Elections without choice and legal farce in the DPR

DPR Army soldier Benes Ayo

Over the people of the DNI scoff. Certain political forces want to turn our elections into a farce. It turns out that only citizens of the DPR can stand as candidates for deputies of our state and the head of the DPR. But the republican passports received only a little more than 200 thousand inhabitants, and we have about 2 million people who can run for office.

About the death of Alexander Zakharchenko
However, you can vote on Ukrainian passports. Is this not nonsense? Is this not a unique legal farce in world history? Is this not a spit in the face of democracy and our inhabitants? It turns out that only a little more than 10% of the population can become deputies or the head of the country! Why not give the opportunity to run also for residents who have Ukrainian passports, as it was in 2014, and also to give the right to participate in elections to people who have passports from other countries (if people with these passports serve in our army or officially work in the DPR for more than - so accepted in many civilized countries)?

It turns out absolutely foolish legal discrepancy of voters and elected! And it is not clear why it is possible to vote only from public organizations, but self-nomination is prohibited.

In addition, certain political forces in the DPR and the Moscow curators behind them impose on us as head of the former MMM functionary Denis Pushilin , who is completely unpopular among our population and who, without our demand, did the acting. after the tragic death of Alexander Zakharchenko .

Considering Pushilin's extreme unpopularity, all his competitors are treacherously removed from the election race.

So in late September, one of the strong candidates for the post of head - the ex-commander of the East Brigade and the ex-chairman of the DNR Security Council, Khodakovsky was not released from Russia, despite the fact that he has our citizenship. It turns out that Khodakovsky is kept under house arrest in a foreign country in order to isolate from participation in the elections in the DPR.

But the influential and beloved people, Purgin, was simply not given a DNR passport, despite the fact that he repeatedly turned to him for various power structures in the DNR.

With the beginning of the pre-election period, with each passing day, the dark clouds of totalitarianism began to thicken more and more in our young state.

September 29 in Donetsk, an explosion occurred in the City Committee of the Communist Party of the DPR. The explosive device worked after the completion of the party election congress, when delegates began to leave the hall. According to one of the versions, the exploding packet was in the corner of the corridor through which the participants passed after the meeting. According to another version, an explosive device was laid under one of the chairs in the meeting room.

The congress was attended by over 300 delegates, mostly older people. Although there were young people - Komsomol members.

At the congress was attended by Igor Khakimzyanov , a convinced communist, who joined the Communist Party of the DPR in 2016. In 2014, Khakimzyanov was the first Minister of Defense, who was appointed to this position after taking the RSA. Khakimzyanov was a candidate for the post of head of the DPR, and therefore, according to our statutes, he temporarily suspended his activity in the DPR KP, without leaving the party.

After the congress was over, Khakimzyanov appealed to the party and personally to its head, Boris Litvinov, with a request to begin collecting signatures to nominate his candidacy for the post of head of the DPR. Litvinov agreed, and those present from the Khakimzyanov team began collecting signatures in the lobby (located on the first floor) and also on the street. At the same time, most of the people came out of the meeting room, located in the basement of the city committee of the party.

Candidates from the Communist Party of the DPR and some activists of the party (up to 50 people) were in the office of the secretary of the city committee on the first floor, and she and several others (for example, Olga was a young communist member of the Chervonogvardeisky District Party Committee) with a guard seat.

But then comrade Yakina remembered that she had forgotten to put her signature for Khakimzyanova and called him from the street. Then he entered the lobby and it was at this time that an explosion was heard - according to Comrade Yakina, the blast wave came from somewhere above. This episode vividly demonstrates the complete inconsistency of the police version that they say that Khakimzyanov himself blew himself up for political self-praise. After all, as we see, he was already leaving and he was unexpectedly called back after that.

A package was found at the site of the explosion.

Komsomol members Roma Klemenyuk, Victoria Tomak and Gennady Fomenko , as well as a young communist from Horlivka - Nikolay stood next to the building directly opposite the door.

As soon as the explosion thundered, everyone standing nearby, by itself, was contused, Nikolai instantly lost consciousness. Looking at the door, Fomenko noticed black smoke falling out and saw Olga coming out of the building and swooning. He, Roman and Victoria ran up to her aid, soon the secretary of the Chervonogvardeisky District Committee, Maxim, soon ran up and burnt Khakimzyanov ran out of the building. Together they promptly carried Olga into the car in order to provide first aid and take them to the hospital. Returning to the building, they found a lying comrade Nicholas, who had an epilepsy attack. All the aforementioned squad together with his comrades from Gorlovka rendered him first aid, Maxim, who had a car, called them to take Nicholas to the car. By that time, the burned Olga regained consciousness, but they barely promptly loaded Nikolai with a car and Maxim, Olga,

A fire broke out in the building at that time. Inside, everything was damaged by an explosion, the floor and the ceiling were burning.

After that, Gennady and Roman and other comrades picked up a fire extinguisher and began to extinguish everything around, shouting “Is there anyone alive here?”. After putting out a fire if possible, they inspected the first floor and making sure that there was no one else in the building, they left the building

The elderly of our fellow party members were shocked and panicked, their tears drew on their eyes.

As a result of the attack, Olga suffered greatly - her face was burned. Khakimzyanov and Yakina badly burned and received multiple fragmental wounds. They spent about a week in the hospital. I visited them and found out first-hand detailed information about what happened.

Party chairman Boris Litvinov suggested that the bomb was activated remotely, or there was a clock mechanism in it. Litvinov is convinced that the explosion was directed against candidates for deputies in the upcoming elections and against the party itself.

According to Irina Yakina, most likely, someone wanted to kill her and Khakimzyanova . Irina Yakina is one of the most orthodox Communists of the DPR and strongly opposes any cooperation with the bourgeois government and representatives of capital. Irina always uncompromisingly defends her point of view at all plenary meetings and meetings. Irina is in favor of building socialism in the Donbas and the restoration of the USSR. Since 2014, her son has served in the militia, defending our Motherland from Bandera punishers. Probably, some of the reactionary political circles and bourgeoisie of Donbass are irritated by the honest position of Yakina and therefore they decided to remove it.

And Khakimzyanov, perhaps, wanted to kill either some Bandera circles acting on the instructions of the Kiev junta, or some rivals in the elections for the head of the DPR, or representatives of the bourgeoisie who did not want to establish Soviet power in Donbas and nationalize enterprises.

Initially, some law enforcement agencies accused Khakimzyanov of organizing the explosion, who allegedly organized himself an assassination attempt for the sake of political public relations before the elections.

But this is a completely untenable version, since Khakimzyanov himself could have died as a result of the explosion. In addition, his comrades were seriously injured. We, the Communists, never commit such purely bourgeois provocations.

Some people accuse the leader of the Communist Party, Litvinov, who allegedly did this for public relations and in order to explain why the party could not provide the CEC with all the documents necessary for registration - some of them were burned because of the explosion.

But this is also a completely stupid version. The explosion could not make the party more popular - on the contrary, some of the elderly were very frightened and upset. In addition, Litvinov provided the CEC with all documents.

In addition, I know Litvinov well. This is a very calm and balanced person, with a somewhat bureaucratic style of thinking. He would never blow someone up for the sake of a political effect.

It is possible that the Kiev junta is behind the terrorist act, which despicably destabilizes the situation in the Republic against the background of the election campaign and the aggravated situation on the front line. It was for this purpose that the Bandera fascists blew up our head Zakharchenko on August 31 and also on September 30 (after the explosion at the congress of the Party of the DPR!) Exploded in Thorez in the market, near the currency exchange office. In addition, according to some comrades, the nature of the explosion on September 29 is very similar to the terrorist attack against Zakharchenko on August 31 - in both cases, it is possible that the controlled device exploded around the time people entered the room.

True, we conducted our own preliminary investigation. And they came to the conclusion that, firstly, the goal of the terrorists was not a blood bath with mass casualties, because a small device worked and no one died or even lost any body parts. From our point of view, this terrorist act was committed by certain political forces in order to prevent us from having elections - the communists to the People’s Council, and Khakimzyanov - to the heads of the DPR (signatures for registration as a candidate, which the Khakimzyanov team gathered at the congress, burned down).

