. They will destroy those individuals’ reputations within the Ukrainian community.

During my conversations with Bohdan Harhaj, he complained that the UAFF, Inc. didn’t hold annual meetings in a very long time. The current custodians resisted the interference from OUN (R). He assured me that they (OUN (R) officers) were working towards the removal of those individuals from the UAFF. Bohdan Harhaj is the former head of OUN (R) in the USA. He and the current head of OUN (R) [in the United States],Walter Zaryckyj, both assured me that they will rid the UAFF of those individuals who interfered with OUN (R). Walter Zaryckyj on September 1, 2019 stated that his team was joined by Askold Lozynskyj, Esq, as the legal advisor, working in conjunction with Paul Bandriwsky, Nick Hryckowian and Borys Potapenko, to ruin the reputations of those individuals. Askold Lozynskyj is a devoted member of OUN (R) and a member of UAFF, Inc.

After the review of the UAFF, Inc. meeting minutes (obtained from a long-time friend of mine who is an UAFF, Inc. officer), I found that those minutes are made up by OUN (R) officers and the UAFF, Inc. board was coerced to adopt them.
Bohdan Harhaj (being obviously drunk) mentioned at our encounter at the UAYA Camp Resort that Borys Potapenko was secretly getting a salary for several years from UAFF, Inc by OUN (R) on orders from Paul Bandriwsky. When some UAFF, Inc. members asked Borys Potapenko to provide his SSN/TIN in order to proceed with the proper filing, he refused to provide it. He replied that “if you have any problems with it, Paul Bandriwsky, Nick Hryckowian and Walter Zaryckyj will take care of any of you”. Potapenko’s salary is not reflected in the 990’s of UAFF, Inc. Since Bohdan Harhaj became the UAFF, Inc. president, the 990’s were filed fraudulently.

During another conversation Bohdan Harhaj laughingly mentioned that, with the exception of 4 individuals, no one pays the membership dues to the foundation. I asked him about how it was possible to conduct annual meeting

s of the membership and how the UAFF was able to pay its expenses? He laughed again and replied — “the Ukrainian Community can pay for us”.
At the last UAFF, Inc. annual meeting Walter Zaryckyj was appointed as its president (even though he did not seek that position). The was done in order to make clear to the other UAFF, Inc. members that OUN (R) makes all the rules, as he said — “we run the show”. I told him that this will end badly for this foundation, but he replied that “for legal or illegal purposes we have Askold Lozynskyj, Esq. He knows all the leeway with the non-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations and knows how to fuck people around. In addition, now we have Oleh N. Dekajlo, Esq. as a reinforcement for OUN (R), we can fuck anyone that we want. He will do anything that Askold Lozynsky tells him. Askold is a smart cookie and people at the Attorney General office are stupid and lazy. Nobody gives a shit. We can do anything we want.”

I asked him why they were doing this, what was the purpose of all of this? His reply was — “Listen ■■■■■■■, this is nothing, we have a bigger fish to fry. We have to take over the assets of ODFFU, Inc. (Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine, Inc., its building located at 136 2nd. Avenue New York, NY), that is what we really want. Can you even imagine its market value at today’s prices? It’s going to be ours at any cost. We need and we will take over the ODFFU, Inc., whatever it takes. Once we take over the building, Askold Lozynsky already made an offer to the OUN (R) head in Ukraine (Stefan Romaniw from Australia) to purchase it. Borys Potapenko made the entire plan for it. Paul Bandriwsky will arrange to invest the money in the private foundation (Heritage Foundation of First Security Federal Savings Bank, 2329 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago ILL 60622) where he is the most influential Board member.”

Note: The Heritage Foundation was organized exclusively by OUN (R) members. Its official purpose was to preserve the Ukrainian heritage and culture. Its hidden true purpose is to finance activities of OUN (R) by contributing money to the UAFF, Inc.
A separate complaint to the Attorney General’s Office and other official governmental entities against specific board members of the Heritage Foundation will be filed shortly.

Bohdan Harhaj, Paul Bandriwsky, Borys Potapenko, Walter Zaryckyj, Nick Hryckowian, Christine Balko and Andriy Shchegelskiy, worked out the plan to take over the ODFFU, Inc. As a starting point, Askold Lozynsky. Esq. filed a complaint against the current board of ODFFU, Inc. and against the individual board members that resist the influence of OUN (R) and block its takeover of the building.
This takeover group attempts to create chaos and confusion among the ODFFU membership and to force them to hold an Extraordinary Annual Meeting in the Chicago area, a home base of Paul Bandriwsky, Ihor Diaczun and Jaroslaw Sydorynko. It resorts to dirty tactics, creates officially-looking but unauthorized e-mail accounts (odffu136@gmail.com) and uses them to send to the ODFFU membership “official letters”, full of lies and invented stories, in order to call this meeting and proceed with this hostile takeover of ODFFU, Inc. They need the money to fund the OUN (R) terrorist organization, they need the ODFFU’s building.

As a member of the UAYA, Inc., and a former ODFFU, Inc. member, I have many friends that belong to these organizations and I will send a copy of this complaint to them. Once this complaint letter reaches its recipients, the organizers of this takeover attempt will undoubtedly recognize me as its author and I may face the danger of their reprisals. But it is about time that someone would finally try to stop this crazy bunch and put an end to its deceitful and malevolent agenda. I am doing this for the good of these organizations and for the good of the Ukrainian Community. I will provide further detailed information to the Attorney General’s Office, the IRS, the FBI, the CIA and to the Congressional offices. Once I see the reaction by the authorities and their intervention in the affairs of the UAFF, Inc., I will openly identify myself and provide the names of people who have the knowledge and the compromising documentation with regards to the OUN (R) activities.
If this complaint seems to be long and tedious, it is because I am not an attorney (such as Askold Lozynskyj or Oleh N. Dekaijlo). I am not as skillful as they are, but I’m not a terrorist member of OUN (R) as they are.

