Russian producers asked to temporarily ban tomato imports
04/07/2020

"National" capital is trying to save its profits

The National Union of Fruit and Vegetable Producers (Fruit and Vegetable Union) sent a letter to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation with a request to temporarily ban the import of tomatoes into Russia , Kommersant reports . According to businessmen, this will help them avoid losses due to the extension of self-isolation and the weakening of the ruble.

Image
Ban on the import of vegetables
“We ask you to introduce a temporary ban for a period of two months on the supply of tomatoes to the Russian Federation from the indicated countries ( Azerbaijan, Morocco, Turkey, China. - “ Kommersant ” ) in order to prevent the deterioration of the situation on the greenhouse vegetables market ,” the appeal says.

According to the union, in 2019 the share of imported tomatoes in the total market amounted to 52% . The industry union believes that imported products, along with a drop in demand due to self-isolation of citizens, put additional pressure on the wholesale price of tomato, a further decrease in which may lead to bankruptcy of existing enterprises.

“Of course, it is possible to survive without the proposed measures, but domestic producers are losing profits due to the fact that the cost of imported tomatoes, as well as their quality, is lower than Russian ones ,” said Larisa Erina, Director of Sales at the Eco-Culture Agribusiness Holding .

The collapse of the ruble, it would seem, and so seriously increased the competitiveness of Russian industrialists in the domestic market. And the common misfortune - coronavirus - would have to stimulate “socially responsible businessmen” (the role of which they even suggested fixing in the Constitution) to lower food prices. But all this is in the theory of “right capitalism”.

But in practice, "nationally-oriented capital" once again showed its true face. In a situation where the population has serious problems with solvency, when people lose their jobs , the owners of agricultural enterprises, with nice words about caring for the population, urge the authorities to take measures to prevent the reduction of food prices.

Also, earlier our “dear” agricultural producers already supported the destruction of “sanctioned products” that could be distributed to those in need.

Image
Destruction of sanctions products
The capitalist, no matter how "nationally oriented" he is, will always worry only for his profits, only for his pocket.

And the most effective way to cope with situations like the COVID-19 pandemic is only a planned socialist economy. The economy, aimed at the maximum satisfaction of the needs of the whole society, and not a narrow circle of capitalists. An economy where no one can personally enrich themselves on the problems of society.

Food prices will rise in Russia
04/08/2020

The poorest pay for crises

Manufacturers and suppliers of food products in the Russian Federation insist on increasing purchase prices by 15 - 20% , RBC reports .

Image

The executive director of Rusprodsoyuz Dmitry Vostrikov told reporters that the requirement to revise the pricing policy was due to the coronavirus pandemic and the depreciation of the ruble, which significantly increased the costs of production and distributors.

Most strongly - by 20% - imported tea, coffee and cocoa will rise in price. The purchase prices for foreign alcohol will increase by 13 - 18% . Imported vegetables and fruits will also go up in price, from which Russia seriously depends on supplies from March to June, when its supplies are already exhausted.

Against this background, by the way, attempts by Russian farmers to introduce a temporary ban on the import of cheaper foreign vegetables, which threatens to undermine the competitiveness of local producers in the domestic market , are extremely mixed .

But the increase in prices will affect not only imports. Indeed, due to currency fluctuations in the Russian Federation, the cost of packaging has already increased, transportation costs have increased. Also, manufacturers working in an epidemic have to spend money on disinfection and ensuring safe working conditions for personnel. In this regard, Russian producers raise the selling price of pasta ( 5 - 15% ) and bread ( 5 - 7% ), as well as fish and fish products.

In order to somehow smooth out the effect of such a significant leap, suppliers suggested that retail chains increase the final price gradually, in two stages. And at the same time we secured ourselves from accusations of speculative wrapping: as Vostrikov stated , the Federal Antimonopoly Service has already checked all the proposals made.

Thus, we see how, in conditions of a flaring crisis, food producers and suppliers are trying with all their might to save the profitability of their enterprises. Which ultimately will have to pay for the final consumer, that is, ordinary citizens. Many of them, by the way, were already forced to seriously tighten their belts . It is unlikely that people who have lost their jobs will be able to treat such trends with understanding.

In our opinion, this is a global imbalance, the greatest injustice of the capitalist system. When even supplying people with the most necessary - food - is done not for themselves, not for the development of society, but for the sake of profit. With this approach, it is easier for the capitalist to destroy unsold products than to give them to the starving for free.

Everyone can judge the benefits of such a system of relations for humanity independently.

Russian companies reduce workers and lower salaries
04/08/2020

Ordinary capitalism

About a third of Russian enterprises (29%) forced their employees to go on unpaid leave during quarantine. 49% of companies transferred their workers to part-time jobs with a reduction in wages, 20% of enterprises reduced their employees' wages without changing their working hours. Dismissal of personnel began 16% of companies.

Image

Russian capitalists have found a way out of this situation. As expected , employers solve problems at the expense of workers: some are sent on holidays at their own expense, some are reduced in wages, and some simply fired . In general, this decision is quite standard for bourgeois society - in the entire history of capitalism, the main burdens of crises and wars fell on the shoulders of the working classes.

At the same time, the capitalists came out of the crisis even richer, and the working people even poorer. So it is now: the coronavirus epidemic has become a good pretext in order to “optimize” the number of employees and reduce “temporary” wages. However, all these “temporary” measures will eventually become permanent: no one will raise their salaries, as well as reinstate the dismissed ones.

In these conditions, workers have a choice. The working people can continue to endure and then they will become even more poor, then they will continue to be taken away from them the latest social and political rights. If they do not want such a fate for themselves, then they must begin to unite and fight for their interests, successively defending them first at their enterprise, and then throughout the country. We see that the working people of many countries go this way, and they achieve certain successes along this path. Russian workers also have some experience in the struggle: in the late 90s, the Russian government, frightened by protests, introduced liability for non-payment of wages; in the mid-zero, frightened by mass protests, the Russian authorities were forced to change the monetization of benefits, conducting it according to a milder scenario.