Also, the terrorists wanted to frighten the Communists and neutralize our will to fight. After all, on September 29, when the DPR KP was able to gather a constituent congress for the nomination of candidates to the People’s Council, it was the last day to hand over all the necessary papers to register the party with the CEC.

By the way, in accordance with the rules of the constituent congress, representatives of the CEC were checking the legality of the congress and determining the number of participants (at least 300 people) - this is a necessary condition in the NPT for organizations nominating candidates.

However, after the explosion, as I said above, all party activists helped the wounded, took them to hospitals and then went to all kinds of "cops" to testify. Thus, KPDNR was late to hand all documents to the CEC. And the officials said that the terrorist act is a private matter and the Communists in this election are flying.

Then Litvinov asked the Prosecutor General's Office to issue a paper to the CEC confirming that the attack had occurred in the building of the Communist Party. After all, this is a good reason for late delivery of documents on time! However, after the meeting, the Ministry of Justice suddenly told us that the pier of the DPR KP was closed back in 2016, although in 2016 there was a check and everything was fine. And now we’re getting outlaws ... When asked why they didn’t warn us about it two years ago, officials said mockingly that they couldn’t find the leadership of the party.

Strange, isn't it ?! After all, the CPD DNR, until recently, held rallies, pickets and processions, receiving official permission for this at the RSA. About us wrote newspapers and the Internet, we were shown on television. We were interviewed. We also have an officially registered building at Khlebodarnaya! Our current leader Alexander Zakharchenko frequently met and consulted with the leadership of the KP DPR.

And then suddenly it turns out the CPD DNP is closed two years ago! Is this not nonsense?

It turns out that certain political forces are ready to go on any forgery, any lie and any most heinous crime, in order to prevent the Communists from coming to the polls. How they fear the fighters for social justice, human rights, supporters of the liberation of the whole Donbass from the Bandera occupation and the creation of Novorossia, as well as the true patriots of our wonderful and strong Army.

In addition, the CEC was absolutely free to refuse to participate in the election to Pavel Gubarev, allegedly because he had some kind of irregularity with the subscription lists. Recall that the day before yesterday, for the appearance of fairness and democracy in the electoral process, bureaucrats from the CEC conducted targeted verification of the authenticity of subscription lists. That is, Gubarev handed over some sheets with signatures, where next to the signature is the passport number and address of the person’s residence.

But members of the CEC did not believe that the signer lives exactly there and therefore went to the indicated addresses and checked who lives there. Well, they found some violations there ... like the person at this address does not live now. Well, isn't it insanity and mockery of the residents of the NPT? After all, and so it is clear to all that they will choose the one who is simply appointed from above. I am not a supporter of Gubarev, because he is right, shares the ideology of RNE and does business, but Pavel was one of the sincere leaders of our People’s Liberation Revolution in 2014, was elected people's governor of the DPR and was captured by the SBU, where he was tortured. Therefore, Gubarev is an activist of the first wave; he is the one who started everything.

And therefore, too, after Purgin, Khodakovsky and the Communists, he was meanly thrown out of the election race!

In addition, on September 29, on the day of the terrorist attack in the building of the Communist Party of the DPR, as if by "coincidence", Gubarev actually squeezed out the Free Donbass public organization created by him. So his first wife, Catherine, who goes on the list of "Free Donbass" with the number one, "urged people to pass on a conversation" at the moment when she was going to the congress of the OD "Free Donbass". As a result of the “interview” (accompanied by threats) - the OD congress passed without it and in “Free Donbass” the first number was written down by Sivokonenko, and then Catherine was taken to the “continuation of the interview” by Pushilin. I mean, Pushilin literally by force, using Sivokonenko, deprived Gubarev of his former influence in the organization he created.

Thus, to date, only two public organizations will participate in the elections to the People’s Council of the DPR: the Donetsk Republic, which is fully accountable to the authorities, whose members simply enlist servicemen (I myself saw it!) And many state employees and students and the Free Donbass “, which, apparently, has already been“ pressed ”by Pavel Gubarev.

And in the election of the head, Pushilin de facto remained, as well as purely technical candidates: Elena Shishkina and Roman Khramenkov, Roman Evstifeev and Vladimir Medvedev , of whom very few people in the DPR know about.

In addition, the. heads Pushilin is abusing the administrative resource for his political advertising, although the election campaign has not yet begun. So he drives around on the front end and promises all sorts of benefits to servicemen - for example, exemption from paying utility bills for the families of the victims; recently visited the Republican Trauma Center and met with wounded servicemen; I visited the Enakievo Steel Plant, where I visited the blast furnace shop of the plant and met with the workforce of the plant; visited a teenager injured by the recent detonation of a munition in Gorlovka (three more children were killed), etc., in a hospital

All these actions of Pushilin and social handouts are certainly positive, but the population of the DPR perfectly sees that the person in power, who controls television, the Internet and all the resources of the government, simply uses his position and unlimited opportunities for political PR. It turns out that certain political forces that don’t give a damn about our people and the state just want to seize power and property in the DPR by any means!

Also, the former Ukrainian functionary of the criminal MMM pyramid banned in Russia, in fact, self-designating himself acting. and “sending” Trapeznikov and the Zakharchenko team in the Russian Federation, according to our data, stopped imposing fines on business for violations and began returning private markets nationalized under Zakharchenko to former owners (although our people stood for rallies in March-April 2014 and Nationalization confirmed the People's Council in 2016!).

Thus, Pushilin, behind whom a group of big businessmen had been standing since 2014, on the one hand, returns to bourgeois their property on the one hand to secure their support in the elections, and on the other, as a former MMM citizen, I mean a protege of the most speculative capital, with which the bourgeois swindlers, without producing anything, siphon the proceeds from the pockets of the laborers, consciously reversing our peaceful social revolution.

I believe that the upcoming elections in our country are completely inconsistent with our constitution, general democratic principles and norms of international law. Now it is an election without a choice!

From my point of view, including taking into account all the circumstances described above, the holding of elections should now be postponed, especially taking into account the blatant fact that the candidates were initially placed in obviously unequal conditions.

I believe that our authorities should abolish this completely unnecessary and monstrous procedure - the collection of signatures for the nomination of candidates. This tedious and completely meaningless bureaucratic obstacles, requiring a lot of time and resources! After all, willing residents of the DPR will be able to vote or not to vote for certain candidates during elections, and collecting signatures is some kind of primary election, which is actually a tool for eliminating the power of undesirable candidates.

And if our authorities do not cancel this election without a choice, then I will call on our people to boycott this farce! We have not yet seen such insanity and mockery of the people and common sense - neither under Krachvchuk, nor under Kuchma, nor under Yushchenko, nor under Yanukovich, nor under the Kiev junta (in Ukraine). This is not just a fraud with a vote count, but a non-admission of a candidate dangerous for a (apparently) Moscow candidate.

What is happening with the political situation in the Donbass - an interview with Andrey Purgin (PHOTOS)

What happens to the political situation in the Donbass - an interview with Andrey Purgin (PHOTO) | Russian spring
The election of the Head of the DPR, the restrictions hidden in the Minsk Agreements, as well as the possibilities and ways of integrating the Republic into the economic space of the Russian Federation, well-known military commissar Gennady Dubovoy spoke with a man without whom there would be no Russian spring in the Donbass, one of the founders of the DPR and the former chairman People's Council Andrei Purgin.

- Some people have the opinion that the election campaign for the post of the Head of the DPR is the elimination of competitors on far-fetched pretexts and a programmed victory for an unallocated candidate. Many of these elections are perceived as farcical action in order to finally destroy the feedback, nullify social activity and return the people to the state before the beginning of the Russian spring.

Bearing in mind that even in the pre-war period, with the dominance of the Party of Regions, there was a gap for public activity, some people have questions: why is the election campaign carried out with complete disregard for the opinions of citizens?