I will provide the information regarding the most important officers of OUN (R) that are, in my opinion, extremely dangerous to the Ukrainian Community and to our country. At the end of this narrative, you will understand that they are jeopardizing the national security of both Ukraine and the USA because of their unauthorized constant intervention in the Eastern Ukraine’s Donbas region, where they support and organize provocations and terrorist attacks.

In this terrorist organization OUN (R), there is a special division, headed by Nick Hryckowian, charged with the ideological brain washing of youngsters to entice them to join the terrorist division. Yuriy Nakonechny (Nick’s former father-in-law) is a senior officer who somehow is still very tight with Nick. Yuriy is the head of OUN (R) in Philadelphia. He is responsible for the training of future fighters. His house, located at ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Philadelphia PA 19149, is loaded with weapons. He poses as a guns collector, but in reality he has secret places where he hides the weaponry for training of the OUN (R) members/youngsters. He is the president of ODFFU Philadelphia Branch. He has not called a single annual meeting of that Branch in the past 14 years. The members of his branch (Non OUN (R) members) were troubled by this and, as a result, several years ago they sold a building in Philadelphia that belonged to the Ukrainian Community (3 organizations shared the ownership, one of them the Ukrainian American Youth Association, Inc.). When they sold the building, they entrusted him to lead a committee to guard the money. He was supposed to inform the ODFFU Branch members of any decision regarding any transaction, but never did. He only contacted OUN (R) members and they decided what to do with the money.

Nick Hryckowian was married to Yuriy’s daughter (Dorothy) and they had 5 children. They got divorced due to constant financial difficulties and the arguments resulting in wife abuse. He never liked to work and was accustomed to stealing from the Ukrainian Community.
I grew up with Nick in New York City. I’m little bit older, but at that time we both belonged to the Local Branch of the Ukrainian American Youth Association (UAYA) and later to the 2nd Branch of ODFFU in NYC. During those years we encountered many problems with his behavior at both organizations.

Several times he was caught stealing the money donated by the membership during Christmas caroling fund raising, called Koliada, and other donations. After he was tried by an internal trial, his former father-in-law came to his rescue and paid back part of the stolen donations. He was asked to leave the presidency of the UAYA. As this incident happened at the end of his term, it was easy to elect someone else in the next election and keep quiet about the real reason for his dismissal. During his presidency of the UAYA New York branch, in addition to the stolen money he also did not pay the rent for branch office for over 3 years. Coincidently, he was the head of the OUN (R) in NYC and he made himself the president of the 2nd Branch of ODFFU.

I worked close with him during those times and he drove us to many verbal and almost physical fights. At that time the 2nd branch of ODFFU was disintegrated. We were just a few friends that hanged out in the building, without annual meetings or any kind of formal meetings. He decided to appoint himself as a head of the ODFFU NYC branch. No one filed any membership application and no one paid any membership dues. The only exception were the 3 individuals (Non OUN (R) members) who were non-related to Nick. He decided to run it in an OUN (R) manner, ignoring the older members and the Non-OUN (R) members.

The OUN (R) way of running things meant that the officers appoint people to positions and they must do as they are told. Coincidently, during his leadership tenure he managed not to pay any rent for the ODFFU branch premises. This nonpayment of rent went on for 3 years and forced the ODFFU Headquarters to kick out the branch from the premises. The question that always was and still remains unanswered today is what he did with the money?
As a matter of fact, Mykola [Hryckowian] stole money from the donations received by the ODFFU 2nd Branch. The older ODFFU members decided to remove him and expel him from the ODFFU 2nd Branch. Him and his friends (Walter Zaryckyj) were never formally accepted as ODFFU members through the proper procedures and they never paid any dues.

Today Mykola is one of the leaders of OUN (R), is on the committee of the organizers of this chaos against the current board of ODFFU, Inc. calling for an Extraordinary Annual Meeting (convention).

After all the shame he has caused for his family and being expelled from the Ukrainian Organizations, he moved to Philadelphia, in order to be rescued by his former father-in-law.

Today he is the director of CUSUR (Center of US Ukraine Relations) together with guess whom? Professor Walter Zaryckyj, the head of OUN (R) in USA. What a coincidence! Who else has also joined the Board of this NGO? Roman Myhal — a OUN (R) member (and Walter’s drinking buddy) who in the OUN (R) paramilitary structure is responsible for helping Nick Hryckowian to scare/intimidate people in the Ukrainian Community (his position: OUN officer in charge of unusual situations). Another OUN (R) member and CUSUR Board member is Arthur Hryhorowych (the godfather of Zaryckyj’s daughter).

What is CUSUR and why was it created?

It was created by and for those two individuals — Walter Zaryckyj and Nick Hryckowian. Being both were expelled from the NYC Ukrainian community for fraud, lying, stealing and many other things, they needed the money to survive and pay bills (they are not accustomed to work and the review of their income taxes will corroborate this). They use this NGO to lie to the Ukrainian Community, pretending that somehow they work for the Ukrainian Government and the United States Government, constantly requesting donations from Ukrainian Credit Unions, Ukrainian Organizations, Institutions and privately (example Eugene Yurkiw — Brother of Ulana Suprun).