Thus, the coronavirus epidemic and the economic crisis have already led to layoffs, lower wages and other difficult consequences for workers. The working people can improve their situation only through a stubborn, organized struggle for their interests, forcing the capitalists to make concessions.

How to fight for your rights in a pandemic
04/10/2020

Educational program from the head of the Agitation and Propaganda Commission of the Central Committee of the RKRP Alexander Batov
First of all, we must clearly understand: no one will do anything for you.
The current situation is a consequence including passivity of the workers themselves. It was you who allowed employers to transfer most of their salaries into bonuses, you agreed to work under fixed-term contracts or civil contracts. Now you have to disentangle, fight for yourself in very unfavorable conditions.

If fired

What to do:

Do not sign the statement “on your own”; let them get fired for the reduction of severance pay.
immediately contact the employment center to receive benefits + the previous employer will have to pay you the salaries of the first two months of finding a job. If you quit “on your own”, there will be no salaries.
if there is solidarity in the team, act on the principle of "one for all and all for one." Paralyze the work of the enterprise. How to do this and not substitute - tell you.
If you are forced to take a vacation at your own expense, do not sign. Under the Labor Code, no one can force you to do this. In extreme cases, try to leave on sick leave.

If they cut salaries

How to fight:

it is difficult to resist, especially if premiums are cut;
only solidarity will help out ... a strike, or at least an Italian strike (work strictly according to the rules).
If forced to work on the days off announced by presidential decree
An employer often attempts to arbitrarily qualify itself as an “ongoing organization." He takes advantage of the fact that there is no such term in the legislation. Something similar is only in the last paragraph of Art. 111 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

If your organization is related to healthcare, social security, trade in groceries and essentials, telecommunications, energy, livelihoods, etc., then the decree on non-working days does not apply to you.

If you have a regular five-day organization, you should not agree to go to work without a written order.

Let you have a document in your hands in which the employer requires an exit to work and gives the appropriate reasoning. Then you can go to court with him. And without this piece of paper, they will later tell you that you yourself volunteered to work, and even for free. And you will not refute it.

If the employer does not provide personal protective equipment
Refer to the letter of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare dated March 10, 2020. It contains instructions to employers to provide some sanitary measures, for example, regular air disinfection, antiseptic treatment of hands at the entrance to the enterprise, etc.

Refer to Art. 219 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation , which provides the employee with the right to refuse to perform work in case of a threat to life and health. Make a statement in two copies, take it to the administration of the enterprise, one copy with a mark on admission should be returned to you.

Another option is a strike or an Italian strike demanding that PPE be provided.

Do not take this lightly. Think of your families, children. Your health must be protected both for your own sake and for their sake.

In a pandemic, the role of some professions has increased dramatically, for example:

Doctors
couriers;
transport workers.

This is a great chance to improve your situation. Use it while you have the opportunity! Organize into your union or other structure, start a collective labor dispute, demand higher salaries, better working conditions, and threaten a strike. If a significant part of the team is covered by such sentiments, if you act in concert, the employer will make concessions. He will have money.

The two most important things
The first one. Success directly depends on the solidarity of workers. While everyone is for himself, then you will be cut off your salary, they will rake you up, do anything. You can win only when one for all and all for one.
Therefore, while it is still possible, more actively communicate with your colleagues at work, talk about common actions. Convince them that it will not work out differently.

Do not bow to the laws! It is not the laws that decide it, but the balance of power. Be submissive - the employer will easily violate the law against you and will make you guilty. You will fight for your rights - the employer will have to agree. As they say correctly: there are no legal and illegal strikes, there are lost and won.
The second one. Do not enter the position of the employer! Is he in your position? What would happen, for example, if you came to him and said: “I took a mortgage here, I have increased costs, increase my salary” ? He will laugh. So here ... At most small and medium-sized enterprises it is enough to sell the owner's car in order to pay salaries to employees for six months in advance. Let him sell! Let them pay for their crisis themselves. They should have thought about stocks, about reserves, about the sustainability of the enterprise. But they thought about their pocket, and now they want to recoup on you. Do not give in!

Loans interests will continue to accrue during «loan vacation»
07.04.2020
Quarantine is not a hindrance for extortion

The Bank of Russia has explained the mechanism of the «loan holidays» promised by President Putin to the population. The main idea is that you still have to pay, and interest on loans will continue to accrue.

Image
Loan sharks are taking people by the throat

The so-called “loan vacation” law regulates the relations of borrowers and lenders during the grace period introduced in Russia due to the forced quarantine lockdown. So, during the grace period those citizens whose income has decreased by more than 30% compared with the average income in 2019 may receive a six-month deferment on payments on their loans. The loans themselves, however, will not disappear, payments will have to be resumed after the end of the «vacation».

And now it turned out that during the grace period interest on loans will continue to accrue. Thus, in the absence of the main debt repayment, the total amount that the borrower will pay to the bank will only increase. That is, the borrower “buys” from the lender the opportunity to defer payments for the time being. This additional robbery is presented as an incredible concern for the welfare of citizens — of the same 40% of Russians who had at least one loan in 2019, and those who had not yet managed to get into these statistics in 2020. Recently, Vladimir Putin said that in Russia 70% of the population belong to a certain “middle class”. Apparently, this is the one that is completely chained down to loans. And it is for these «middle class» people that the caring leaders of the state prepared another loan fraud in the midst of the crisis.

The bourgeois state has once again demonstrated its attitude towards the working people. Any crisis, any emergency is used by “effective managers” to profit from the population. No matter how poor people are, as long as the last thread can be taken from hard workers, the capitalist will do this.