- The question indirectly sounded the answer: The Party of Regions ... Having made a circle, taking off from the ground and after the jump, we landed at about the same place. Much to all citizens regret.

Apparently, the organizers of such elections had a desire to freeze the situation. It is not in their power to change it, that they do not understand what to do, so they walk the beaten track, working in the usual format and applying the methods of the Party of Regions. Hence the situation froze, certain manipulations and external pressure.

Let's be frank: Donbass has been undergoing dehumanization sometime since 1999. The Ukrainian media talked about the fact that there live wrong, alien, obviously hostile and disposed towards the destruction of Ukraine people, and therefore there can be no pity for them. This policy led to two consequences: first, the negative attitude of residents of other regions forced us to remember our Russian roots, served as a rallying and willingness to mobilize to protect our rights.

The humiliating situation in which we were driven into, forced the residents of Donbass to ask themselves the right questions and to answer them correctly. And the second consequence is that the pro-Russian sentiments of the citizens were manipulated by the local authorities using them for their own purposes.

A kind of reserve of like-mindedness was created, in which any disagreement with the actions of the authorities was presented as a speech on the side of the enemy ... Doesn't it remind anything? We see a lot of the former attitude of the authorities to the people now: “Let's not talk about it, not the time”, “Why remove the rubbish from the hut?”, “Point to problems - make a gift to Ukraine”, etc., etc. .

These are the same manipulative practices that existed under the “regionals”, but they are used because there are no other specialists in working with public opinion other than those inherited from the previous government in the Republic, this is not so much their fault as a disaster.

While those who are engaged in the internal politics of the Republic work in the old way, the world goes forward, the enemy uses many technological innovations, and here everything is ossified at the level of 2007-2010 of the period of the domination of the Party of Regions.

Image

- Political technologies are an electron microscope, and the current election campaign looks like a nails driving a microscope into the coffin of residual social activity. Denis Pushilin has a normal rating, and without much difficulty everything could be arranged so that he won HONESTLY. If elections really turn into a farce, then it denigrates the image of the Republic, gives trumps to enemy propaganda, demotivates citizens who are already tired of war.

It is appropriate here to recall the words of Vladimir Putin: “It is impossible to allow the separation of those who make decisions from those who have to do something. Everyone should be co-performers ... ”Doesn't the leadership of the Republic understand all this?

- I do not agree with everything you said. Those who hold elections solve the “short problem”, and what you are talking about is strategic. Yes, people's consciousness has changed, we have learned to answer for each other and we understand that everything depends on us. Donbass survived the fact that over the past fifty years the white population has not known in any part of the world.

There are strategic tasks that are not articulated to date, no one talks about them. Recall Sun-Tzu's well-known formula: “Strategy without tactics is the slowest path to victory. Tactics without a strategy is just vanity before defeat. ”

And we use only a set of tactical tools according to the principle: we would only have to stand for a night and a day. Within the framework of this approach, all the decisions seem to be correct, but if you look at the situation as a whole, it turns out ... idiocy. The main problem is the lack of feedback between the authorities and citizens.

There is no local government, the state power system has not yet been built, it is frozen at some point in some kind of hybrid state, it remains in it now, so you will not reach anywhere, do not solve the smallest question. Every ministry in our country lives as if in a separate state. I don’t really understand why they are going to the Council of Ministers, since they don’t pose any strategic tasks, we are now considering all questions the State Staff, the ministries, by and large, do not solve anything.

It turns out that there is no power as such. There is a repressive apparatus from above, which, from the point of view of ordinary citizens, is convulsing, and does not exercise authority. Now people come to the executive committee, but instead of solving problems, they receive instructions from the officials in which office and when they carry the letter addressed to Pushilin. At the same time, it is impossible to blame someone personally, since the main obstacle in solving problems is not who is at the top, but in the current system, which produces tyranny, abuse, phantasy, arrogance ...

Image

- In the extreme mode of the first months of the Russian spring of 2014, you, one of the founders of the Republic, together with Prime Minister Alexander Borod, solved, and successfully, the most complicated tasks on the go. Few activists worked effectively for entire ministries, and any citizen could directly appeal to any leader and solve this or that problem as soon as possible. And at the end of 2014, before the election of Alexander Zakharchenko, suddenly everything changed, the feedback disappeared.

When did you realize that in terms of state-building in the DPR everything went wrong?

- I have already said more than once: theoretically, what was done before the end of 2014 should have started to transform into an adequate system in early 2015. The logic was this: in a war, it is impossible to build a state from below, this is a very long way. You can build it from above: declare local elections, formulate the rules of the game, adopt a law on local elections, share powers, and so on.

Back to the parliamentary republic, from which we actually started in May 2014. Alas, it turned out that the people of the political elite brought to power found it comfortable to exist without feedback from the people, without pressure from below and included social elevators. As a result, since the summer of 2015, the system has begun to degrade. The interchange of information between the bottom and the top stopped.

Therefore, the state remains unfinished, it must be built from below: people choose local councils, which then create higher structures of power, and so on. But! Someone had to organize it.

The idea was that the construction begun after the May 11 referendum and the working model of the state apparatus should be elected to the People’s Council and the Head of the Republic. And since we did not complete the system, we received a collective responsibility, the lack of clear rules and responsibility for the decisions made.

As a result: we don’t have local authorities, but it’s not regulated that without them executive committees can do, and this creates a certain administrative collapse.

A system - any - should receive a logical conclusion, but if it does not exist, it turns out that it exists by itself, by its own rules, if the state has not prescribed them. In the absence of state-established rules, they appear in private. There is a segmentation: each ministry lives in its own sector and makes laws “for domestic consumption” in the mode “gentleman believes in the word of a gentleman, here I have a card and threw down ...”

At the same time, we were trapped: “Let's see who will be the Head?” But the point is not in the Head, but in what rules he will play. If for such as it is now, then this will not satisfy anyone.

Image

- You will be objected: "Criticize - offer." How to change the current system of power in the DPR so that it satisfies citizens?

- I am afraid that they will accuse me of something, but in fact we are limited to the Minsk agreements. They have limitations, a perimeter with pegs, between which either barbed wire or colored tape is stretched. The ground on which we can play politically is clearly marked. On the one hand, this is as if bad, on the other - it greatly simplifies our disputes about the future structure of the Republics.

The Minsk Agreements are based on district councils (which do not exist here), they are fundamental in creating the state apparatus and management system of the LDNR. Also, the militia is registered in the MC (we have it only in name, and it works in the police regime) and dual subordination to the authorities, which we do not have. The divisional executive committee does not obey, and is completely free to arrest him for thirty days, and there is no district council that could stop this.

That is, the police (police!) Interaction schemes with the district council as a basic unit of power and elected judges, prosecutors and other employees for the normal conduct of external relations with the Russian regions, as prescribed in the MC, provide a small number of options for building a state these options (attention!) there is no Chapter.

Although theoretically the election of the first person can hold. In this case, I agree with the state propaganda: what is not directly prohibited is, in fact, allowed.

The establishment of the People’s Council was to take place from below - through the district councils. These schemes are somewhat reminiscent of the Soviet ones; Europe considers them Swiss schemes of local councils. This is an attempt to remove the regional elite and reduce the political intensity by reducing the number of politicians in the Republics.

Because councils are an increase in a part economic, administrative. America is now decentralizing in Ukraine in order to dissolve regional elites, when the conditional Poltava, Mirgorod, Kremenchug will be different planets.

We are in a situation of war and we understand that we need a regional elite, but at the same time we can build power schemes based on district councils. Politics is the art of the possible, it is simpler and we can achieve the result we need within the framework of the UN-approved Minsk agreements, and not try to do the impossible.

Everyone in our politician agrees with the need to implement the MC, but the possibilities of state-building based on maximum democracy are hidden in them, creating a hyper-centralized presidential model.

- The result of the literal execution of the Minsk Agreements for us - no matter how you twist it - a special status within Ukraine ...