They collect donations for each conference or round table they organize, an average of $35,000 (and in many cases way more). They present a fraudulent inflated budget; they use $20,000 or less and then they pocket the difference. It is a scam perpetrated on the Ukrainian community. I guess that is what OUN (R) people do, all while saying that they are Ukrainian Patriots that will die for Ukraine.

These two individuals [Hryckowian and Zaryckyj], in order to receive accommodations, services and other expense coverages in Washington DC, present reports on the Ukrainian community and political activities and their fraudulent programs to employees of the CIA.
Everyone who joins and supports CUSUR are OUN (R) members or sympathizers.

The current OUN (R) leader [in the United States], Walter Zaryckyj, was a part time Associate Professor at NYU and Columbia University for years until he was finally able to lecture at the end of his career.

Walter Zaryckyj was thrown out, as a tenant, from the ODFFU building in NYC for many reasons. I will point out at least some of them.

They were bringing people from Ukraine illegally, with false passports (thru connections of OUN (R) members in Ukraine), falsifying documents, forging papers, inviting them to participate in conferences organized by Walter Zaryckyj, Nick Hryckowian and Mark Suprun (at the time a very active OUN (R) member in USA, born and trained in Canada, today running assignments for OUN (R) in Ukraine).

They would assure their clients (victims) that they operate legally and that the invitations were official. Their clients were shocked and disappointed when they found out that their relatives arrived with different names and fraudulent passports.
Those victims are still residing in USA (leaving witnesses).
For each such service case, they charged a client the minimum $5,000 in advance, in some cases $7,500 up to $10,000.00, with a 50% deposit money required in advance. In cases that didn’t work out (the visa was denied by the US Embassy in Ukraine), when the clients (victims) demanded a refund, they would be thrown out of the office by Walter Zaryckyj and Nick Hryckowian (part-time helper at the travel agency). They would be told not to come back or they will be deported by the immigration enforcement officers. They simply kept the money, never issuing a single refund.
The reason that this activity went undetected for all those years was that the daily administrator (office manager) of the building was the mother-in-law of Walter Zaryckyj. Because of her daughter, she covered up for them all the time. She covered up the unpaid rent and she covered up the financial transactions and purchases. For example, the purchases of computers for their business “Hamalia Travel Agency” were charged to the ODFFU, Inc. account (accessed and controlled by Walter Zaryckyj’s mother-in-law). It is important to point out that Ludmila Kostyk was also a member of OUN (R) member and, as such, she was ordered to cover up. These transactions were conducted until the ODFFU, Inc Supervisory Committee discovered this fraud and took steps to remedy it immediately. The ODFFU, Inc. requested the resignation of the office manager. The retirement took place immediately, but the monies were never returned.
After this incident, Walter Zaryckyj and Nick Hryckowian, managed again to fool the newly-elected Board of ODFFU, Inc. (as it had many newcomers who did not have any knowledge of this fraud). They rented premises at the 5th floor of the ODFFU building under the newly-created NGO — CUSUR (after they were forced to shut down the Hamalia Travel Agency). And the history repeated itself. After a short period of time, CUSUR stopped making rent and utilities payments. This went on until the back due rent and utilities reached a significant amount of money and they were evicted from the premises, leaving a debt in excess of $ 100,000.00 to ODFFU, Inc. This amount doesn’t include penalties and/or interest. This amount is still owed to the ODFFU and nothing was ever repaid. These individuals disappeared from ODFFU, Inc.

Today these individuals are attempting to call an ODFFU, Inc. Extraordinary Annual Meeting (Convention). Those individuals never registered as ODFFU, Inc members, never paid membership dues. They still owe over $100,000.00 to the ODFFU, Inc. building and these OUN (R) terrorist officers want to take over ODFFU, Inc.!
For the record: After their eviction, ODFFU, Inc. immediately adopted an initiative to find out who is an OUN (R) member and proceeded with a clean-up action to disassociate such members from the building.
This proved to be a very difficult task, as members like Askold Lozynskyj, Esq., Bohdan Harhaj, Paul Bandriwsky, Borys Potapenko, Walter Zaryckyj, Nick Hryckowian, Christine Balko, Oleh N. Dekailo, Esq. resorted to using all kinds of crafty tactics to discredit and ruin the good people in ODFFU, Inc., especially those who reject OUN (R) and care about the best interest of the Ukrainian organizations.
Walter Zaryckyj, Nick Hryckowian, Bohdan Harhaj, Paul Bandriwsky, Borys Potapenko, Oleh n. Dekailo, Christine Balko, Askold Lozynskyj, Adrian Dlaboha (head of the Ukrainian American Youth Association, Inc., and the godson of Askold Lozynskyj), Yuriy Nakonechny, Andriy Shchegelskiy, Mykhailo Derekhowych, Dmytro Bruger, should be banned from all Ukrainian Non-for-Profit organizations, foundations, institutions pending further investigations. Proof, documents of their activities will be sent accordingly to the aforementioned authorities.
These individuals are involved in authorizing and directing weaponry training in USA.
The last four individuals are in position of large-caliber weapons, many of them illegally acquired. They are constantly working to convince and recruit young people to join OUN (R).

The authorities should act now, arrest and confiscate all the weapons that are in their houses before they find out of this complaint and relocate the weapons. [Above mentioned individuals were made aware of this complaint almost immediately.]

Yuriy Nakonechny: ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Philadelphia PA 19149
Andriy Shchegelskiy: ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Bay Shore NY 11706
Mykhailo Derekhovych: ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Brooklyn NY 11229
Dmytro Burger: ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Schaumburg IL 60195

All the telephones calls should be intercepted, text messages between them should be captured as evidence of their plans, e-mail addresses with their correspondence must be intercepted from the respective servers to prevent the deleting. Once they find out of this complaint, they will try to destroy all the evidence.

