1. Fetishism pre-dates capitalism as it is an effect of the commodity form.
2. More than 'feelings', these are intrinsic relationships.
3. Pretty sure intellectual property was a thing in Marx's time. All wage labor was 'gig' before unions gave workers a modicum of security. We're just slipping back in time on multiple fronts.