- These are all abstract political definitions. If Ukraine adopts the Law on Elections in the Donetsk People’s Republic, then our People’s Council will adopt the same Law on behalf of the DPR. Question: whose law will it be - Kiev or Donetsk?

- It turns out, according to the formula of Guy Deborah: “Objective reality is presented on both sides. Thus, reality appears in the performance, and the performance - in reality. This mutual separation is the essence and support of the existing society ... "

- There is a big problem that I constantly talk about, but, alas, they don’t hear me. Our parliament, apart from the declaration of succession of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic, has not given birth to a single political document. But working within the framework of the MC, we can politically declare what we need, as the Russian State Duma does, structuring the information-political field and shaping the public consciousness.

Why do you need it? Then, in order to give people a guideline and ensure the responsibility of representatives of the political class, who are sure to be asked: did you say one thing, why do another? And we have adopted a model of silence, that is, if tomorrow something changes, then no one should answer for anything.

I signed documents with the Dutch, for whom we are separatists. At first, they categorically refused, they were not satisfied with the wording mentioning the NPT, they finally agreed, and under my signature was: one of the members of the administration of the Donetsk region.

Are we an independent state? Of course. But at the same time it is located where? That's right, in the Donetsk region. To achieve the goals we need, it is not terrible to take advantage of the concepts and terms that have taken root in Europeans. There are recognized documents signed with local administrations.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, signing a decree on the recognition in the Russian territory of passports and other documents of the NPT and the LC, most likely relied on the 2010 Treaty on the creation of the international association Euroregion Donbass. This is an extremely interesting stage in Russian-Ukrainian relations, when a part of sovereignty was transferred to the European legal field and approved by Brussels.

The Minsk agreements regulate the internal structure of the Republics, it is a tool that we can use for our own benefit. And here we are referring to mobilization and war, in order not to use this tool, then we are assured of complete commitment and no alternative to the IS ...

If we fulfill agreements - why hold elections and build some feudal superhypermonarchy? Nothing prevents us from empowering district councils to clearly define the functions of executive committees. But the laws on local self-government are not even considered, from the head of the Republic everything depends on everything: from the kindergarten cleaner to the chairman of the CEC.

- Summary of Russia's policy towards Ukraine: just like before the war, the bet is placed on the pro-Russian candidate for the presidency, who should really implement the MS. However: a) such a policy has not yet been observed; b) even if such a one is discovered and comes to power, the West, given the complete financial and other dependence of the “independent”, will not allow us to pursue a constructive policy towards us.

- To talk about this you need a slightly different perspective. In fact, Russia is trying to preserve the international legislative field. Although, by and large, this field no longer exists: the WTO and many other international institutions have a decorative character, the same as the League of Nations before World War II. Russian statehood is not ready to play by the rules, which are constantly changing, and switch to a manual mode of solving problems.

It is impossible to catch Russia in the fact that it was the first to violate any agreements, they are always violated by its counterparties. On the one hand, this is bad, but on the other, it is a certain predictability of actions, and if the state is predictable, then it can be dealt with. The Anglo-Saxon world fulfills agreements as long as they benefit him.

Russia sacredly keeps every promise that in this sense made it an inaccessible cliff in the raging ocean of the global crisis. However, in qualitatively changed conditions, this played a cruel joke: we entangled ourselves with numerous agreements with Ukraine, but she did not intend to fulfill them.

We all know that all the years since the collapse of the USSR, the Russian leadership in Ukraine has been working exclusively with the elites, completely ignoring ordinary citizens. This is a huge mistake, primarily because the “elites” in the post-Soviet space are those nomenklatura privatizers of republics who dream only of being part of the colonial administration.

It is hopeless to negotiate with such an “elite” managed by curators from the US and the EU. If Russia starts working with ordinary Ukrainians, civil society, actively engages horizontal ties, then much can still be corrected. It is never too late to start and learn from your opponent.

- Many ordinary citizens believe that it is too late. Refusal from the Novorossia project, preservation of the “Square” - a nursery of Russophobes obsessed with revenge, avoiding the problem with the help of the “Minsk Agreements” ploy, the notorious autocephaly of the UOC is perceived as a complete failure of the Russian policy, consolidation of the split, which according to the Balkan scenario programs the inevitable big war ...

- This is a linear perception of the situation, in fact, all the more difficult. The Soviet Union seemed unshakable, and what happened to it is well known. The same with Ukraine, all the scenarios of its final transformation into anti-Russia can be broken in unexpected ways. Remember what happened in 2013/14 - no one expected such a Maidan, or subsequent events in the Donbas, which is not for nothing called the “black swan”.

From the standpoint of linear political science, these events are inexplicable, and we can only guess where, when and how much the next time the black swans will fly out. I have no doubt that they are already in flight ...

I admit. For me, the events of spring 2014 in many cases were completely inexplicable. I understood the main thing: it is interference from above. I cannot call myself a churchly, properly believing person, but at that time I grasped: there are things that are very difficult, if not impossible to explain.

When there are a lot of multidirectional vectors in the system, interests, ideas of due, then as a result there is something that cannot be reduced to trivial sociological and political strategies, and this hacks into any order.

We deal with multidimensional dynamic constructions with unpredictable properties, and we try to present them in the form of linear graphs. Prematurely sprinkle ashes on your head and assure yourself that everything is gone. Not only we - the whole world is in the funnel of a terrible socio-economic crisis, everything that seems unshakable is collapsing before our eyes.

If we talk about Ukraine, the local political class has shown its complete irresponsibility, which will turn primarily against him. The anti-Russian frenzy, mobilization impulse is also a dead end: more radical subjects will replace less radical ones, and so on until they build a hell on earth, and it’s difficult for even radicals to live in hell

Domestic Nazism has already grown into the state ideology of Ukraine, and such an ideology is essentially outwardly oriented towards expansion, otherwise such an ideology begins to deteriorate, and its carriers destroy themselves and their own territory. And do not forget: this is still a civil conflict, the hardest of all possible, when the consequences are affected centuries later.

If we talk about autocephaly, of course, for Russian civilization it is a tragedy, it is a split, and the consequences can be terrible.

- The question that is constantly asked to ask those who still believe. New Russia did not take place precisely because no one proposed a program of socio-economic transformation, a fairer model of social structure than the current one. Until Russia itself becomes more equitable, there will be no assembly point for the New Great Country.

“What is the point of changing the yellow-blakitny (European choice) to tricolor (Russian world),” ordinary citizens ask, “if we end up with the same non-slave-owning oligarch-parasitic, Killing System?”

- Yes, you need somehow (I do not know how) to exclude the exploitation of man by man. The whole development of social and social relations, starting from the slaveholding system to the present day, boils down to the fact that, apparently, such exploitation is declining, and it seems to be an easier person to live. Despite the fact that in many states, including Russia, there is a rollback, a rejection of social obligations.

However, we should not forget that there is still the exploitation of the people by the people, so there is a difference. In the Russian Federation, its own elite, and she ALREADY realizes that outside the framework of her system she is nobody. She has many problems with the elites of the competing states, but she does not allow herself to be exploited by external actors.

In terms of the attitude of the elite towards the people and the prospects for the development of these relations, the situation in the Russian Federation and Ukraine is qualitatively different. Every time, the rise of Russia began with a return to the principles of social justice, without this, such a country simply cannot survive in the confrontation with numerous enemies.

If we talk about the military situation in the Donbass, it is as follows: we live in the 21st century, and we are leading the war by means of the Second World War, at best, the 60s of the last century. It turns out that this is not a conflict that can be translated into a global one.

Yes, of course, it may happen that ultra-precise weapons, unmanned systems and all the latest developments will be used here, as is the case in other local conflicts.

Everyone knows why, after the appearance of nuclear weapons and the guaranteed means of their delivery, not one such conflict escalated into the Great War. We can simulate on the computer its occurrence and unacceptable losses that are critical for all BV participants, making this way of solving international problems senseless.

And if we consider the fantastic option, when the Ukrainian leadership, at the behest of Western curators, will go mad and move across the border, into the Russian regions, crowds armed with Svidomo warriors, they will be neutralized by modern means of warfare in a matter of hours.