The Attorney General Office should find how they intimidate people via electronic communication means, how they try to scare people, how they operate to destroy peoples’ reputation. They created this chaos to enable the hostile takeover of the Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine, Inc. They have already infiltrated the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America and plan to complete the takeover there, unless an intervention will take place. [In fact, the so-called “Ukrainian Liberation Front” staged a “coup” in the UCCA all the way back in 1980.]
I want to notify the authorities, that two weeks prior to his death, Jaroslaw Fedun, a founding member of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of Passaic, New Jersey and long time Board member of the Executive UCCA Board, passed to me a large envelope with a portable USB drive, to be mailed to the Attorney General’s Office with a detailed complaint that will be filed against the entire Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, Inc. (UCCA). Coincidently, all of the above mentioned OUN (R) members have been involved in fraudulent activities and UCCA filings for many years. I promised to him to deliver it. After reading the complaint, I will support such complaint and I will sign the delivery of the envelope.

Bohdan Harhaj, Askold Lozynskyj, Adrian Dlaboha, Walter Zaryckyj, Yaroslaw Melnyk (UAYA New York Branch 136 2nd Avenue Suite 201 New York NY 10003) — current president and the parents committee president and Michael Roscishevsky (Organizational Director UAYA NYC) — these individuals (OUN (R) members) are the most influential people in the Ukrainian American Youth Association, Inc. New York Branch. Adrian Dlaboha is the current president, Bohdan Harhaj was a former president, Askold Lozynskyj was a former 3 terms (9 years) president.

It is not a coincidence that they are also running this UAYA branch clandestinely. Everything is supervised and approved by Askold Lozynskyj and Bohdan Harhaj.

There is a Ukrainian [Saturday] School run by the Board of the UAYA Branch. The Board does nothing without the approval and directions of Askold Lozynskyj, Bohdan Harhaj and Walter Zaryckyj. [The curriculum of Ukrainian Saturday Schools in the United States is coordinated by the UCCA’s Educational Council.]

The UAYA NYC Branch is a mess. Their financial reports that they provide to the Executive Board are a joke, Nadia Dlaboha-Adamo was a president last year, Adrian Dlaboha is executive Board President, Legal Advisor is Askold Lozynskyj, Esq. and personal counselor is Bohdan Harhaj. The Ukrainian School, supervised and managed by Yaroslav Melnyk, has not presented a financial report for at least 8 years. So the executive board is forced to make up numbers in their 990’s and in the filings to the Charity Bureau. Under the directions of Askold Lozynskyj, Esq. and Bohdan Harhaj (Yaroslav Melnyk’s counselor/advisor). The teachers received salary payments which are never declared and reported. They pay the salaries mostly with checks (it can be verified in the account statements), but never provide the teachers or school director with forms 1099-MISC or any other proper documentation.

At their Annual Meetings, the nominating committee’s nominations are always ignored by Askold Lozynskyj. Esq. and Bohdan Harhaj. Through their influence and the family relationships with Adrian Dlaboha, Nadia Dlaboha and Alexandra Harhaj, they are able to run the annual meeting like an OUN (R) and family matter. The intention is always to cover up all the irregularities and illegalities of the UAYA Branch and the Ukrainian School. This is not surprising, as they are all OUN (R) members. Consequently, they don’t attack this organization nor try to correct its wrong doings. They leave it alone and let it be, because the UAYA branch doesn’t own any valuable assets.

Paul Bandriwsky (a leading OUN (R) officer in Chicago), together with other OUN (R) members listed on the first page, runs the Chicago UAYA Branch in the same manner — total disregard of the by-laws, covering up improprieties, “we run the show”.
For the Record: a separate complaint will be filed with the Attorney General Office in Illinois.

As the authorities can observe, all of this is being strategically planned, supervised and executed under the direction and approval of the OUN (R), which operates undercover through UAFF, Inc. (Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation, Inc.).

These people, in order to grab the money to survive and subsidize their activities, are desperate to take over the Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine, Inc. (ODFFU, Inc.). They are not interested in running the Organization for the best interest of the organization, their only goal is to take over the main asset of the organization — the ODFFU building located in New York City. These OUN (R) terrorists are on the mission to take it over at any cost.

Being actively involved with the life of the local Ukrainian community and with the UAYA and ODFFU, I can assure you that the current ODFFU, Inc. Board of Directors and 80% of the branches refuse and resist the influence and don’t want any ties with the OUN (R) members that operate under the UAFF, Inc. facade. They fight a good fight and need the assistance and protection of the official authorities in order to once-and-for-all clean the house from this dangerous OUN (R) infiltration.

The main architects and perpetrators of constant attacks aimed at discrediting the current ODFFU, Inc. Board, are Paul Bandriwsky, Bohdan Harhaj, Nick Hryckowian, Walter Zaryckyj, Christine Balko, Askold Lozynskyj, Esq. Oleh N. Dekajlo, Esq.

Most of these individuals were never formally accepted into the ODFFU membership. They are creating their own ODFFU forms to become members without approval of the current board. Most of them did not participate in the last ODFFU, Inc. Convention (Annual Meeting).