For bread

Humorous dystopian tale

From the editors . People are joking, that means we will live. As a joke, understanding is already leaking out that under the guise of coronaviruses, all sorts of crooks are doing their tricks. Without diminishing the danger of the epidemic, we see how it is used for political purposes. Self-isolated (however, for a long time) from the people of power. A camp control regime is introduced: “Everything is under the hood, a step to the left, a step to the right ...” We plunge into the world of dystopia.

Seryoga Petrov gloomyly pulled on a mask and began to sort through the reflective vests hanging in the wardrobe. Red, yellow, green, blue ... He was always confused in the color differentiation of vests, because he squinted at the piece of paper pinned to the wall. "In the boutiques - yellow!" - it was written on it, and Seryoga, taking a yellow vest, left the apartment.

He worked as an electrician in the city "Energy Networks", was on duty after three days, and thought he was lucky. Only the enterprises of life support systems, authorities and law enforcement agencies worked in the country, who took upon themselves the provision of the population with products and services, so it was not surprising to see completely cut off heads on the Instagram tape - hairdressers of the Russian Guard did not know how otherwise.

In general, Seryoga was lucky, he received a salary, not a pandemic allowance, which means he could sometimes treat himself to sausage, cheese and bananas. However, he, like everyone else, chose buckwheat and potatoes, and he preferred to spend money on alcohol.

- Citizen! - the call was distributed.

Seryoga turned around. A police patrol was approaching him, two figures in respirators and with "Kalash" thrown over his shoulder.

Image

“Sergeant Kutuzov, cadet Suvorov,” the one who was taller introduced himself and his colleague. - The duty patrol of the Izmaylovsky district. Pass, passport.

Seryoga pulled out a passport from his pocket with a temporary pass badge enclosed in it, which was given to them in the personnel department for resting days.

- Couar code!

Serega held out his hand, on the wrist of which a fresh tattoo of a couar code turned blue. The scanner squeaked, the policeman nodded in satisfaction and took out a tablet.

- Instagram account!

“Serega1980,” answered Petrov gloomily. He already knew what would happen next.

The policeman twisted the tape profile of Serge.

- So, the day before yesterday there are no photos. Why?

“He was thumping,” Seryoga honestly said. - I did not want to spread my drunk face to the whole world.

- Citizen Petrov! The policeman said sternly. - According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation under number 435, you are obliged to upload your photo on Instagram three times a day with a geolocation reference and a time stamp!

He flipped the tape a little further down.

“Okay, I see that this month only one day has been missed, so we'll get by with a warning.” Where are you going?

Seryoga pointed a finger at the yellow tape of his vest.

- Where are you going? The sergeant repeated the question.

“I'm going to buy groceries at the store closest to my place of residence,” Serge said habitually. - Such is the Lux store at 35 Lesnaya Street. The color of the vest corresponds to the goal of exiting self-isolation.

The color differentiation system, introduced a couple of months ago, was supposed to reduce the number of people going out onto the street without a specific goal and to tighten their discipline. Each received a set of reflective vests: yellow to go to the store, red to get to the place of work, blue to take out the trash, green to walk the dog.

Just in the green dweller, a woman passed by, leading on a leash of a beagle. The dog’s collar winked with the built-in chip, the beagle cheerfully torn off the leash, twirling its head from left to right.

- Bibik, do not spin! - said the woman. - Bibik, just pee and go home. We didn’t go out, Bibik.

The dog barked in response, which frightened the crow flying up from the pile of garbage, rushed after it and pulled the leash from the hands of the mistress.

- Bibik! The woman screamed.

Bibik cheerfully ran after the crow when he sounded a warning signal on his collar. There was a cracking sound, the dog arched in an arc and slammed to the ground. It smelled of burning hair.

- Bibik! - the woman ran to the dog. - Bibik, you fool!

The dog in response convulsively jerked his paw and urinated.

“Well, here he is peeing,” the policeman grunted.

For the first time, Seryoga saw the Perimeter system in action. She was introduced to stop speculation related to dog walking. Through the Internet, resourceful citizens leased dogs so that anyone could go outside, hiding behind the need to walk the animal. In response, authorities installed the “Perimeter” on the houses - a system to which all dogs living in this house were attached. They received collars with GPS-navigators, the system tracked their movements, and as soon as they moved away from the house more than a hundred meters, they shocked them. Each dog was supplied with an individual collar, the electric discharge was calculated based on the weight of the animal, and had to paralyze the dog after an impact.

Of course, like everything that was done hastily, it did not always work as it should. Serega recalled the video he had seen in Yu-Tube, where some “blogger” put a collar for a mastiff on her Yorkshire, and the “Perimeter” left only the charred carcass of the dog.

Meanwhile, the woman dragged the limp dog to the porch and almost fell under the hooves of a horse that jumped out from around the corner. On horseback sat a man in uniform, a hat and with a whip in his hand. High boots, epaulettes and epaulets were given out by at least Yesaul troops of the Cossack name of the great martyr Lev Leshchenko.

A dozen Cossacks left behind, they patrolled the streets, helping law enforcement forces identify the violators. Judging by the green form, these were vegan Cossacks, those who hunted kebab lovers in the fresh air. Three skewers hung on his belt near Yesaul, which means that at least three groups of anti-quarantines fell under his hot hand. Esaul glanced at Petrov and stroked his lush mustache with a pathos gesture.

“Why aren't these masked?” - asked Seryoga.
“The Holy Spirit of Russia and the Grace of Prayer keep them,” the sergeant answered.

Seryoga looked after the column of horsemen, the last two Cossacks constantly coughed and baptized.

Behind the Cossacks, an armored personnel carrier taxied around the corner. Two Rosguardsmen sat on the armor and twisted their heads around. The APC rolled idly to the intersection, the turret turned and the machine gun burst cut through the evening silence.