Now in all countries there is a need for a new socio-economic formation. Conventionally: there was a slave system, then feudal, industrial, now post-industrial. And for the post-industrial system, new social relations are needed, but which ones — no one knows; energy, not transformed by knowledge and not embodied in new forms of living arrangement, finds a destructive way out in local wars.

Why are so many copies broken in connection with the pension reform?

Yes, because very soon we will come to the conclusion that up to 70% of the inhabitants of the planet will always be unemployed. This means that we need new forms of relationships in society. Europe models them through income bases, China through a person’s monetized rating, but these are the first attempts, and it turns out that in the 21st century we live in an outdated system of relations of the 20th century, or even the 19th.

Our well-known German Gref announced that he would cut 200 thousand people through blockchain technologies, but he didn’t explain, but where will these people go?

Americans are looking forward to the use of artificial intelligence in the field of logistics to optimize long-distance traffic, but this will lead to the fact that they lose the source of income 3.5 million. How to deal with them?

Technologically, we have stepped forward, and social relations do not correspond to the changed conditions. It comes to the absurd. It is as if we are now in Donetsk, as in Soviet times, would have legislatively introduced three years of correctional labor for parasitism. We'll have to plant half the city of those who can not find a job ...

- Not only global, but also local conflicts help send an extra population to the furnace ...

- This is a pseudo-solution, the ineffectiveness of which, in my opinion, is already clear to those who stir up conflicts. There is no growth in the world for a long time, there is no driver. Even China ran out of time, time not to earn, but to save on everything.

The limited resource base dictates the methods of distribution of benefits, ensuring the satisfaction of basic needs for all. Everyone should be free from hunger, have a roof over their heads, medical care and access to social elevators.

- You, being now outside the actual policy, are engaged in building socio-economic models of the future of the Donetsk People's Republic, taking into account the constraints laid down in the Minsk agreements. In what form and to whom do you offer these models?

“We have a conditional“ party school ”twice a week, its participants build various administrative, executive, judicial and other models based on their ideas and desires about how our Republic should exist.

Who do we offer? We follow the well-known formula: "The idea that has mastered the masses becomes a material force."

Recall that at the end of the past - the beginning of the current century, the metal conjuncture returned to us industrially the Soviet Donbass - metallurgical, coal, energy, and later mainly machine-building. Now it's all broken. The “Tashkent” cabbage is, of course, good, but we are an industrial land, and we need to understand our place in the division of labor.

Our task: to give strategic developments for 10-15-25 years ahead, step by step to justify how the regional economy can most effectively be built into the Russian model. The basic machine-building cluster can pull us out, we need to start with it, it will allow us to integrate quite gently into our niche.

Every fifth detail for the Russian military industrial complex until 2014 was made in Ukraine, including the Donbas. Now you can seek to obtain specifications when the manufacturer does not know the final destination of products, but will be provided with orders.

The main directions of our integration into the economic space of the Russian Federation: engineering, improving logistics, reducing transaction costs in serving citizens, plus an attempt to minimize the export of coal and maximize its combustion in order to sell the finished electricity.

Our chemical production is also being integrated into the Russian system, but as long as the Togliatti-Gorlovka-Odessa ammonia pipeline is blocked, the Gorlovsky Stirol cannot work effectively. The overlap led to an increase in the price of grain throughout the world, since 16% of the world's ammonia passed through this area, including the Odessa Port Plant, and this complex provided a grain belt from Northern Italy to Altai.

Now raw materials for Stirol have to be delivered by railway transport, which increases costs and costs. Locally, we can work in the south of Russia on a limited range of pharmaceutical products, since the cheap line of mass drugs is closed there, and produce nitrogen fertilizers for ourselves.

And most importantly, I repeat, this is mechanical engineering. Russia is actively developing today, numerous high-tech projects are being implemented, primarily in the logistics and transport sectors, projects, and you can integrate into each one with our heavy and light engineering industry.

- Are you planning to return to politics? Periodically, there are injections on the Web about some kind of "underground activity Purgina" and the inevitable sweeps of your supporters. Who benefits from such stuffing?

- My return to politics is now technically impossible. All the same countermeasures will be used - from blocking the premises to pressure on people who will come to this or that event - which the Security Service of Ukraine had used against the supporters of the Russian world. In the current system of power, politics is concentrated in one place: there is a conditional pool of 500 people playing policy with each other on the 100th floor of the state building, and the remaining 99 floors are excluded from this game. This is not a policy, it is an imitation.

Live politics are constant dynamics, social in motion, elevators, incessant feedback. The system that we have has is rather indirectly related to politics, rather it’s a cargo cult: having built a plane out of palm leaves, deputies of the People’s Council and others stand nearby and buzz, imitating the sounds of the engine in full confidence that they are flying somewhere

Deputies can not help their conditional voters, unable to influence the executive authorities. Ask them: why do they then go to meetings with voters whose expectations have been deceived?

Because it is so accepted, so real deputies do, so it is necessary for a “tick”. And it's not just about the National Assembly. The prosecutor's office has withdrawn itself from life. Siloviki in her sealed world. Public organizations are purely conditional.

As for the network stuffing about some kind of underground ... it is so stupid that there is no desire to even talk about this topic. I will say one thing: if the rumors are spreading, it means that someone needs it. Obviously not to those who care about the positive image of the Republic and strengthening the unity of its citizens.

We need to work, and not to look for enemies where there are none. The more people will be included in the real political process, the more fresh forces are involved in building the state, the higher will be the effectiveness of our work.

Happy holiday, Komsomol members of all generations!
A truly festive day was the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Komsomol in Russia. All festive events were covered in the Russian media, including the central TV channels. But this is in Russia, in Belarus. But not here, not in the DNI.
In our country, the old-bourgeois bureaucrats, marching in the wake of the Kiev policy of de-communization, did everything to prevent this holiday. Let's start with the fact that on this day, October 29, 2018, the Pitmen had to open the capsule with a testament to descendants, laid down on Lenin Square back in 1971. Alas, the capsules under the stove were not there ... But these are not all the negatives that darkened the holiday to the people of Donetsk. Not officially banning the laying of flowers at the monument to Ilyich, officials blocked the approach to the monument by a van with a symbolic inscription “Funeral Services” and a striped ribbon fence. And so that it was difficult for the people who gathered here under the Komsomol commune to hear the speakers, the engines of the five utilities began to work several meters away from here. In response to requests from attendees to muffle work,
So, come. If only two months after the death of A. Zakharchenko, officials began to flout his covenants with might and main, then what awaits us now? What did you fight for?

'Minsk' approaches like a speeding freight train. Everything that the Putin fans said could never happen is happening. They all hate communism and I hate them. And this on top of the Brazilian election, what a rotten week this is shaping up to be.

Interview: "One good reply, and the AFU goes quiet" --
Ghost commander speaks about positional battles in the LPR
By Yuri Kotenok, Federal News Agency (FAN)

October 10: The commander of the 14th Separate Motorized Rifle Battalion "Ghost" of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Alexey Markov, met with Yuri Kotenok of the Federal News Agency, arriving straight from the front line. In a nighttime conversation, the legendary commander with the callsign “Dobry” (“Good”) spoke about what is actually happening on the front line in the LPR, how the enemy approaches the positions of the defenders of Donbass and how they meet the assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Image
Commander Alexey Markov (Dobry) and friend.

Not a day without machine-gun fire ...

Alexey Gennadievich, what is really happening at the front line? How do you characterize the situation in your battalion’s area of responsibility?

Honestly, we do not see any difference between truce and "non-truce." This year there has already been an “Easter truce,” then a “school truce.” In reality, it translates into something that is literally a few days being a little quieter. Artillery cannon do not work, mortars are a little less frequent, small and group weapons are used instead. But there is not a single day of complete silence for us.