Another member of this group is Christine Balko (OUN (R) officer). In the past, she was forced to resign from Self Reliance NY Federal Credit Union for stealing members’ Social Security numbers and the addresses of their families in Ukraine to whom they sent money through electronic fund transfers. She was lucky that Board didn’t notify the FBI of such atrocities. Her actions led to many crimes in Ukraine, as she provided the details of such money transfers to the mafia-affiliated OUN (R) members in Ukraine. Her specialty is to manipulate other people. Her other special skills include IT-related procedures, e-mail addresses alterations, communications, etc. She also is not a member of ODFFU, but she lies and presents herself as an ODFFU member, lying to people, making up stories, talking all kind of garbage about the current ODFFU, Inc. Board members.
Bohdan Harhaj was never an ODFFU member — I can corroborate this. A terrorist, born in England and trained there by OUN (R), he was later sent to Canada for additional training, ending up in USA. Together with Paul Bandriwsky, they have been constantly slandering the current ODFFU, Inc. Board of Directors, trying to ruin Board members reputation inside the Ukrainian Community. Telling a lie after lie, sending wrong information to the ODFFU members — I have witnessed them in action. I had conversations with Bohdan Harhaj and received many phone calls and emails from Paul Bandriwsky.
Let it be clear — OUN (R) is a Fascist Terrorist organization whose members shouldn’t have any kind of access to any non-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations or any kind of foundations, institutions, NGO’s. Those people just want money. Most of them are unemployed. They have been making their living by skimming money from the donations made by Ukrainian Organizations to support legitimate cultural and political projects. This hard-earned money was donated to be used for good purposes, not pay the OUN (R) terrorists.

Askold Lozynskyj, while having a few drinks with me in New Jersey, told me that he would love to acquire the ODFFU, Inc. building. He uses the UAFF, Inc. and programs in other organizations, like UCCA, to launder the money from Ukraine that he gains from corrupt real estate transactions made in Ukraine and other dirty businesses involving Ukrainian oligarchs, in order to avoid taxes. If his office would ever get raided (225 East 11th. Street Apart. 5 New York NY 10003) by the authorities, they will be shocked by what they will find. He uses his private secretary to make all the transactions and to sign receipts. I am pretty sure that if you confiscate the computer of the treasurer of UAFF, Inc., you probably will find transactions involving this unique individual, who claims to be a Ukrainian Patriot.

For the record: Askold Lozynskyj made his money by taking advantage of Ukrainian organizations, but mainly from their members — Ukrainian immigrants that couldn’t speak and/or write English. Those people trusted him with everything. My father once had called him and asked if he would take a case and how much it will cost. For the questions asked and answered, the bill was $450.00 — that was back in the 1970's.
Ukrainian immigrants, who didn’t have family and didn’t understand the English language, went to him for advice and procedures on how to prepare a will in order that after their passing, the building/assets that they owned would go to Ukrainian Organizations and/or churches. Yet somehow, after their death, those assets became properties of Askold Lozynskyj, Esq. That is how he started making money.

Recently, his son Maksym got an acting role in a Ukrainian movie titled “Hutsulka Ksenia”, directed by his drinking buddy in Ukraine, Oleksandr Yanchuk and produced in part by Askold Lozynskyj. At the same time, Oleksandr Yanchuk was filming another Ukrainian film about the life of Askold Lozynskyj’s idol Simon Petlura. Askold Lozynskyj, on behalf of the UCCA, was conducting the fund raising for this historical film. The money was donated by Ukrainian Organizations and Institutions, but mainly by private people (a lot of cash) and a true financial report was never presented. Friends of mine gave him cash donations, they still waiting for the receipts. This brings about several questions — which part of this collected money went to the “Diary of Simon Petlura”, and which portion went to his son’s movie: “Hutsulka Ksenia”? How did he transfer the money to pay for the films to Ukraine? Do the 990’s filed by the UCCA (Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, Inc.) reflect all the monies collected for his programs and/or films? And what a coincidence it is that most of UCCA Board members and all of its the employees are OUN (R) members?

How about the Ukrainian National Home in NYC located at 138–140–142 Second Avenue New York NY 10003. For 14 years its Board didn’t hold a single annual meeting. Askold Lozynskyj was one of the individuals that mobilized the Ukrainian Community to throw out Andrij Lastoweckyj for being a “thief” (according to Askold Lozynskyj’s words and judgement). And what of the Board of Directors? Well, 11 of them died and only 3 are still alive. The Board President was also the Home’s manager for many years and Askold Lozynskyj (his good friend) was the Home’s legal advisor.

I approached him during one of the controversial and long-awaited meetings to ask him to transfer to me the 49 shares of the National Home that belonged to my father. He replied to me that he can’t do it any longer because it was against the law. He explained to me that the shares are non-transferable. Then I mentioned to him about other people who had shares like me, but for whom he personally and for a fee had transferred the shares. I told him that if this requires a payment, I will gladly pay him. He replied — “I know that what I did in the past wasn’t correct, it wasn’t nice. I can’t do it any longer.” He finished the conversation by saying — “many things we did in past that somehow we’ve gotten away with. We were lucky then, I won’t do it again. I am trying to straighten things out before we get caught or authorities will get involved in the Ukrainian National Home”. I guess he is still lucky.

By the way, Andrij Lastoweckyj who, according to Askold Lozynskyj, stole and lied for 14 years, all while Askold Lozynskyj served as the legal advisor, after his dismissal was later invited by Askold Lozynskyj to join the Ukrainian Free University Foundation, Inc. as its Board member. Go and figure what kind of ties they may have, could it be OUN (R)?

Prior to making my decision to file this complaint, I consulted many elder founders of the organization and Ukrainian community active members, to feel their concerns (none were OUN (R) members). The result was incredible — none supported this group of people that are trying to take over the ODFFU, Inc.! For several years I tried to talk to the people listed in this complaint. I tried to persuade them to stop their illegal and fraudulent activities. They never listened, they either issue the orders or carry them out.