Image

“Stray dogs,” the sergeant explained. - The day before yesterday, a woman went out for bread, and on her way back I came across a flock. They ate both bread and a woman. Now we clean your area.

The policeman handed Seryoga the documents, waved to the cadet and the patrol went along the house. Seryoga hid the documents and walked in the opposite direction.

Returning home, he went to the balcony and looked at the dark city. The first snowball slowly circled in the air. It was November 2020.

“A pandemic is not a cause, but a consequence”
04/13/2020
Statement of the Press Center of the Central Committee of the RKRP-CPSU

The capitalist world is in a panic. The next disaster in the form of a coronavirus pandemic fell upon mankind. Hundreds of thousands of cases, thousands of deaths in most countries of the world. This trouble did not go around the Russian Federation. We do not yet know the exact picture in our country (is it possible to trust the reports of government media - this has long been a rhetorical question). But even according to official statements, we should expect the inevitable avalanche-like offensive of this infection, approximately according to the scenario of other countries most affected by this disease.

And again and again we are convinced that neither the economy, nor the public consciousness in the world of capitalism are prepared for such outbreaks. And the emergence of a new pathogen, which regularly occurs in nature and in theory should be quite expected, has once again turned out to be unexpected and has become catastrophic.

Image

Russia was not only among vulnerable countries, but also has a number of features that put it in a particularly difficult situation. Here, as in other capitalist countries, public health is not a priority of state policy (which, as you know, is essentially the policy of the ruling class). It was a priority in the USSR, where from the first years of Soviet power the most important areas of healthcare were laid down and steadily developed , including the system of general and special education, hygiene and prevention systems, Soviet epidemiology, a network of clinics and sanatoriums, and much more that was completely accessible to workers and was perceived by Soviet people as something familiar and natural.

We have witnessed the total destruction of all these achievements. Human health turned out to be not a social category, but a market one. Health care has become not a right, but a service; medical facilities are gradually commercializing and becoming profit-making enterprises. Pharmaceuticals have become fully commercial. And by all the laws of the market, healthcare is no longer available to the working people. The number of hospital beds is declining, doctors and other medical workers are massively quitting, losing office housing, salaries are being cut, and their work is intensifying . Education, including medical education, is declining.

In some countries where medicine has traditionally been in a higher position, the rule is strictly followed that any doctor must, at the beginning of his activity, gain practical experience in resuscitation. And only then specializes in other areas. We do not have this. Therefore, the urgent issue of providing hospitals with ventilation devices, even if successfully resolved, will not solve the problem as a whole, because there are not enough specialists who can work on these devices. There are very few such specialists.

A very high price of the vaccine being developed is predicted, as a result of which it will be simply inaccessible to the majority of our impoverished people ... There are many other factors that greatly complicate the prevention and treatment of this disease.

Various peppy statements about the need for international solidarity in the fight against this scourge so far remain only good wishes. In fact, even the notorious European solidarity crumbled from the very beginning. The borders, which seemed to no longer exist, instantly recovered and rigidly delimited the former allied countries. Ocean liners with patients on board are not allowed in ports of other states. And Russia is no exception. And the exception was socialist Cuba, where the ideals of humanism are not a kind fairy tale, but the everyday politics of the communists. It is once again confirmed that it is communism that is the highest humanism.

Now Russia is broadcasting announcing the urgent adoption of various measures designed to supposedly stop the spread of infection. Among them are monthly “holidays”, i.e. enterprise shutdown. At the same time, wage conservation is declared. For a market economy, this is frank craftiness. How can one force a capitalist to pay a worker who has ceased to bring him surplus value? Yes, he will either dismiss such a worker (and after passing the crisis he will easily find a new or former employee - unemployment will increase, those who wish to work will easily be found), or at best sent on unpaid leave - and all this for completely legitimate reasons. In addition, many simply get paid on the principle of piecework. Those. in this case, their salary will be zero. For others, the nominal salary is minimal, and they receive most of them in the form of a “premium" accrued at the arbitrariness of the owner. In general, this “salary preservation” is an ordinary fiction.

In the strongest way, these obligatory “holidays” will hit the self-employed , the small enterprises, clearing the field of business for monopolists. Also in full accordance with the laws of the capitalist market. The trifle will disappear, and the sharks will become more fat.

But the most important thing, of course, is that if anyone will be saved, this is, as always, his own. And from the coronavirus, and from financial losses due to the crisis. As always, during crises, the rich will get rich even more, and the poor will be doomed to extinction or poverty. This is ordinary capitalism. And he cannot be different. But if the capitalists are nevertheless secreted, they have such a long-known solution - war . And this is not fantasy, not horror, but a harsh reality. The most real wars go on all the time, all over the globe. And on them - as it should be - the rich make mad fortunes, and the poor die on the battlefield so that the rich get rich.

Wherever you throw - everywhere a wedge. And there is only one way out: to eliminate this very perverse wolf system itself, to establish a human society, whose name is socialism. Now the well-known slogan: “Socialism or death” has gained particular relevance !

“Zuleikha opens her eyes”: an anti-Soviet tale in a new way
04/15/2020
246107
A brief analysis of the first series

On Monday, on the channel "Russia" the premiere of the series "Zuleikha opens her eyes" , shot on the sensational book. I could not resist, I watched the first series. I’ll tell you about it.

Image

I don’t know how it is with the eyes, but Zuleikha’s mouth performed by Chulpan Khamatova opened only once for the whole series and said only one word. But first things first.

The television movie "Zuleikha opens her eyes" begins unexpectedly - Zuleikha opens her eyes and wakes up. There is a suspicion that all series will begin with this frame, but we will not get ahead of ourselves. So, she wakes up, and we get acquainted with the life of the main character.