You occupy one of the key defense sectors of the LPR in the Kirovsk region. Why is it attractive to the enemy?
We are standing in the area of the famous Bakhmutka-Zhelobok highway. Indeed, this is one of the hot spots in the LPR. The fact is that this region would be beneficial for the Ukrainian side as a springboard for an offensive, and as such a position it is very convenient to hold.

That’s why they are constantly trying to get us out of here. The positions are less advantageous for us, but we are holding it not because we need it, but because it is very necessary for them. The task is to not surrender anything to the enemy.

In fact, battles are fought every day without exception. We hear and read about truces, but we have never seen them.

AFU gobbled up the "gray zone"

How far away is the enemy?

On average, about 400 meters, but there are positions where the distance between the trenches is only 70 meters. There are positions where the enemy is 170 meters away. Different places, different distances.

Does the so-called "gray zone" still exist?

There’s almost none left. If in 2016 there was 1.5 – 2 kilometers between our trenches, now there is no gray zone: it’s been mostly “gobbled up” from that side. We’re sitting nose to nose.

What weapons and equipment come to the fore in such a confrontation?

The most popular is the AGS-17, a little less – the LNG-9. And from the Ukrainian side 82-mm and 120-mm mortars are very widely used. They, to our regret, have no shortage of ammunition.

What are clashes like on a stable front line?

As a rule, shooting battles are rare: both sides are buried deeply enough. Therefore, they try to throw things at each other from above, on the head. But the Ukrainian side has never adhered to the truce, so we get things flying in regularly and in large quantities.

Now, the statistics work like this: if 200 mines arrive, then the 201st will injure someone. And if a hundred of them arrive every day, then you need to be prepared for periodic losses.

A deficit of good forest at the front

Do you respond?

Yes. But we rarely have the opportunity to give them a full shot in the teeth. When it appears, we immediately notice the effect: one good "reply," and for a day or two the Ukrainian side becomes quiet, there is sluggish, sporadic gunfire from small arms, but they don’t use heavy weaponry. And then everything goes back to square one, and so on in a spiral ... until the next time.

This is common for positional warfare. Of course, it’s not as intense as in World War I, but, nevertheless, there are losses on both sides.

Image

How does the nature of the fighting affect the condition of the Ghost Battalion fighters?

- Such actions are exhausting. But the most interesting thing is that people are eager to move forward. The impulse to liberate their territory is not extinguished. After all, there are many people in our ranks from the other side of the front line, including from the Ukrainian-occupied areas of Donbass. They dream of returning to their homes. Therefore, such positional warfare gives them hope of reaching their own home. They prefer the heavy, albeit bloody, offensive, to be closer to their native places.

Instead, both you and the AFU every month go deeper into the earth?

According to the trophy videos that we receive in different ways from the other side (mostly they are removed from corpses), in terms of fortification, everything is fine with them. That is, if they are in trenches, then it’s in full growth with ceilings, slits. If it’s a dugout, then necessarily in three layers, sheathed from the inside.

In this sense, we can only envy them, because we have a certain problem with building materials -- our side is almost leafless. It is either shrubs from which you cannot cut logs, or forests that are under state protection, and there is no poaching either. To get good wood or boards is very difficult.

And on the other side -- this is clearly seen during the drone overflights, and they also love to shoot themselves on their phones, whatever they do and how they do it -- in this respect, everything is sheathed and blocked. There they can sit out any shelling. Well, they have a lucky break.

Attack by Ukrainian “Donbass” assault group

The enemy staged a number of provocations on your front line this year. What did you do? What are the tactics of the AFU?

In fact, their tactics depend on the specific unit. Until April, the 58th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was located opposite us. It includes the former "Donbass" battalion [fascist volunteer unit], which was transformed into one of its companies, in fact, for shock and assault. They periodically attempted to storm our positions.

How did the enemy act?

A small group of people gather, drag along machine guns, some armament, and try to bite us with raids in several places.

Fortunately for us, luck was on our side. And each such attempt to assault our positions always ended the same way: they leave behind corpses and roll back. Then we pull out these bodies. This is followed by one or two days of unofficial truce -- until the moment when we transfer the bodies to the other side. After that, everything starts anew.

Has anything changed since the departure of the 58th brigade?

After the 58th brigade, the 53rd came. Their tactics are different. Part of this brigade is the 24th Aidar Assault Battalion. They began, systematically, step by step, to “eat away” the “gray zone” until they are resting on our positions.

These actions are literally visible on the map: here they have moved forward, dug in. Advanced -- dug. Rested against us. Moved their efforts to the next section. They advanced there, rested on us, went to the next and so on.

What does this give to the AFU?

Due to this, they have reduced the “gray zone” that was between our positions. And now the shelling is carried out mainly by small arms and group weapons [mobile machine guns, grenade launchers, anti-tank and anti-aircraft missile systems: group weapons designed to combine firepower with instantaneous use. – FAN].

The situation has deteriorated somewhat. If earlier the main fear was mortar and artillery shelling, now it is extremely inadvisable to stick out your head on either side.

A big "snack" ahead

What helps to counteract the enemy’s sniper fire?

We solve this problem due to the fact that we are actively engaged in fortification, we are building advanced defensive positions. Plus, thanks to the help of, say, not-indifferent people, our battle formations are saturated with trench periscopes and means of observation, including stationary ones. That is, we have the opportunity to observe and adjust fire without sticking our heads out. Unfortunately, not everyone has this situation.

How do you generally assess the situation on the contact line?

The tension has risen compared with what it was a year ago. And it continues to grow. Sooner or later there will be a big “snack” [clash] with the use of all available means and weapons. It’s only a matter of time.

During one of the breakthrough attempts, the enemy came close to your positions, but was repulsed. Tell us the details ...

It was on November 23 last year, when an assault group from the “Donbass” company of the 58th brigade attacked in the vicinity of the highway to Bakhmutka. In fact, we had an observation point there, where ordinary soldiers were on duty. Prior to this, for several weeks this outpost was subjected to shelling at close range — they used Bumblebees, Flies, and small arms. The guys got used to this group acting against them according to the same scheme: shoot, hold a fight, and then calm down. But on November 23, they made an attempt to take over our positions.

9—0 in favor of “Ghost”

What made it possible to understand the enemy's plan?

One of them was wearing a “GoPro” helmet [GoPro action camera. – FAN]. As a result, it came to us along with the body of the dead wearer. There, on the recording, everything was clearly visible: how the group was formed, how the cover was set, how they moved to their original positions and, in fact, began the assault.

I am one hundred percent atheist, but it’s hard to keep from thinking that someone is watching out for our guys from above. With such a balance of power, actually one to five, as a rule, such operations end in success for the attacking side.

I don’t want to say that a miracle happened, but our trained fighters did not lose their presence of mind and at close range, almost point blank, they destroyed the assault group. Then the Ukrops left four corpses right in front of our positions. Another of their wounded crawled into the hole and spent the day like that, until we pulled him out by the collar.

In total, they reported that nine people were killed. Someone they carried out immediately, someone died later in the hospital. For our part, I will say frankly, I had two bruised guys on the position, and another one was injured after the battle. In principle, we won with a dry score.

This wasn’t the only case ...

After a while, a similar attempt at assault was repeated in another place — also on Bakhmutka, and with the same result for the enemy. We pulled out a corpse, confiscated documents and weapons. After some time, the body was handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. And for some time, the attempts to storm our positions ceased.

Now we are facing another brigade. They may be smarter or better trained -- their tactics are sneakier. But we’ve also been quite successful in fending them off. The forces are not commensurate, but on our side, as they say, there is high moral and motivation.

Where does strength lie?

It turns out that it’s still a question of motivation?

Yes. The most important thing is that our army is not drafted, but voluntary. Every person who comes to the unit knows clearly why he or she took up arms, what they are risking their lives for. This gives them a lot of strength in critical situations.

If a person came to fight for money, then it is not worth it: you have one life, and you can’t buy it with money. A person who came to defend his homeland, his home, his relatives, his family ... You can rely on these people.