Ukrainian organization were created to keep the memory of the tragic pages of Ukrainian history, to preserve and promote the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian culture and traditions. That is the way that our good parents raised us. That is the way that the good founders of this Ukrainian organization meant it to be.

But this specific group of people are promoting fascism, Neo-Nazism and terrorism. They are the leaders and activists of the OUN (R) (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists — Revolutionaries), not of the OUN democratic division but of the division that has been prohibited and banned by OUN many years ago. [The CIA sponsored the so-called “democratic division” of the OUN during the Cold War. For more information, click here.]
Those OUN (R) members that have difficulties performing physical duties, work instead in the financial field, disseminate the propaganda and disinformation to provide for the financial needs of the executors of violent commitments.

They infiltrate Ukrainian organizations in order to recruit individuals, playing upon their patriotic feelings. This persistent infiltration mostly takes place here in the United States, but this is a worldwide organization. Once you get close to them, they try to brainwash good people with their fascist ideology. Those who disagree or resist them are subjected to bullying, scaring tactics and even direct threats against them.
Once they have infiltrated a Ukrainian organization, they try to identify its weak spots and start using them as a weapon against it to gain control (bully tactics are always used). They are always looking to victimize Ukrainian non-profit organizations and mainly organizations that own substantial assets and influence.

Today’s UAFF, Inc. doesn’t reflect what the original founders of the organization intended. They had good intentions to promote Ukrainian values and help the Ukrainian people in their struggle to become a free nation. Today it only serves as cover up structure for OUN (R), the restricted division that was supposed to be dissolved many years ago.

Instead of functioning to help the Ukrainian Community here and to help Ukraine, they use the UAFF, Inc. to launder money to finance their hidden agenda. They are trying to implement the same tactics at several Ukrainian organizations and foundations, in which each one of the listed people are involved.

Here is what I have learned about their network system. “The Heritage Foundation of the First Federal Security Bank” is based in Chicago, IL. It was created by OUN (R) members and their sympathizers after they managed to take control of a former Ukrainian-American bank that existed as First Federal Security Bank. Those people, that currently are in the UAFF (Paul Bandriwsky, Chrystia Wereszczak), were employed by the bank at time of its conversion form a privately-owned to the publicly-traded institution. They were privy to purchase unlimited numbers of stock during the IPO and benefited tremendously once the stock went public with huge financial gains. The First Security bank was funded by ordinary Ukrainian folk, who placed their money and their trust in Ukrainian-owned bank for patriotic reasons. That trust was betrayed by the bank owners when it decided to go public and relinquish the control of the bank. Having made huge personal financial gains though the issuance of the stock, the former owners were faced with a great deal of outrage and disapproval in the local Ukrainian community. To save face, they established the Heritage Foundation and pledged to use the foundation to support the Ukrainian community’s needs. The foundation, however, remained under the private control of the former bank owners. Soon thereafter, it began laundering money intended for the use by OUN (R) through the UAFF, Inc. Both Paul Bandriwsky and Chrystia Wereszczak are The Heritage Foundation Board members.

Over the years, in order to fulfill the financial and the ideological goals of the fascist section of OUN (R), they managed to get on Board of Directors in many of the non-profit organizations. In the Ukrainian American Youth Association, Paul Bandriwsky is President of the Chicago Branch (in charge of the paramilitary section of the OUN (R) together with Ihor Diaczun), and Chrystia Wereszczak is President of the Woman’s Association for the Defense of Four Freedoms of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian American Youth Association, Inc. internally struggles with these individuals and their constant pressure focusing on the assets that the organization owns. Their goal is to take over the assets. This entire plan is directed by the OUN (R) leaders. To execute it without being detected, the key is their official involvement in this vulnerable organization.

They influence, obligate and mentor members of Boards of the UAYA in many branches in USA to perform illegal financial irregularities, providing under-the-table counseling with instruction of how to use the existing leeway and assuring that nothing will happen to them. The three individuals in charge of such advice and procedures are Bohdan Harhaj, Askold S. Lozynskyj, Esq. and Paul Bandriwsky.

“Extraordinary Convention,” Bloomingdale, Illinois, September 28, 2019. Sitting, left to right: Ihor Diaczun, UCCA Illinois Division; Mykola Hryckowian, Center for US-Ukrainian Relations; ???. At the podium: ???

[EPILOGUE: Hours after this complaint was written, according to a statement “prepared by the [above-mentioned ‘Extraordinary’] Convention Committee… delegates to the convention elected a new Board of Directors of ODFFU, including a new Head of the Board as well as its officers, in addition to electing members of the Audit and Arbitration Committees. The newly elected Head of the Board of Directors of ODFFU is Mykola Hryckowian. Additional members and officers elected to the board include: Pavlo Bandriwsky — 1st Deputy Head, Volodymyr [Walter] Zaryckyj — 2nd Deputy Head, Bohdan Harhaj — 3rd Deputy Head, Ihor Dlaboha — Executive Secretary, Christyna Balko — Treasurer, Nykola Lucak — Organizational Officer, Borys Potapenko — External Affairs Officer, Andrij Dobriansky — Information Officer, Rostyk Saciuk — member, Michael Roscichewsky — member. The newly elected Audit Committee of ODFFU consists of Emil Bandriwsky, Roman Myhal, and Ihor Diaczun; members elected to ODFFU’s Arbitration Court are Myron Wasiunec, Bohdan Fedorak, and Yuri Nakonechny. Official greetings to the convention arrived from: Andrew Futey, President of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America; Volodymyr Zaryckyj, President of the Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation; Chrystya Wereszczak, President of the Women’s Association for the Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine; Stefan Romaniw, Head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists; Borys Potapenko, President of the International Council in Support of Ukraine; Adrian Dlaboha, President of the American Ukrainian Youth Association; Bohdan Kowalyk, President of the Brotherhood of Veterans of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army — UPA; and Taras Drozd, President of the Heritage Foundation of the First Security Federal Savings Bank. The convention was conducted and headed by an Executive Committee, elected by convention delegates and consisting of: Chairperson — Mykola Hryckowian, Assistant Chairperson — Ihor Diaczun, and Secretary — Roman Myhal… The newly elected Head of the Board of Directors of ODFFU, Mykola Hryckowian, stated the following: ‘This convention approved many measures that will help us restore the Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine to its previous role among Ukrainian American organizations as a trusted leader in guiding the organized community…’”