The story begins in the winter of 1930 in a small Tatar village, where the main character lives with her husband named Murtaza and her mother-in-law, somewhat reminiscent of the white walker from the epic Dzhorrzh Martin. Zuleiha's life is full of meaning and traditional values. She takes care of her mother-in-law, who hates her, does not even have the right to cast her voice, is regularly subjected to sexual and physical violence by her husband, and is washing the floors. Here it is necessary to note the acting skills of Chulpan: she does all of the above without changing her facial expression. In short, her life is such that any gulag should be perceived after this as a pioneer camp.

What about the family? - Two horses, a cow, hens. (At the same time, we see carcasses of broiler chickens in the barn, so we can only admire the power of the Tatar agriculture of the 30s.) And bags of grain. One of the general plans of Murtaza’s house and farm shows a structure resembling a mill. Hence the conclusion that in all respects he is a very wealthy peasant. But since it is impossible to maintain and process such a farm alone (and in the story he is the only man in the family), he at least uses hired labor or rents his property to his villagers. That is, it is the brightest representative of the owner in the village, that is, a fist.

And so that Murtaza himself does not doubt it, the good neighbors throw him a propaganda poster “Destroy the fist as a class”, wrapping a brick in it to improve aerodynamics.
Murtaza is very nervous about this, and therefore decides to slaughter a cow (which he does) and horses (his wife hinders him here) so that they will not go to the collective farm.

A little nuance. In one of the scenes of the film, Murtaza, after beating his wife and copulating with her, goes and lies side by side with a blind mother, who recalls that he was the fourth among her sons. And only she fed him milk. The rest had no choice, so they died of starvation. A bit of arithmetic: Murtase looks 40 years old, well, maybe 35, that is, he was born in the period from 1890 to 1895. And he lived very poorly, since the family was so starving that almost all the children died. It turns out that in tsarist Russia, the Murtaza family was clearly not sweet, but after 1917 he most likely got horses, a cow, hens and a mill. That is welfare. But this is a digression.

In the meantime, Zuleiha’s husband decides to hide several bags of grain in a cache to use for sowing in the spring. For this, the couple load them on a sled and go to the forest, to the Muslim cemetery. At this moment, we learn that there were four daughters in the family who died. Actually, in the grave of one of the daughters there is a cache for grain. Which is a wooden box buried in the ground, where 4 bags of grain are hidden, and the fifth is simply poured from above, because it does not fit differently.

What will happen to the grain in such a cache in the next thaw or when the nearest field mouse appears, is not difficult to guess. It is difficult to understand how Murtaza could become prosperous with such economic skills.

On the way home, the family meets a detachment of OGPU. It will then become clear to us that this is the OGPU: without explanation, they look like a gang of Makhnovists. One is dressed in a greatcoat and budenovka, the boss in a cap and an incomprehensible jacket, some woman in a hat and a sheepskin coat. (At the same time, a curl with a good curl peeps out very nicely from the hats. It is immediately obvious that makeup artists in the 30s had what they needed in the village.) Apparently, whoever robbed something, he walks in that one. How else could authorities be dressed in 1930 ?!

OGPUshniki are interested in spouses how to get to the village. What are they silent on. Why they are silent is unclear, but this causes natural suspicions among employees. One of them sees an empty bag, from which several remaining grains of wheat fall out. And at that moment Murtaza grabs an ax and rushes at the squad leader. In response, he receives a well-deserved bullet in his chest and dies.

And what do you think, what do law enforcement officers in the USSR usually do after they shoot a person who attacks them? That's right, they just leave it and go on about their business. They did not begin to find out who he was, where and where he was going from, why he attacked them, they did not search the cart — they simply shot him and drove on. That is exactly what the NKVD bodies worked in 1930.

Zuleikha is not an employee of the OGPU, but a wife. Therefore, she alone brings her husband to the house, drags him into bed with a drag and sets himself next to the corpse. After that, those same employees come to the house with representatives of local authorities and a decree on confiscation of property and the deportation of Murtaza as a fist. And in the house it is planned to place a village council.

Since the hole in the chest prevents the convict from signing a sentence, the OGPU officers are no hesitant in asking his wife to do this. When it turns out that she can neither read nor write, they decide that nothing can be signed. Why then this paper is needed, it is not clear, but we will write it off on the permanent pull of our people for unnecessary bureaucracy.

Image

They begin to describe the property in the house, after they put Zuleykhu in a cart and under the escort they send him by stage. At the same time, leaving the old blind mother of Murtaza in an empty house, who still does not understand what happened. To the question of the local chairman what to do with the old woman, the OGPU officer replies: “What you want, you can take it to the collective farm.” And then an empty house, a blind barefoot, looking like a white walker, goes out into the courtyard and calls into the emptiness his son. Why was she left alone in the house that was given to the village council, why she was left alone and not sent to exile, why she was sent to Zuleykh and not left with her grandmother, why the grandmother was simply not shot? There is apparently only one answer to these questions - because the Bolsheviks.

Then the stage comes to the village, where the escorted spend the night in the mosque, along with animals that are either kept there or driven somewhere. For some reason, they also show how the OGPU worker with a curl copulates on a stack of straw. In winter, in an unheated room. Interestingly, did the filmmakers try this at least once?

To summarize the viewing:

The filmmakers are constantly striving to arouse pity for all the characters, except for representatives of the Soviet government. Even the mother-in-law's bitch and tyrant's husband, in their opinion, deserve pity;
All representatives of the Soviet government in the film are Martians. They are bad only because they are Martians and attacked the good earthlings. The Tolkien orcs had more motivation than the Bolsheviks in all modern Russian films. Who they are, why they take away property, why they arrange warehouses in churches, there is no answer. They are bad because they are bad. And they love sex anywhere.
Everything! There is nothing else in this movie. No plot, no acting, no motivation, no logic. But this is our new movie unnecessarily. There are bad Bolsheviks, there is pity for everyone else - what else is needed to get financing?

