The Russians are again forced to "tighten their belts"
05.05.2022
This has never happened before and here it is again.
Russians are starting to save massively : according to a survey conducted by the Zarplata.ru service , most citizens are trying to cut costs in all respects.
Particularly indicative, in our opinion, is the fact that only 1% of respondents decided to cut their spending on alcohol .
Nearly 2,000 respondents is a small sample. But reports that people are forced to save on food or on medicines have been appearing in the media for more than a year. The incomes of Russians are falling, prices are rising, and no “ anti-crisis measures ” are correcting the situation. Yes, and these measures are mainly aimed at supporting big business , only crumbs from the master's table fall to the people .
But the peak of inflation is just ahead, so it seems that we are “tightening our belts” not for the last time.

The Russians listed professions with unreasonably high earnings
08.03.2021
Politicians, bankers and policemen are in the lead
The smallest salary, according to the position of 71% of respondents, is received by social workers. Unjustifiably low salaries for nurses (70%), workers of nurseries and nannies (69%). The Russians did not ignore teachers either - 63% of respondents considered the salaries of teachers to be unreasonably low.
At the same time, there are professions in which wages, according to Russians, correspond to the cost of effort. For example, accountants, computer engineers/programmers, store workers and assistants earn what they should. Only 10% of respondents thought that politicians have the right to receive as much money as they receive today.
It is not surprising that the citizens of the country consider the salaries of politicians to be unreasonably high, because today's politician has the opportunity to remain incompetent even in his industry. We already wrote about a funny professional mistake by Federation Council Senator Lyudmila Narusova - a highly paid politician was not aware of which laws she voted for while exercising her powers in the upper house of parliament. In addition, the statements of state officials have recently been replete with all sorts of blunders.
Official Olga Glatskikh told young people: “Your parents owe you, because they gave birth to you. Their state did not ask you to give birth.
And the ex-Minister of Employment, Labor and Migration of the Saratov Region, Natalya Sokolova , recommended that the poor citizens of the region eat "macaroni", which "always cost the same."
The thing about Russians, especially the older ones, is that they have experienced a more just society. What will it take to get that back?

Citizens consider the rise in prices and the instability of the situation to be the main reasons for saving, and some of the respondents have already faced financial difficulties and problems with work. The study, conducted from April 28 to May 3 among 1,720 Russians, showed that a third of the respondents had already "pulled up their wallets" by 10-20% , and 8% of respondents - by 20-30% . They save the most on holidays ( 13% ) and restaurants ( 12% ), the next item on the list are groceries ( 9% ), 7% shrink at the expense of clothes, shoes and such pleasures as beauty salons, and 3% and 2% of Russians accordingly decided to abandon the furniture and appliances.

Politicians, bankers and policemen are in the lead
As part of a study by Ipsos, Russians listed professions with unreasonably high earnings. Most often, respondents mentioned politicians (79%), bankers (61%) and, by a wide margin, police officers (25%). The results of the survey are given by the Russian media.
The smallest salary, according to the position of 71% of respondents, is received by social workers. Unjustifiably low salaries for nurses (70%), workers of nurseries and nannies (69%). https://www.rotfront.su/rossiyane-perec ... sii-s-neo/The exceptional statements of the "servants of the people" are the result of being isolated from the needs of the working majority of Russia. If in our country an official at a public event tries to give advice about life, the news immediately appears on the front pages of aggregators - really, what can a top civil servant know about the life of Russia? A paradox that cannot be resolved within the framework of the current political model.
The thing about Russians, especially the older ones, is that they have experienced a more just society. What will it take to get that back?