Days later, the already existing Board of Directors of the ODFFU published a letter to its members: “…you may have heard that a group (not authorized by the National Board) has purported to call an ‘Extraordinary Convention’ of ODFFU for September 28th in Bloomingdale, Illinois. The National Board of ODFFU vigorously opposes this purported ‘Extraordinary Convention… [and] views this as an illegitimate attempt to hijack control of the organization and its assets (including its valuable headquarters building in New York City). The National Board believes that the purported call for an ‘Extraordinary Convention’ is an effort to block the legitimate National Convention that is being planned by the National Board of ODFFU for January 25th [2020, now March 29th]… The very basis upon which the ‘Extraordinary Convention’ is called is contradicted by the plain facts. The letter calling the ‘Extraordinary Convention’ does so solely on the authority of the provision in the Bylaws allowing ‘half of the branches’ to call an ‘Extraordinary Convention’ under limited circumstances. This letter lists 12 specific Branches… But ODFFU has received written statements from fully seven (7) of these Branches, stating that they did not authorize and do not support the calling of this ‘Extraordinary Convention’… We remain hopeful that this group will understand that what they are attempting is wrong and divisive… Being forced into… litigation would be an expensive financial burden on ODFFU.”]

Ukrainian naval forces began preparations for the installation of minefields along the coast of the Sea of Azov. This was reported in the press service of the punitive operation in Kiev in the Donbass.

“According to the combat training plan with the ship and boat personnel of the Triton tactical group, which is part of the Joint Forces, an algorithm of calculation actions for loading sea bottom mines on the ship has been worked out,” the report said.

The Ukrainian department clarifies that the event began with a theoretical lesson, followed by offsets, as well as drawing up standards, after which the crew of the small armored artillery boat Lubny completed the practical exercise of loading sea bottom mines onto a ship, securing their deck and bringing them into readiness.

“Soon, a ship’s and boat group’s plan to go to sea to establish minefields along the dangerous section of the coast of the Sea of Azov,” the press service said.

Earlier today it was reported that the APU installed more than 20 anti-tank mines near the Gnutovo checkpoint .

Confessions of a European Nazi who came to capture Donbass

January 24, 2020 2,533

Hired killers from EU go to seize Donbass - European Nazi confession (VIDEO) | Russian spring

Image

Why are the citizens of Germany who live in their homeland and receive decent maintenance, drop everything and go to the Donbass? To help Ukraine fight with Russia. At least, so says a hired killer from Germany named Siegfried.

He has been fighting on the side of Kiev for several years as part of the 53rd Marine Corps battalion against civilians of the DPR and LPR, and is very proud of this.

“I could not get past this ...” Siegfried admitted, speaking to a Ukrainian audience. - Because I, as I believed, have a moral responsibility to be on the side of those whom this evil is trying to enslave. Evil in the face of the Russian Federation . ”

“An ordinary Hitler who came to Russian soil on his own to kill Russians” - this is how Odessa blogger Alexander Voskoboinikov described the hero of Ukrainian TV, not forgetting to recall that “the fascist himself was born and raised in Kazakhstan.”

He fought. And now how to return home? This question torments the Nazi Siegfried, not allowing him to sleep at night.

“The Hitler’s man is afraid to return to Germany, and at the same time he doesn’t want the citizenship of the ombudsman. But the most interesting thing in the other is that he knows exactly how to defeat Russia, ”said Voskoboinikov.

Siegfried is sure that the victory will be “a military defeat of Russia in the Donbass.”

“I believe that this is absolutely possible. This can be organized and can be implemented, ”said the German.

Moreover, he added that "there are enough people who want to kill." They "can be assembled, armed with heavy weapons, not only automatic weapons and regularly destroy the enemy."

In the archival footage shown by Voskoboinikov, taken in the first days of the victory of the Soviet Union over fascist Germany, we see the faces of the German invaders who realized their defeat. Against this background, the speech of Siegfried the Nazi looks like a desire for revenge.

But the host asked him a question: if Russia uses force in the form of aviation, artillery, missiles, will the Ukrainian army be ready for such a turn? Siegfried believes that "in principle, yes."

“Five years later in 1938 after Hitler came to power, this army became able to dictate its terms to other countries,” he said.

Therefore, in his picture of the world, this is possible. As for many other mercenaries from among the former members of the " Right Sector " *, known for its atrocities in the Donbass.

.... Hello, I AM A SIMPLE SOLDIER !!! ....
1 Feb at 3:54 am

.... Hello, I

AM A SIMPLE SOLDIER !!! .... GOLD AMNESTY of LDNR They threw

militiamen into the pre-trial detention center as far as I remember!
He opened his mouth to the fact that the battalion commander is "tyrit": fuel, humanitarian aid, weapons, clothing allowance, etc. To "devour" a person, our legal system, TIME TO SPIT!