Shot from the movie "Zuleikha opens her eyes"I almost forgot. Due to the fact that all the bad in the film are Russian Bolsheviks, it is emphasized that the victims are Tatars. That is, a slight raid of Russophobia is noticeable, but so, very small.

It was only the first series, so to be continued ...

And there ya are, anti- Soviet propaganda you might see on HBO or Netflix. But not as effective because too many still live who remember reality in the former and future USSR.

About bosses and hard workers

From the editors. We publish a new story by Roman Udartsev . In a slightly naive form, with wide strokes, the author paints portraits of his characters so that any reader can recognize them. The reader will also find out the situation in which the author’s eyes caught the heroes ...

Image

Doors are different. The old, so dear, doors of the parental house creak comfortably. Terribly rumble, painted-repainted gates in the cells of the prison. And, for example, the doors in American national taverns are generally designed for the loss of the client in both directions.

Suitable doors led into the office: high, under a bog oak, with graceful narrow panels and a gold plate “ Zhadnov Aleksey Veniaminovich. Director . " And certainly they were designed for soft, almost gentle opening by secretaries and other staff. Therefore, Alexei Veniaminovich was very surprised when, after indiscriminate swearing, the doors swung open in the most shameless manner, and Dmitry Pakhomovich Kolobko appeared on the threshold , whom everyone called simply Pakhomych . The worker was dressed in his usual, moderately dirty, overalls and was holding two pieces of paper in his hands.

- What kind of antics ?! - Alexey Veniaminovich got furious from such tactlessness and was about to recall his youth and the fact that he had once been a racketeer named "Broom."

But the worker’s look was so unkind that the director immediately flopped back into the leather chair. Even then, in the nineties, he realized that a hard worker with such a look should go around the tenth road. It’s not the grandmothers with cucumbers to rob and protect - you can shlopotat.

Behind Pakhomych secretary Lyusya rushed about. She was used to the fact that everyone in the office complimented her and stared at her barely covered charms. But the worker simply ignored her, and the girl did not know what to do. Screaming like a monkey, she tried to find out from the chef whether it was worth calling the police. No, Pakhomych did not break the law. In the end, he had the right to an audience with the boss. True sensation that he loyally brought petition, was not. Pakhomych, even with his appearance, " rocked the boat ", " lost his sense of rank " and in general .... Director fleetingly waved her hand to the girl, and she understood the gesture of the gentleman. She quietly closed the door and began to eavesdrop.
Pakhomych never knew how to withstand dramatic pauses, so he immediately walked to the director's desk and put a piece of paper on it.

- What's this? - hardly restraining, he muttered through his teeth.

The director wiped the glasses in a gold frame and gently, squeamishly took the leaf.

“Payment,” he shrugged and clarified. - Payroll receipt, for the month of March.

“What ...” Pakhomych searched the dictionary for a polite replacement for an exact but indecent word. - Ahem ..., the salary is half as much ?!

They say that the capitalist can gobble up a box of lemons and not frown if the profit is at least seventy-six percent. But with the words “salary,” “paid leave,” or “maternity leave,” he begins simultaneously: arthritis, epilepsy, and St. Witt’s dance. Zhadnov was no exception. However, he trained for years to lie, and in business there is no way without it, because only an involuntary crunch of fingers betrayed an attack of greed. The director sincerely hoped, believed - almost like in Santa Claus - in the miracle that the hard workers swallow salary cuts. Not swallowed.

“You see, Pakhomych,” the director began to hang noodles in a velvety voice of a professional storyteller. - The time is hard. Sanctions, taxes, the State Department, the financial crisis ... hard time, I barely interrupt myself ...

The director almost pronounced folklore “from bread to water”, but it was already too much. Moreover, everyone knew that he had just bought a brand new Lexus. But I remembered something else.

- Coronavirus again! Passions are created with him ... - the director diligently chattered the employee. “Have you heard what's going on in Italy?” Horror, and more!

Pakhomych nodded steadily, only his eyes narrowed. All loved ones knew that this was a sign of fierce rabies. And so what can this good-natured, generally peasant, do, if brought up, it is better not to check it.

“Next month,” the director continued to lie, “we will compensate everything.” As soon as the president allocates the promised assistance for business, the first thing you will organize a prize.

Whether or not the government will allocate anything to pay salaries, the director did not know, but he was firmly convinced that not a penny would reach the hard workers. Fortunately, the accountant was experienced: he would draw whatever you want in the accounts.

- And then what ?! - Pakhomych barked so that the governor's cup rang on the glass shelf, issued as " progressive methods of protecting the rights of workers in 2018 ".

The hard-working palm of a hard worker typed a battered local newspaper into the director's fashionable desk. Upstairs there was a governor, awkwardly planting a tree under the tender eyes of the hangers-on. Below, several times outlined in pencil, was a note:

Socially Responsible Business

Thanks to the help of Razvodlokhovstroytrans OJSC , the accident on the heating main was liquidated as soon as possible. While heating systems are in the stage of bankruptcy and re-registration in a new structure, private business lends a helping hand to the city. In just two million, the accident was eliminated in a week. The governor thanked the director of Razvodlokhovstroytrans OJSC, Mr. Zhadnov. In turn, Alexei Veniaminovich expressed his readiness at any moment to come to the aid of his beloved city.

Alexey Veniaminovich became sad. He thought longingly about those wonderful times when cattle could not read anything. Then it was much easier. And now ... eh! The director sighed and took out a pen with paper.

- Will you ride on the ears again? - Worker grinned sarcastically. - I myself dug a ditch and put the clamp. You even clamped the excavator, we were writhing with shovels.

- If you think that everything is so simple in business, then let's change places! - Zhadnov snapped, but at the same time remained to sit in a leather chair as pinned.

“Don’t think,” the director began to explain softly, almost gently. “I would be glad to pay more, but how?” Half went into a rollback, but without a rollback there would be no order, agree?