IN UKRAINE A VIDEO GAME WAS DEVELOPED THAT ALLOWS THE PLAYER TO BE A GUARD IN AUSCHWITZ

The Polish prosecutor’s office has launched a criminal investigation into a computer game about Auschwitz in which the player can choose the role of a supervisor of prisoners of an extermination camp. As Rzeczpospolita reported, the investigation was started at the request of the Institute of National Memory of Poland.

In particular, such games promote fascism and are an insult to the Polish people, notes the publication.

It is regrettable that a game has been developed in Ukraine, which during the days of the Great Patriotic War was one of territories that was affected the most by fascist occupation, including by sending Ukrainians to the extermination camps created by the Nazis on the territory of Eastern Europe.

The authors of the game “The cost of freedom — a game about polish death camps” from the Ukrainian Aliens Games studio implemented in its gameplay the opportunity to participate on the side of both the prisoners of the camp and the SS members who kill these prisoners. The Polish publication notes that one of the creators of the game is the inhabitant of Odessa Dmitry Dybin.

According to the co-chairman of the “Opposition Bloc“ faction Aleksandr Vilkul, people who learned about this game’s existence wrote to him.

“People are outraged by the policy of rewriting history has eventually led to. All central websites have already written that in Poland there is another scandal about this — Ukraine is accused of all sins again,” noted Vilkul.

“History games lead not only to the emergence of such horrible computer games. I spoke against and oppose falsifications, because switching the places of good and evil, first of all, sows chaos in the heads of the youth. It is impossible – just for the sake of the political environment of a group of people who seized power – to forget about the colossal number of casualties that our people and all of Europe suffered in the fight against fascism,” said the politician.

In four and a half years more than 33,000 military personnel of the UAF have self-willingly left their units or deserted. This was reported by certain military-diplomatic sources of “Izvestia” with reference to the report of the chief military prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios on the condition of law and order and military discipline in the Armed Forces of the country. Excerpts from the document are at the disposal of “Izvestia”. The Verkhovna Rada notes that the moral condition of the Ukrainian army causes big fears.

The runaway army
Since the beginning of 2014 up to September 2018 33,798 servicemen of the Ukrainian army ran away, said one of the interlocutors of “Izvestia” familiar with the contents of the report.

“This number includes both those who self-willingly left their units and those who deserted. The chief military prosecutor doesn’t specify the proportion of those and others. Very few are caught – since the beginning of this year up to September only 1587 fugitives were detained,” he noted.

The total number of UAF troops in Ukraine totals about 200,000 people.

The number of those who ran away can’t but cause alarm, said a source. After all, many of them have a weapon in their hands.

“About 15,000 units of weapons stolen from the Ukrainian Armed Forces are wanted,” added a military-diplomatic source.

Earlier the chief military prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios also stated that in four years the UAF has lost more than 15,000 units of firearms: 7,600 automatic machine guns; nearly 3,000 pistols; 2,200 machine guns and rifles; 2,260 grenade launchers.

The interlocutors of “Izvestia” note one more important trend: the significant growth in the number of noncombat irrevocable and sanitary losses.

By October of this year this reached 17,993 people, and more than 6,000 of them happened in the zone of the “Operation of United Forces“ in the East of the country. Suicides (more than 800 since the beginning of the year), road accidents (more than 300), careless handling of weapons (272), and poisoning from drugs (275) became the most frequent causes of death in civilian life. In 2018 a 22% increase in the number of servicemen who died as a result of premeditated murders has been noted — since the beginning of year 227 people killed.

The Prosecutor-General’s Office and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine didn’t answer the question of “Izvestia” – how they explain such a state of affairs.

According to Ukrainian legislation, the Unauthorised Leaving of a Unit (ULU) and desertion are different crimes. According to the Ukrainian Criminal Code, the unauthorised leaving of a unit is considered as being absent from service (leaving the territory of a unit or not arriving there after a holiday or being in hospital) for 3 days. This is for “conscripts”. Contract serviceman can be accused of ULU if they are “lost” for more than 10 days. “Conscripts” risk being sent to serve in a disciplinary battalion for 2 years, and contract employees risk being issued a penalty of 100 minimum salaries. And in the conditions of martial law or in a combat situation Ukrainian law stipulates 10 years of imprisonment for this.

Desertion, which is punished by up to 12 years of imprisonment, is the unauthorised leaving of a unit for the purpose of evading service. I.e., if a soldier flees in connection with family circumstances, it is ULU. And if they fled in order to avoid going to the zone of the “Operation of Integrated Forces”, then under Ukrainian law it is desertion.

Neither the prison, nor the hryvnia will prevent desertion
During active combat operations in Donbass there were cases of Ukrainian troops and militants from so-called voluntary battalions deserting by whole units. For example, in August 2014 the “Prykarpatye” battalion self-willingly left its positions went home to the Ivano-Frankovsk region with weapons in their hands. Later the army’s command blamed the battalion for the defeat near Ilovaisk, and criminal cases were initiated against some of the personnel. Some dozens of “Prykarpatye” militants went on the run. At the beginning of 2015 the battalion was disbanded.

The moral condition of the Ukrainian army causes big fears, said the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the “Opposition Bloc” Evgeny Balitsky to “Izvestia”. The fact that it leaves much to be desired is also evidenced by the fact that those who are said to have carried out the sensational murder of the employee of the Kherson city hall, the activist Ekaterina Gandzyuk, are five participants of the military operations in the East of the country as a part of voluntary formations.

“A few years ago another ‘fighter’ threw a grenade near the walls of the Verkhovna Rada. The general state and quality of our army causes serious concern,” noted Evgeny Balitsky.

Irreplaceable deserters
The Ukrainian army is chronically incomplete because of the desertion of many thousands of military personnel. This affects its combat capabilities in a negative way. It will be difficult for the Ukrainian authorities to fill the gaps in personnel.

“And now people continue to hide from summons. Moreover, the inhabitants of Galicia – the most ‘patriotic’ region of Ukraine – are especially active in this,” considers the political scientist Vladimir Kornilov. “As a rule, the natives of the Russian-speaking regions of the South and East of Ukraine are obliged to replace them”.

And the fact that the active phase of combat operations ended hasn’t changed the situation, he added.

“There used to be some kind of motive to serve in non-combat time in order to provide for oneself. But now the Ukrainian army is in such an awful state that young inhabitants who had the opportunity to find a job and earn dozens of times more money somewhere in Poland have neither the motive nor the desire to serve.”

If the situation in Donbass becomes aggravated once again, the Kiev authorities will again renew the round-ups of young men in Ukrainian cities, considers the expert.

Concerning the situation in Russia, according to media reports, the number the cases that fall under Article 338 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Desertion”) is estimated to be in the tens (in 2014 — 50 cases). The cases of a unit being abandoned without authorisation (Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) are more — some hundreds. The main military prosecutor’s office doesn’t reveal the official number of criminal cases initiated against military personnel who fled their unit. But the situation is far from being critical, which is also indirectly confirmed by the fact that if earlier disciplinary battalions (where run-away recruits serve their sentence) were in every military district, then now there are only 2 in the entire country. Military investigative bodies regularly report a decrease in the number of fugitives who are being searched for. Last year more than 600 people were detained — this concerns not only the military personnel of the Ministry of Defence, but also other siloviki departments that offer military service. This includes those who have been on the run since the mid-1990’s and early 2000’s.