You can hang embezzlement, killings and spin-ups on the command (I’m talking about honest commanders). We had many of these, but then RETURNS from Ukraine began to appear, who, having returned, continued their “career”!

In a pre-trial detention center in a strange way they receive a “residence permit” in a cell: the prosecutor, investigator, opera, minister, judge, military man and other people who are objectionable to RETURNS ..

Then everything goes right, as it seemed, in a normal state: investigative actions, interrogations, court hearings, appeals, etc.

Everything looks pretty good! Lawyers take money, run, write something, decide. In general, the work is in full swing! But! A strange series of circumstances, which makes us think about what is happening ..

Some comrades are sitting in jail for three, four, or even five with something YEARS (!), But no results! Meetings are constantly rescheduled, appointed to investigative checks, refer criminal cases of people from judge to judge, then to the court of appeal, which again returns everything back! Vicious circle!

Over the years, we have heard from the judges of the DPR, a huge number of excuses! To which we have repeatedly addressed and received (attention) such answers here:

-I do not solve such issues!

- I didn’t have a team!

-Decide with the prosecutor!

-If I release him, I will sit myself (a)!

-I will not justify, there is no budget!

- What if he writes a complaint, I'll sit down!

-I myself (a) do not know what will happen next!

-What can I do!?

A recent conversation just shocked me! The judge made it clear that there is no money in the Republic to pay (in the case of applications for compensation) to all illegally arrested persons, staying in ..............

There is much more! Sometimes the hair on the head begins to move. So everything goes GOLD, and even more expensive, with lives!

/ Artyom Barovsky /

With respect to you, SIMPLE SOLDIER!

Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Soviet Republic: The importance of united struggle
On February 8, under artillery fire near the village of Komissarovka, one of the writers of our publication was killed -- Vsevolod Petrovsky, a Marxist historian, organizer of the anti-fascist movement, and one of the best left-wing journalists of Donbass and Ukraine. As a strong opponent of any social injustice and any nationalism, Vsevolod always acted with harsh criticism of the Yanukovych government -- but, at the same time, immediately pointed to the chauvinistic and anti-democratic content of the “EuroMaidan” movement, and became its consistent opponent, as told in well-written articles about Maidan and "AntiMaidan".

The best way to preserve the memory of this man is to continue the struggle against class oppression and fascist reaction, for which activist and journalist Vsevolod Petrovsky gave his life.

LIVA directs your attention to this article written by him exactly one year before his death, appealing to the principles of proletarian internationalism and brotherhood of the working class of Donbass, Ukraine and all over the world.

Image

On February 9 in Donetsk, the traditional rally took place dedicated to the 96th anniversary of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog republic. Representatives of various political and public organizations and labor activists gathered at the monument to the founder and leader of the republic -- Artem (Fyodor Sergeyev).

On February 9, 1918, the IV Congress of Soviets of Workers' Deputies of Donetsk and Krivoy Rog basin opened in Kharkov. On February 12, the Congress proclaimed the establishment of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Soviet Republic (DKSR). The territory of the autonomous entity was defined not by ethnicity but on industrial-economic principles: the republic included the industrialized areas of the east and south of present-day Ukraine.

Soon after the creation of the DKSR, the Donbass Red Army began fighting against German and Austrian invaders, supported by Ukraine’s bourgeois Central Rada. In May 1918, after fierce battles against an enemy of superior strength, the Red Army was forced to leave the territory of the republic. In February 1919, the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog republic was liquidated; after its territory was liberated from interventionists and the Whites, it became part of the Ukrainian SSR.

Speaking of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Soviet Republic, it is wrong to focus on the national question. This republic, although it was an autonomous part of the RSFSR, was primarily Soviet, based on the principles of proletarian internationalism. The creators of the republic fought Ukrainian nationalists along with other enemies of the Revolution. But Artem wouldn’t have thought of sticking insulting nicknames on the inhabitants of other regions of Ukraine. The Donbass revolutionaries, following Lenin, understood very well the importance of a united struggle of Russian and Ukrainian workers against the exploiters.

Suffice it to say that, shortly before the proclamation of the DKSR, Donetsk reds helped their comrades in Kiev, who undertook the rebellion at the Arsenal factory . And the history of Galicia recalls not only Bandera and Shukhevych, but the Galician Soviet Socialist Republic, established in 1920 and wrecked by Pilsudski and Petlyura.

Image
Comrade Artem (Fyodor Sergeyev)

And Artem would hardly have given long talks about the "soulless West." Instead, he had adopted the advanced ideas of Marxism – created by natives of Germany, forced to live and work in British emigration. Artem was educated in Paris. Fought with police in Russia. Worked in the fields and in the ports of China. Was imprisoned in Brisbane, Australia -- as one of the founders of the Socialist Workers Party and proletarian trade unions of that country.

The basis of all his achievements were the ideas of global solidarity of workers, not limited to the "Russian world.” And, of course, we must not forget that as Marxists, the founders of the DKSR rightly considered the basis of all social processes not "spirituality" or "cultural codes,” but economics. They sought to create an economic system based on the socialization of the means of production, sound planning and the fair distribution of wealth. Therefore, speakers who proclaim the need for Ukraine to join the Customs Union should remember that, while this bourgeois association could, perhaps, bring certain benefits to residents of Ukraine, it is infinitely far from the economic model which Artem and his supporters fought for.

And today, the interests of Donbass are not rivalry between the regions of the country, but solidarity of working people all over Ukraine in the fight for the establishment of a just society and a sound economic system.