About half, of course, the director bent, but without kickbacks, such orders, of course, did not fall from the sky, here Kolobko was forced to agree.

- Then it was necessary to draw up documentation, which also costs money. Are you going to shift the papers? Not? Then you have to pay specialists: the manager for coordinates, the manager for depth, the manager for pipes, the manager for clamps.

“The coordinates manager indicated the wrong place twice,” answered Pakhomych. - The manager, holding the depth of the ditch, held the drawing upside down and demanded that I fill the mound, not dig. The pipe manager was on vacation in Goa. And the twenty-year-old girl turned out to be the clamp manager, who came to digging a ditch on stilettos, with manicure and did not distinguish a bayonet shovel from a shovel.

“Yes, but each of these necessary specialists has a higher education, a diploma, and access to leadership,” the director objected.

- Is it not fate to show a finger? - asked the worker. “Everything is better than feeding this horde of parasites.”

- You’re the parasite here! - Zhadnov burst out, offended by the managers, which was not surprising: after all, they were either his relatives or the relatives of his friends. In addition to the clamp manager, the director had an amorous interest here.

In general, the managers and the director himself did not offend. Well, the hard worker left what remains. And so much, Zhadnov decided.

- In general, get your twelve thousand and roll out of here while I'm kind!

Pakhomych rose slowly. Alexei Veniaminovich was quite agitated and thought about the gun in the drawer of the table. That's just such a healthy one if you do not shoot right away, the wounded man will also unscrew his head.

“Okay, okay,” he screeched. “I'm good today, let’s be fifteen.”

The worker silently turned around and left the office. The secretary hurried to the director immediately. She was afraid for her place, because she had already seen the new clamp manager and showed maximum concern for the boss. The girl jumped to the bar and poured a glass of cognac so that the master could drink to calm her nerves.

“Why are you, Alexei Veniaminovich,” she chirped, “put up with this rude, uncouth loot?” Would throw him out - and no problem.

“Why, why ...” the director muttered. - I am very kind. After all, he will die under the fence, if not me.

To explain to the secretary that without a hard worker there would be no one to dig ditches, and from the managers the workers, like a racehorse from a cow, he did not. I just drank another glass and took up a more pleasant thing - calculating profits.

Meanwhile, Pakhomych went into the repair shop for special equipment and went to the corner where the workers carefully stored any piece of iron. All the machines in the workshop remained from the time of the Union, and they had to be repaired, as they say, with the help of electrical tape, wire and some kind of mother.

Having found a convenient half-inch pipe about a meter long, Pakhomych was about to return to the director’s office to continue the conversation. The prison seemed less evil than hungry children and a silent reproach in the eyes of his wife. Fortunately, at the exit from the shop he was intercepted by Serega Derkach . One glance at the other was enough to assess the situation.

- So, put it down! He said firmly to Pakhomych.

- I’ll kill the bastard! He growled.

- Dima, put it down.

Pakhomych didn’t throw himself at a friend and let him pull out a dangerous piece of iron from his hands. Serega led him to the locker room, sat him down at the table and laid down another newspaper in front of him. Not at all as colorful as the city, in some places hastily made up. “We explain in a working way: how to legally create an independent trade union, ” the spread read.

- What the heck is that? - surprised Pakhomych. - After all, we already have a union ...

“You read, read,” Seryoga said with a grin and lit a cigarette.

Pakhomych went deep into reading. If Aleksey Veniaminovich knew what his workers were reading, then, rightly speaking, he would prefer to get a pipe once. However, as always, it was the capitalists and their attitude towards the hard workers that were the main reasons for the appearance of such newspapers first, and then real, not fake trade unions.

Our duty is to continue the work of Lenin
04/22/2020
Joint statement of the communist and workers parties on the 150th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin

We, the Communist and Workers Parties, signing this Joint Statement, want to thus honor the memory of the great revolutionary and theorist of scientific socialism Vladimir Ilyich Lenin , whose 150th birthday is celebrated on April 22.

Image

Especially in today's conditions, when the CoVID-19 pandemic is expanding, which demonstrates the enormous tragic shortcomings of the healthcare system due to the parasitic existence of capitalist countries, the antisocial essence of the capitalist system in the face of a new crisis, the burden of which will again be burdened on the shoulders of the working people, as well as the aggressive nature of imperialism and aggravation imperialist contradictions, creating a new threat to the world and peoples, we feel an even greater need to turn to historical chnosti VI Lenin. To a person who has devoted his whole life, without a trace, to the cause of the working class and other strata of the people, the struggle for the elimination of exploitation and the building of a socialist society.

Image

We honor V.I. Lenin as the founder of the modern party of the working class , the party of the "new type", decisively demarcated with opportunism and the renegacy of the old social democratic parties. Such was the party of the Bolsheviks, which was at the forefront of the class struggle of the proletariat and the oppressed peoples of Russia. The party of Lenin led the working class of Russia to victory, to overthrow the exploiting classes and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, to form a government of workers and peasants, which were at the service of the interests of the majority, the exploited and oppressed masses. IN AND. Lenin defined and justified the vanguard role of the Communist Party not only in the establishment of labor power, but also in the construction of socialism.

We honor V.I. Lenin as a theorist, which, given the specific reality, further developed the components of Marxism - philosophy, political economy and scientific communism. As an opponent of all sorts of opportunistic and revisionist distortions of revolutionary theory and practice, an opponent of dogmatism, sectarianism and parliamentary illusions, which does not deny the use of the parliamentary rostrum. His works such as “What are the“ friends of the people ”and how do they fight against the Social Democrats?”, “The Development of Capitalism in Russia”, “What to Do?”, “Two Tactics of Social Democracy in a Democratic Revolution”, “Materialism and empirio-criticism ”,“ Marxism and revisionism ”,“ The collapse of the Second International ”,“ Socialism and war ”,“ On the slogan of the United States of Europe ”,“ Imperialism as the highest stage of capitalism ”,“ State and revolution ”,“ April theses ”,“ Children's disease of "leftism" in communism ", “The immediate tasks of Soviet power”, “The Great Initiative” are today the starting point for the spread and development of Marxism and the revolutionary struggle. On the whole, the valuable theoretical legacy of Lenin remains absolutely relevant and is a beacon in the ideological and political education and activity of each new generation of revolutionaries.