A video message from Ghost Brigade:

The Prizrak Brigade has created an antifascist and internationalist unit called "INTERUNIT". This unit will operate in the territory of the People's Republic of Lugansk under the command of the Brigade. The Political Commissioner of the Brigade, Alexey Markov "Dobri", appeals to all the anti-fascists and communists of the world to join the fight against the resurgent Nazism. The goal is that at an early stage you avoid what once has already led to World War II. INTERUNIT is a politico-military group that continues the legacy of the Resistance against Nazi-fascism and other liberation struggles of the last century, and takes its slogan from the Spanish Civil War: No Pasarán! For more information or to join, contact: interunit@bk.ru

(This posting was from 3 years ago, nonetheless...Ghost still stands for socialism but I fear their greatest challenge awaits: surviving 'Minsk')

The United States, through Ukraine, offered Russia to exchange Donbass for the Crimea: in the Russian Federation they called the conditions under which the LDNR would cease to help
20.11.2018 14:00

The United States has been lobbying its interests for the fifth year at the expense of Ukraine. Initially it was assumed that there would be a coup in the country

The USA has been lobbying its interests for the fifth year at the expense of Ukraine. Initially it was assumed that there would be a coup d'etat in the country, Kiev would take a course in NATO and the EU, after which American military bases would gradually appear on the territory of Ukraine. In addition, the United States would receive at the expense of the Crimea access to the Black Sea. All this was prevented only at the expense of Russia, which managed to thwart the plans of the West, returning Crimea to its structure and sending troops to the peninsula to protect the citizens.

However, the West did not retreat from its intended goals and launched a war in the Donbass, which continues to this day. It is very skillfully used by the United States, creating a threat on the border with the Russian Federation and blaming Moscow for everything that is happening in the east of Ukraine ... By the way, the United States recently offered Ukraine its own solution to the conflict in the Donbas. Thus, according to the ex-deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko, the American military experts advised Ukraine to arrange a complete water, resource and electric blockade for the return of its eastern territories in order to push people towards a new revolution .

“We also voiced such an option to end the war in the country: to offer Russia to gradually exchange Donbass for the Crimea in order to draw time and calm the situation in the east. Ukraine can now pretend that it may agree to such conditions, and then either the donkey dies or the sultan dies ... In addition, time will give us the opportunity to work with the West on a plan to introduce UN peacekeepers, ”Romanenko said.

The Russian analyst, writer and scientist Konstantin Schemelinin spoke out on this subject. As the expert stated in the comments to the Kharkiv, the blockade of the LDNR from Ukraine will not happen.

“I believe that the United States did not offer to arrange a humanitarian catastrophe in the east of Ukraine by a total blockade. Probably, America is offering Kiev the creation of a revolutionary situation in the LC and the DPR, and not just the total blockade. Washington is well aware that in the world no one will support the water blockade of Donbass. By the way, Russia does not have the opportunity in the case of a blockade to deliver the necessary resources to Donbas. All the electricity went to the Crimea, even Kuban for growth is left. And water means building a canal, that is, long and difficult, ”said the expert.

- Will Russia stop supporting the Lao PDR if Ukraine offers it favorable terms?

“Russia, as in the beginning of 2014, can only go on such conditions: an amnesty from the side of Ukraine to all the militias of Donbass; non-aligned status of Ukraine; special status of the DPR and LPR in the Constitution of Ukraine; remove the Crimea from the Constitution of Ukraine; lift most of the Western sanctions on the Russian Federation. "

- Is it possible to exchange Crimea to the Donbass as such?

"Impossible: Crimea is a part of Russia from the point of view of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and the LC and the DPR are unrecognized state entities."

- What assistance did Ukraine receive from the West during the war years in the Donbass, if not counting such advice?

“The scale of NATO countries' assistance to Ukraine is growing: there is money, and training by foreign instructors, and supplies of Javelins and much more. But so far it has not played any role in the war, because all these weapons are intended for the future war of Ukraine against Russia. ”

- How will the Russian Federation in the future, in your opinion, work with the Donbas as a whole?

“The situation will be stably severe, as it is right up to a certain crisis moment when one of the parties does not dare to take active steps,” concluded Konstantin Schemelinin.

The Communists of Dneprodzerzhinsk
@nsanzo

Sergey Tkachenko and Denis Timofeyev

In 2014, at the height of the war in Donbass, when the right-wing organizations began to act with total impunity and with the support of the Government, two communists from the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk were arrested on charges of separatism and possession of explosives in a case that, from the beginning, had indications of being purely political. Now, outlawed and disappeared as an opposition force by the Communist Party, the accused have been condemned, with no more proof than a few copies of newspapers claiming that they were planted by the police, on charges of separatism, the standard accusation to keep the opposition uncomfortable in prison one season.

This was how yesterday Ukraina.ru picked it up :

Journalist Andrey Manchuk reported on his Facebook profile that the former deputies of the Local and Regional Council for the Communist Party of Ukraine Sergey Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev have been released:

In Dneprodzerzhinsk (now Kamenskoe) today [Friday, November 23, 2018- Ed ] have been condemned by separatism the ex- deputies of the city and the district of the Communist Party Sergei Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev. They are sentenced for allegedly spreading the Novorossiya newspaper hidden in the edition of the Prometheus newspaper .

This is how this shameful case was created and collapsed by which the two boys have been in prison since 2014 in the face of the silence of Ukrainian human rights activists, left-wing liberals and other well-wishers:

Dneprodzerzhinsk Communists Sergey Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev have been in prison since September 1, 2014. Their arrest was a surprise to their comrades in Party organizations. As they say, neither Sergey nor Denis were involved in actions to support the "Russian world", but were dedicated to the protection of the rights of the workers of the Dzerzhinsky metallurgical plant and other factories in the city, with what many had done. enemies. In addition, the arrest of the communists coincided with the political campaign against the Communist Party, accused of supporting the terrorists . According to the Communist Party, everything sought to prevent Simonenko's party from participating in the elections, in search of a reason for its prohibition.

"In 2014, the Communist Party was the only party with parliamentary representation that openly opposed the war in Donbass. Poroshenko Turchinov first and then gave the order to collect arguments to ban them, "he told Strana general secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party of Dnepropetrovsk, Andrey Bondarenko. "As a result, many of our comrades were subjected to great pressure. Among them were Sergey Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev, who, on September 1, were given the standard set of the separatist : a dozen copies of the Novorossiya newspaper, a grenade and ammunition. They were charged with incitement to violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and possession of explosives. "

At that time, in the summer of 2014, the Communist Party recalled that representatives of local far-right organizations openly carried arms in Dneprodzerzhinsk, hometown and political fief of the then Praviy Sektor leader, Dmitro Yarosh. However, there were no questions or records from the security forces. In addition, comrades Tkachenko and Timofeev suspected the judge's bias and his political approach to the case.

"It is enough to have gone to a single hearing to understand that the judge of the regional district of the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk, Tatiana Ivchenko, is on the side of the accusation," said the secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party. "All the witnesses of the accusation are members of the far right (Praviy Sektor, Automaidan, etc.) or people who have nothing to do with the case and hope to get witnesses to benefit them in other pending criminal cases. Checking where those days were would be very simple: for example, with your telephone bills. But the judge constantly rejects this request of the defense. It seems that if it were done, it could be proved that the witnesses are false. "

The lawyers of the Communists were able to discover what military units were the grenades found in the homes of Tkachenko and Timofeev and also that no robbery of weapons had been reported. In the grenades and explosives there were no traces of the accused or their relatives. So there was only the charge of possession of copies of the Novorossiya newspaper, although Tkachenko and Timofeev claimed that it had been placed by the police, since its content is contrary to their ideas and to the program of the Communist Party. The examination of the material did not reveal in those copies an illegal appeal and this was concluded by the experts at the trial. However, the prosecution made a motion for them to be re-examined and the motion was approved, which means that the communists, in prison for more than a year and a half, will remain in prison. "Without any proof, the accusation, with the help of the judge, intentionally delays the process. They are afraid of letting go of the boys, because then it will be clear that the case against Tkachenko and Timofeev is political and is a farce. "

- Ukraina.ru

More than two years after that confirmation that the defendants would remain in prison despite the weakness of the case and the evidence that the accusation was purely political, Tkachenko and Timofeev were condemned by the Ukrainian court for a cause of separatism. Four years and almost three months after being arrested, they have been released as they have served, in pretrial detention, the time imposed by this condemnation of dubious legality. Once again, the case confirms the abuse of pretrial detention in Ukraine as a method to keep unwelcome opponents in prison as long as possible. The same happened in the cases of journalists Alexander Bondarchuk or Ruslan Kotsaba, acquitted after spending a long time in preventive detention accused of political charges.