We honor V.I. Lenin as the leader of the Great October Socialist Revolution , which shocked humanity more than a century ago, the victorious revolution, which showed the strength of the class struggle, the strength of the exploited and oppressed masses, when they take matters into their own hands and turn the wheel of history forward, towards social liberation, as the leader the flames of October, which accelerated the formation of a number of communist parties, revolutionary workers parties. Lenin possessed penetrating strategic abilities and skillfully controlled the unions, the abilities that he gave to the cause of the socialist revolution.

We honor V.I. Lenin as the leader of the world's first socialist statein which the workers ’power was first established on the basis of new revolutionary institutions, such as the Soviets, which strove for the economic functioning of society on a new basis - on the basis of meeting modern social needs and the comprehensive free development of all people, and not on the basis of the growth of the profit of a few. The USSR is the first socialist state in the world to become a reality thanks to the special contribution of V.I. Lenin, who brought to the fore the new unprecedented economic, social, political and cultural gains of the working class and the broad strata of the working people, which had a huge impact on the historical progressive development of events on our planet. He was the support of the peoples in the struggle for socialism and peace.

We honor V.I. Lenin as a great internationalist , a leader who raised the flag of proletarian internationalism, opposed the treacherous position of the Second International in World War I, as a fighter against bourgeois nationalism and other bourgeois ideas, such as the cosmopolitanism of capital, as the initiator of the creation of the 3rd Communist International , which had a great influence on the international labor and communist movement, and today is the main source of drawing useful conclusions from experience gained in the course of its activities. Lenin's position on the issue of colonialism led the Communists to an understanding of the issue of colonies and inspired them to lead the anti-colonial struggle both in the colonial powers and in the colonies.

We honor V.I. Lenin as a tireless and consistent fighter against the imperialist war , for the struggle of peoples for national and social liberation, social justice, peace, socialism.

Counter-revolution and capitalist restoration cannot cross out the achievements of socialism. The disasters and injustices, the acute problems and torment faced by the working class, small and middle classes, the peasantry and the peoples as a whole, associated with capitalist exploitation and oppression, emphasize the necessity and relevance of socialism today for the whole world.

The communist and workers parties condemn the wave of silence and reactionary and anti-communist distortion of the facts about V.I. Lenin, with whom political forces, serving the interests of capital, have fallen all over the world. We are fighting for the continuation of Lenin’s cause and are determined to spread his ideas, continue to defend his legacy and urge workers and peoples to learn from this.

Officials - to the doctors: "Fell homeless and do nothing"
04/25/2020
Angara doctors are pressed for the creation of a union

It would seem that the coronavirus epidemic of even the most greedy capitalists should make us think about restoring Russian health care. But no. Russian authorities in the center and in the localities continue to destroy accessible medicine.
In the program “AgitProp” dated April 19, 2020, “optimization” (that is, phased destruction) of the Angarsk neuropsychiatric dispensary was mentioned .

The story continues. A new letter from Angarsk doctors came to the mail of the AgitProp project. Here it is.

Image

... So, on April 23, we, activists of the primary trade union organization "Action", were invited to the Ministry of Health of the Irkutsk Region on the initiative of the head physician I. Alyokhin. to resolve the conflict. To begin with, as usual, the meeting at the scheduled 10 hours did not take place, because suddenly a selector with the acting one started in the conference room Governor for the situation with coronavirus. Therefore, we moved into a cramped office, in which we were offered to sit together on one chair or not to be shy and stand at the wall. I have to say right away, the conversation was conducted on elevated tones. The interlocutors tried to interrupt each other. The party from the administration of the hospital and the ministry tried to not let us say a word. Did not work out. It's a shame, of course, but what can you do - “live with wolves ...” Well, either the meeting itself, or the bazaar on Malaya Arnautskaya, led by First Deputy Minister of Health Golenetskaya EA (As it turned out, already a former deputy.)
The result of a two-hour “conversation”:

1.We were asked to send nurses daily home to mentally ill patients to distribute pills. To the mentally ill, who may be in a state of psychosis!
2.In the place of doctors, find paramedics and nurses to receive these patients in the clinic, as well as on duty at the hospital. Moreover, in the Federal Law “On Psychiatric Care and on Guarantees of the Rights of Citizens when Providing It,” only a doctor can prescribe a diagnosis and treatment!
3.Our patients were compared with patients with bronchial asthma: “Patients themselves take bronchodilators during an attack, so why are mental patients not able to?” This is a brilliant scientific discovery. But the problem is that the mentally ill do not consider themselves sick, unlike patients with asthma.
4.Most not yet “optimized” hospitals have a certain number of “unwritten” ones. These are patients who have an unfavorable course of the disease. They cannot be written out even with relatives. They do not accept treatment at home, and the symptoms are so severe that they pose an immediate danger to themselves or others. The deputy head of the Ministry of Health Golenetskaya called such patients the very capacious word “homeless”. She is sure that they need to be written out. Literally: "Fell homeless and do nothing."
This is how our officials treat people. They already apparently walked a thorny road and became "superhuman" according to Nietzsche, but what should we ordinary people do?

We respond with the directness that is characteristic of us. Ordinary people should remember: oligarchs and officials are enemies of ordinary people. They live by parasitism on our work. Do not rely on their conscience - she does not have them. Do not let yourself be fooled. Fight for your rights.
